A real dive in a real low-down neighborhood. Nothing open after dark and the carpets in the room are moldy and slimy, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was large with a powerful shower head. the pool was nice with a heart-shaped hot tub with broken jets. And they had it under surveillance. Cheap 2 nights for $80.

I had a good time reading the yelp reviews while STAYING at this hotel. And during my stay, I had a good laugh about the crazy woman who was escorted out by police. That was at midnight.
Then there was the guy who was being threatened at 3am. EVICTION if he didn't behave...according to the management/owner.
And it wasn't the entire population of drug addicts, homeless, & totally classless people that used the non-filtered swimming pool who made me want to write a bad review.
No, it was when I went in to the office to request two plastic drinking cups and was told there were no "extras" just "what was provided in my room that lit me off.
Seriously, you can't spare TWO effing plastic cups?????? Do you hand them out to all the vagrants to piss in or something? Gimme a break.
When I explained that I received NO SHEET service, no trash service, no replacement of towels, the RUDE young girl had to go unlock a stupid cupboard to give me two cups.
at $60/night I'd rather take a bus all night.
WORD TO OUT OF TOWNERS: This section of Long Beach is not pretty. You are in the ghetto, which is why the hotels are so cheap.
Also, you need to give your dirty towels to them so they can be replaced. They don't do anything unless you tell them or complain about it.

WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS!!!!!
RUN AWAY FAST!!!! This place is disgusting!!! After paying full price for a 4 day stay (having some home improvement done) I was waiting for my key cards and a drug addict (trust me it was obvious) waltzed into the lobby and asked if he could give them $23 because that's all he had and he really needed a place to crash.. I thought they would turn him away, NO THEY GAVE HIM A ROOM!!! They gave him a downstairs room which I was just told there were no more of!! This place is beyond freaking ridiculous. People walking around at all hours of the night, pathetic customer service, the maid? Oh forget it, she won't even take your trash!!! I could go on and on but I will leave you with this, RUN!!!!!!! There are nicer hotels just down PCH!!!

Over all a miserable MISERABLE experience. As many of you yelpers might now I bought a restaurantgot fucked over by the owner. (In terms of having it to code)
My awesome parents flew in for two weeks. My parents flew out to Califnoria to help with my store. My dad does construction. My mom booked this place from the internet which had "REALLY NICE PICTURES!"
MOM that is what Yelp is for !!! Come on Mom you have a smart phone now you need to get a yelp right away!
First red flag my parents step off the airport my mom gets a call on her cell.
"you need to get here right away to check in!"
It felt like a high pressure sales call! Like the Motel had to Pressure them
Any this place was a bloody mess.
Dirty! Beyond Dirty.
No cable boxes to navigate with. You had to go channel to channel with no menu screen like in the 80's
The people staying here were like you lifted a rock after a nuclear disaster and ou lifted a rock.
Looked like an amalgam or meth-addicts, Crackheads, and risen Zombies.
The whole scene looked like a scene from "Escape from LA"
On our first and LAST day there my mom saw someone get BIT in a fight.
Thats right the people who frequent this place BITE each other.
And I dont know WHAT kind of STDs are lurking in their "pool"
Oh and they claimed to have WIFI the signal was too weak to pick up anywhere on premises.
The Motel6 across the street had a Super Strong Signal
On and they are SUPER stingy and dont even provide shampoo unless you go to the desk to ask for it.
Dude $80 / Night ?? are you fuckin kidding me SIR!
The Motel 6 across the street is $70 and WAY BETTER!
or for $99 dollars you can stay at the Hotel Hermosa! 20 minutes away and stay in California in luxury. For only $20 more than this cess-pool.
The ONLY thing I do give them credit for is they made it really easy to cancel and get our money back for unused night.
MOTEL 6 people ! Its right across the street.
And mom for the love of God will you get on Yelp already!

The Most DISGUSTING place I have ever seen!!!! The room was sooooo dirty hair and dirt on mattress, mold in the bathrooms their was not even a outlet cover on the outlets. The area was terrible and very unsafe. Asked owner for a refund he kept calling me his friend which drove me crazy and refused the refund. SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS! Do not stay at this place!!

OMG! What a filthy and drug infested hotel. After driving 9 hours to see my daughter, who just had emergency heart surgery, and the only hotel that took pets in the area near the hospital, I arrived at the hotel around 3:15 in the morning, I walked into the non-smoking room and it reeked of marijuana. I promptly returned the keys to the front desk. The gentleman said he had another room and showed it to me which was much cleaner and had no odor. To due exhaustion and fatigue, I reluctantly took the room.
By 6:00 am, I was up and getting in the shower, which was fairly clean. Turned on the water and surprise there was no hot water. I soaped up and get out within 90 seconds, threw my clothes on and checked out.
During check out, I told the 2 gentlemen at the front desk that the hot water did not work and the bathroom sink was backed up. They looked at me with a blank stare and said ok, as if I was not telling them anything new.
Oh, the room came with a continental breakfast but you had to compete for food with what appeared to be the residents of the hotel. Lord knows what kind of critters were lucking in the food.
As I was throwing my b longings I the car, there was a guys standing in the doorway of a room smoking a marijuana joint with his 2 kids standing with him. I recalled the man who checked me in said he did not know what marijuana was and that no one smokes in the rooms. Probably has a medical marijuana card. NOT.
Upon leaving, I checked my dog for fleas and other bugs because he has not stopped scratching. I plan on disinfecting everything that went into the room even my luggage and getting a tetanus shot.
I am handicapped and was told I could not park in the only available handicapped parking space. What the hell.
You would be better off sleeping in your car and getting rousted by law enforcement. Take your money elsewhere.

Let me tell you about this place! If you are looking for a hotel, why in the world are you looking in this part of the city! BAD AREA!! Half the tenants at this hotel are either hookers, or druggies! Only reason I gave it two stars!! Girlfriend and I had a good night here about twenty seven years ago!! WOW. its been that long!! Getting old!!! But truly, do not waste your time here, there are other better options!
