For the price of this place, I expected much more! The concierge was average at best and the decor was overly dated. The hallways smelled old and looked worn. Then they had a bar that was never open and a breakfast you had to pay for!!

Great room.  I got a deal on Priceline so it was less than $40/night.  Beautiful pool.

I paid $46 on Expedia. Location of the hotel was good for our visit to Glendale. Friendly staff throughout the facility. Free hot breakfast. Room was fine. I actually sighed with relief at the condition of the room because the halls, elevator, carpet, furniture in the lobby were not just dated they were dirty. While I was at breakfast I noticed they have a nice patio. The day was nice so I hoped to have breakfast there. The tables and chairs had not been cleaned in weeks. That  bothers me because there were three staff members talking off to the side of the dining area and only 3 seated eating  breakfast.

I use to frequent this place when it was independently owned because of the it's proximity to what I needed to do and the price. Now that it's the Radisson, the service sucks. No rooms available until well after 4pm. They then give me a double room when I reserved a King. Still waiting to get switched to a King as I speak. The one star is for the remodel. The place looks refreshed but they need to get their shit together.

Don't stay here. Drugged out weirdos wandering everywhere, not even exaggerating. Parking lot is jammed. Rooms are kind of motel-ish. Noisy ass kids playing soccer in the hallway. The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because there's a Hooters across the street!

I made the mistake of reading some of the reviews a few hours before arriving at the hotel. After reading the horrible reviews, I was terrified. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was outdated, yes, but also very clean. The room is a decent size. My only complaint about the actual room is that the (very old) tv is positioned at an angle that literally faces a wall. So it's impossible to watch it from the bed or chair. It's also not the kind of tv you can easily turn around, since it's so huge.

We had some trouble with the sink not turning off - but the hotel staff sent someone up to fix it within 5 minutes.

I didn't feel like I was welcome when I arrived at the front desk, but I guess I wasn't treated horribly either. Overall, good value for the price we paid.

Update: after they weren't able to fix the sink, they moved us to another room with a flat screen tv! Jackpot!

Spotty service at best. Ice maker on my floor hasn't worked since l arrived. Guest dryer required assistance. And by assistance I mean...call the front desk 3 times and walk to the front desk to ask for help. The maintenance guy never showed up. Really. Room service doesn't show up until 5PM?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Upon arriving back at the hotel today I walk into the fire marshal and a crew working on the fire alarms which had apparently been going off since I went to work at 4:30am. Suffice to say I'm stuck here 2 more weeks. Thankfully work keeps me away for a good portion of the day.

This hotel is located in this giant loop that I think some misguided urban planners thought would be the future of cities--a mall circled by a giant loop which in turn is circled by other strip malls.  I don't know if it was a poppin' spot back in the day, but today it's dead.  Anyway, the Radisson sits at the northern end of the loop.  It looks kind of weird and smells funny, but what did you expect?

There were a lot of kids and families around, but that may have had to do with the fact that it was Spring Training.  From the looks of things, I could see how it could be a bit shadier at other times of the year.  But for you spring training people, it's decent.  I mean, we weren't in the room that much anyway.  Kind of pricey for what you're getting, but good luck finding a better deal elsewhere.  It's also far from everything, but that's just Arizona for you.

Packed Items Left In Closet Pt. I:

Stayed 1 night with check out on 04/21/15. Clean rooms and helpful staff! A few hours after checkout, after flight departure, we noted we forgot some packed items in the closet. We reached Roxanne at the front desk and she assured us that we would be able to retrieve our things. After some questions, she stated housecleaning had visited the room already and that new inhabitants were in the room. She transferred us to the housekeeping lead and we left a msg bc it was after hours.

We will be proactive tomorrow and call again. As this is not an unusual occurance, we hope that the staff is professionally honest and can reunite the belongings to their righrful owner. Stay tuned for Pt. II, which will be update.
