It's a downtown hotel so it near tons of expensive dining options.

For casual dining these places are some of the best.
For tapas I recommend "La Gran Tapa". It is not in as convenient a location as "Cafe Seville" or "Ole Madrid" but it is infinitely better food.
If you are a meat lover try "Rei Do Gado" on 4th street.
