I love the setting here.  Very secluded and tranquil. A great place for a mid-winter seminar. I stroll around the beautiful grounds during the breaks and get rejuvenated. The meals served for over 1500 people are very good and done efficiently. Oh, and the rooms are well-appointed and relaxing.

I have stayed here a few times and enjoyed their spa.  I love it here.  It is secluded and makes me feel like I am not in the middle in the desert.  The water area (pools, lazy river, etc.) is great for the kids.  I love this place for my stayaction!  Plus I can still meet up with my friends and everyone can come back and chilax at the bar area.

Very disappointed for $400 a night.

1. The loungers at pool are hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable

2., Our room had an overpowering smell of food cooking, probably from the restaurant.  The front desk was very nice about it and offered us an additional night at no charge which we accepted.  They gave us another room which is the most upsetting part. You think they would go out of their way to make sure the 2nd night is a great experience but they failed.  Put us in a much smaller, ground floor room with a beautiful view of a utility box

3. Room was prepaid by a 3rd party as an anniversary gift but on check out we were charged the entire amount. Unnecessary,  long process getting it straightened out.

So close to being a great experience.  The people are all very courteous and anxious to help. Food is pricey but very good.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here for a conference and we loved it. The rooms are very quiet and extremely comfortable. The food service was incredible but expensive. You won't be disappointed in the pools, lazy river, and water slide. We were very impressed and would love to return. There's nothing I would change about our stay.
