Just returned from a 3 day stay in Bass Lake this June.  Great 2 story townhouse; very quiet.  Fun ammenities like kids pool, basketball court, swings and slide.  We used the BBQ's however the outdoor seating is not enclosed so had to keep a close eye on the kids so they wouldn't run into the parking lot.  Lots of flies when you eat outside too.  The living room was pretty dark.  There are 3 bathrooms which was great and having the bedrooms upstairs kept it quieter.  Only 7 miles to Oakhurst to the grocery store.  Quick drive to the boating areas of Bass Lake.  Great place to take kids.

This was such a nice play to stay. It was like a home away from home.  I stayed here in Feb 07 with a number of friends. It was quite comfortable in the 2 bedroom timeshare. The place was very clean and had great amenities. I'd love to come back again. It was nice to cook in for dinner.

This is a great place to visit all year around.  We took a trip for the winter and had a short 15 minute drive to a great snow park for the kids.  It is also a short drive to Yosemite.  Of course during the summer the lake is beautiful.  The condo style units are well maintained and kept clean.  The staff was super friendly and helpful with my handicap sister.  The units do have stairs in order to get to the bedrooms so I recommend booking the handicap room if you have trouble with stairs.  There is a mechanical chair that will lift you up the stairs.  It has a nice pool, hot tub, child's play area, basketball court and a few video games.  Each unit also has a bbq.  The full kitchen was very convenient.  We brought out own food up in an ice chest because the store at bass lake is pricey.  For a nice dinner go out to Ducey's on the lake, it's worth the price. We hiked right to the lake from our room and had a view of the waterfall!

This place is a great getaway! I've been frequenting it for about 10 years now. Lovely 2 bedroom 3 bath units with full kitchen, BBQ and gas fireplace. DVD and VHS player in the living room, only a VHS player in the master bedroom though (who still plays VHS?). Located just around the corner from the campgrounds and a mile or so from the town of Bass Lake. It has a pool and hot tub but can't say I have ever used them. It's handy to have the movies to rent at front desk (although there is a redbox inside the Raley's if you're going to town). And it's very relaxing to make use of the kitchen and eat your dinner in front of the fireplace while watching a movie. If you're coming to Bass Lake this is the way to go~!

We stayed in a 2 br queen unit that was located in the lot behind the check-in office. Easy check-in process, nice 2-story condo, complete with all the comforts of home. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. There's a gas BBQ outside on a small patio with a table and chairs. We spent one afternoon at Bass Lake on a patio boat we rented from Bass Lake Watersports and attempted to fish for our dinner. No luck, so we ended up eating in nearby Oakhurst. Spent another day in Yosemite Valley taking a valley floor bus tour. Visited the Ahwanee Hotel. The condo is located just an hour and a half away from Yosemite's South entrance. A nice place to stay near Yosemite if you're a timeshare owner. I'd highly recommend it.

I just stayed there for a few days and really liked the resort.  I didn't really use the facilities but I could see there was a working spa that people used at all hours of the day and the location is pretty good i.e., near Yosemite and a few miles from town (Oakhurst).  The unit itself was a 2-story (2 bed, 2.5 bath) and had all the comforts of home.  The second bedroom had twin beds but there's a murphy bed downstairs that sleeps two.  TV in the master bedroom is pretty small but there's a DVD player there; if you have a game console you're going to need to connect that downstairs. Our unit faced the lake and we got lucky enough to get some snow overnight, really helped get that Christmas feel.

This was an awesome place to stay. We came with family and friends for a 4 day weekend. Had a great time. Close to the southern entrance of Yosemite. Very spacious and very functional. Not to much to do at Bass Lake in November, but we did wander into Oakhurst several times. I would come again.

    My Opinion/Story:
I needed a quick getaway and decided to take a short trip to Bass Lake.  I wanted to see the lake and have a relaxing weekend so Hubby and I drove down Friday night.  It wasn't hard to find the place.  When we got there, the receptionist was very welcoming and nice.  They accommodated our request for a more private place and they even situated us closer to the lake trail.  We got our complimentary movie and they even suggested several places to eat for dinner.  The place is very near the local town and a short drive to a busier town.  What I like about it is it's a short walk towards the lake and a very short drive to Chuckchansi Casino and Yosemite Park yet far enough from the crowded areas.

The place we got was like a 2-bdrm townhouse.  Very warm and cozy.  Living room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and smells really nice inside.  They have one of those gas/electric fireplaces which was really handy during the nights we watched a movie.  The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat except for the ingredients.  We brought our own food to cook to save on money and it was really handy to have pots and pans to use for our cooking.  They even have packets of spices like garlic powder that helped when I wanted to fry some rice and didn't have garlic on hand.  They have a laundry machine inside a ventilated closet which is nice because it was quiet while we watched our movie.  The bedrooms were simple and clean.  The place felt like home.

The only thing we didn't like about our mini-vacation is the fact that it rained and snowed the whole time.  Guess we got in the wrong time to visit Bass Lake.  But we'll definitely come back here in the summer and stay at this place again.

Our latest stay in our Worldmark timeshare was pleasant. This is the first 2 floor condo we have stayed in, a bit of a pain to have to walk up and down stairs. The place was nice had some nice amenities, pool, spa, basketball court, BBQs on each patio. Conveniently located about an hour from Yosemite valley and 2 minute drive from a nice beach on Bass Lake.

Drawbacks - we didn't clean up after dinner quick enough, we are on vacation afterall, and had ants all over the kitchen within hours. There is no shade in the pool area and the sun can be intense.

By far one of the best Worldmark properties we've stayed at. Besides the great amenities the unit provides, the location to Bass Lake and Yosemite make it very popular and a hard property to reserve for owners...

