Clean and nice rooms. The staff is also very kind. The pictures on Yelp are not what it looks like, though. There isn't free breakfast but Myrtie Mae's is good and we negotiated breakfast as part of our room rate.

It's out-dated and the rooms have tiny bathrooms.  The beds weren't bad though.  It's not awful for the price, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

After a brief snafu concerning extra charges added for items not requested, we had a very nice 4-day stay at this property. The room was beautifully decorated, complete with whirlpool tub and patio. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating in every way. We look forward to returning here.

I have stayed at this motel twice in the last two years. Most recently, the kind concierge waived a pre-paid franchise booking the first night, when bad weather forced a cancellation. This is a cozy property with a 1960's core. I like the balconies and the built-to-last bathrooms.  Good views, lots of activities for the kids, a decent home-cooking restaurant on site. Everything very clean and well maintained.

Friendly, mildly dated hotel in a great little town.
- No fridge or microwave. But you can rent a reefer for $10 a night.
- No complimentary b-fast and a mediocre restaurant on-site...
- Reasonable prices
- Comfy beds.
- Slow and troublesome wifi...
- Good shower pressure.
- Small, cramped bathroom.
Stayed here for a week for a car club rally in Eureka Springs. Convention Center on site was a god-send. Plenty of parking for all participants and hotel guests.

I'm a Platinum Rewards member and a frequent traveler, staying at Best Westerns exclusively. On this two-week trip I asked every BW if Platinum got me an upgrade to the "best available room" like it says on the Best Western site, and was told every time that "I couldn't get it at this rate"... So if I pay for the better room, I can be upgraded to that room...? I would hope so!?

I was pleasently surprised with this hotel. I had read some reviews on here before our vacation. I was starting to second guess staying here. Some of the complaints that people had seemed to quickly fade away assoon as soon as we arrived. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very very clean. They were updated but not over the top. The pool area is fabulous. It is very relaxing. At night they show movies on the projector screen above the pool area. The building behind the screen is a fun covered area for guests houses a putt putt course and table games. Will be returning there next year.

Like another reviewer, I lodged at this hotel in the wintertime, December 2014.  I've stayed in hotels that lack in excellence in one area or another, but there is typically a balance struck that leaves me satisfied to have paid for a home away from home.  But, I have never lodged at accommodations with so many 'misses" across the board - this hotel was very dissapointing.

In regards to the room itself, it is NOT up to date, the wallpaper is peeling, the bath fixtures have stains.  The cable television provides a light dusting of snow.

As for the staff, the staff member we interacted with lacked experience in customer service - the welcome was less than welcoming and the agent was not at all helpful.  When we checked in after a long drive, we requested to buy water at the desk, we were informed water was for purchase in vending machines in certain sections (not ours.)  We were not advised that the vending machines take dollar bills only, no change, no cards, etc.  Even after being asked, no information was provided - no offer was made to make change, etc. This resulted in a total of 4 trips (2 to the front desk and 2 to the vending machines.)

The best aspect of this hotel is the job done by the cleaning crew - our room was clean.

There are so many other lovely hotels in Eureka Springs - I suggest you skip this one!

Great little place for a quick get away or retreat. Rooms are updated and clean. The restaurant was great too. Staff was outstanding.
