This place is horrible. First of all they say limited parking when they should say street parking only & then you are lucky to even get to park on the street within 3 or 4 blocks from the hotel. The area looks gang infested and there were guys playing craps on the sidewalk and trying to say stuff to my wife, I almost got into a fight. For that night we pretty much felt trapped in our room for fear of getting jumped. After we left and about a day later I see that I was charged to much and I have been calling the hotel and having the worst customer service ever. The lady I have talked to will not give me her name and she said Tim the manager will be there at 10 am the next day so I call back and another lady says he will not be there until 5pm that night and when I call back I am told that he won't be there now until 10am the next day. When I explain that I have been told different things by several people the lady then hangs up on me. I called right back and she yelled at me and said call back tomorrow. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. You are better off looking around and paying a few more bucks to find a safe place with respectful staff.

Cheap as heck but excellent, clean, safe and the people are really nice. Smallish rooms with fullsize mattresses, a laundry and communal dining area, very nice bathroom. The neighborhood, it's beautiful; if you don't like working people or poor people or latinos, instead of writing bad reviews on yelp, you should drink gasoline.

The cheapest hotel in LA but the have private parking and the attention is excellent! The hotel is next to MCDonalds and very close from little Tokyo!

The queen bed is good for one person but for 2 is uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small, it doesn't bring dryer but it has heater. The room doesn't have mini bar but down in the lobby there is a microwave, kitchen and washing machine too!

It's a great price for what you get. It may not be in the best area but it doesn't seem to be that bad of an area. Just stay aware of your surroundings and you should be fine. Some people say on other sites that they are rude. I have had them yet to be rude to me. They may talk and sound like they are being rude but they are not.

McDonald's is right next door so that is a good thing. KFC is right down the street if you want chicken. All in all its a great place to stay if your on a budget. I would definitely recommend this place to new comers and people traveling on a tight budget.