The resort is average for a Worldmark, clean nice sized rooms, good amenities, and friendly staff.

I think this location is best suited for those looking to just relax on their vacation. There really isn't a whole lot to do in the area. It is near Yosemite, only about a half hour to the park boundary, but it is still about a 2 hour drive to the valley floor. Which if you are driving back and forth everyday takes up 4 hours just driving (although it is a beautiful drive). Bass Lake is very close to the resort, and I guess that is good if you are wanting to go fishing or hiking, but that's about it.

So, like I said: good for just kicking back and relaxing, don't think you are going to go party, or shopping, or eat at amazing restaurants or anything. (wow, that sounds kinda bad... there are good places to eat, just not AMAZING)

I'm really ambivalent about this property. The location is great. It is close to the lake, only 20 minutes away from Yosemite, and fairly clean. Unfortunately the units we were in was cold and dark. The master bed was really lumpy and left us with hurt backs.

We saw a sign that says the units will be updated including flat-screen TVs, which would be great. I just hope better lighting and new/better mattresses are included in the renovations.

This Worldmark is my getaway location.  I've been here mostly for trips to Yosemite, but I've also stayed here for a day trip to Sequoia NP and King's Canyon NP.  It's great for the winter when it's too cold to camp.

These are townhouse-style units.  It's basically the size of a small house, with two bed/2.5 bath (we didn't notice the .5 for awhile because we thought it was a closet), washer and dryer, TV in living room and both bedrooms.  You get one free movie rental during your stay (I watched Fantastic Mr. Fox here, which was freaking HILARIOUS).  The grill is also nice to have.  The swimming pool is heated during the winter.

It's 11(?) miles away from the southern entrance of Yosemite and only a few miles away from Raley's and Vons where you can do your grocery shopping.  The only downside is that the southern entrance is very far from where I usually like to frequent in Yosemite (Tioga Road), but when it's winter and Tioga Rd is closed, it's fairly close to the Glacier Point Road turnoff to get to Badger Pass, where you can ski, snowboard, and snowshoe to your heart's content.  And it's not too bad of a drive to Curry Village for a fun ice skating session.

The worst thing about the units is that they are very dark because there isn't a lot of natural light.

We just left from a trip to world Mark in Bass Lake. It was a wonderful trip. The accommodations at Worldmark were top-notch. The pool and spa area were a great way to end the day. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the little extra activities day planned for the week. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was a very clean when we arrived. We barbecued every night and were pleased with the barbecue set up that they had. While on our trip we took two day trips; one to the sequoias and the other to Yosemite. Worldmark was a great in between place for both of those beautiful locations. Around Bass lake we took a fun hike in Willow Creek and also spent a day floating on Manzanita Lake. It was a very fun and relaxing trip and thanks to Worldmark we didn't have to worry about much.

We just returned from a mini vacation and are already planning a return trip.  We stayed in a two story unit with two bedrooms, 2  1/2 baths.

For those of you who get cold fire up the gas fireplace which worked really well at dispelling any chill.  There is a washer/dryer, Murphy Bed, swimming pool (closed), and hot tub.  We planned on using the hot tub but there were about 10 children frolicking in it so we had to pass.  The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and small packets of spices available.  There is even a BBQ on each patio.

It is about an hour drive in the winter up to Badger Pass and probably an hour and half all the way to Yosemite Valley.  Badger Pass has many amenities including skiing, snow boarding, and tubing.  If that is too far then a 30 minute drive will get you to Mariposa Grove for some light hiking.

I would've given Worldmark a fifth star if the pool had been open, the hot tub not full of playing children, and better quality cook pans.  The pan burned everything we cooked even using Pam and olive oil.  You may want to pack your own pots/pans if you plan on cooking any real meals here.  Otherwise, we really liked the unit we were in as it was well maintained, very clean, and quite spacious for four people.  Literally felt like a little home away from home.

Second time staying here.  Lucky for us, both times it snowed which was not usual.  Both times however, the water levels at the lake were low so the view isn't too nice.   Ck in was quick.  Units are nice and clean.  Only thing that bothered me about the units is that the floor boards were so creaky.  Each time we walked down the stairs, it sounded like thunder no matter how quietly we tried to walk!

Was a pretty good place.  I would correct the maintenance though.  We put in a request for making a twin bed into a single bed.  I had to repeat this a few times to get it done.  Also someone didn't know or forgot we had a buzzy TV.  However, these were fixed quickly.

The place did not have any immediate water during these hot late summer days.  I went to the vending machine, which only accepted coins, and it was fresh out of water!

I did enjoy hiking near Bass Lake, though the area was in the middle of a drought so not a lot of water.

Great location to the Yosemite south entrance, just a half hour drive north.

The employees were friendly; they're working on more renovations.  Pool and hot tub, though I did not partake.

    Would repeat!

This place is beautiful!!! The condo is soo cute and clean!!
There's a master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. Another room with two twin beds, plus hallway bathroom (all up stairs) then nice front room with pull down bed and wonderful kitchen.
Kitchen comes with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc..
Nice new stove, fridge, microwave,  dish washer, oven, etc..
There's mini outdoor patios with. Bbq as well.

They have a large pool, large jacuzzi, and mini basketball court.
My biggest complaint is that there is no work out room!!!! And there's no free wifi offered.
But other than that- the actual rooms are awesome.

We have only been here once, but I can't wait to visit again!! We got married & honeymooned in Yosemite so we stayed here for a week.  There is so much to do in this area.

The rooms are clean and perfect. The facilities (game room and pool area) are clean and well maintained. The front desk is always polite and helpful.  The in room laundry is so helpful, especially with little ones!!
