Sooo yucky... Went to this place for inquiries. My best friend is looking for a place to stay for three nights. OH My God! Room is like soooo dirty, dusty and the restroom is so small and like never cleaned. Its like just for amateur people who just wants to have a little fun. Not a good place at all.

this place was impressive for a motel...their "newly" remodeled rooms were $75 a night. CLEAN, all new furniture, fresh sheets, bathrooms were brand spankin new.  they also have older rooms for $65. best thing about this place was the front office man. he was very delightful, not creepy. I like the sign too

Don't let the entrance fool you, this place is super nice. We called and held two rooms and once we got there we thought this wasnt a legit place... after seeing the rooms in the back and dealing with the staff(I think he was the manager) we loved the place! Down to earth guy and clean comfortable rooms :) Def would stay there again when I am in town

The  Oasis Motel is a raw "in your face" welcome to the real world, mother-F*'er! This interesting place (to say the least) is great if you wanna see the true grit of hollywood...   What you will get at the Oasis is uncooked inspiration & a true hardknock-life hit of reality.  If you are ungrateful or know someone who doesnt appreciate what they have; come'on down for a rude awakening! For those of us who are looking to become writers, photographers, prostitutes, crack-heads, or just in need of cheap rooms with free 24/7 porno flicks the beautiful Oasis Motel is the place for you!
    -Enjoy your stay!

These rooms were new not remodeled. They added on a new section and everything was new and clean. For 75 bucks and no tax you can't beat it. The worlds best rooms in the worlds worst location. Gated fence for your car too. If you need a place close to downtown LA for a great price this is where to go. Don't bother with the 60 dollar old rooms. Front desk guy was nice :)))

75-80 bucks is what my family and I ended up staying for. We spent 3 hours looking for a hotel anywhere .... They were either too expensive or too run down. This hotel was gorgeous for the money. I highly recommend staying here. People say it's in a bad neighborhood... But if that's what you're worried about, this hotel is gated:]
    Welcoming workers too.

my gay boyfriend and i used to spend over $700 a month renting rooms here because it was close to both our homes that we could not use to get it on in.
they wont say a word about the dirty nasty prostitutes or drug dealers hanging around outside on the sidewalk but they will talk behind the backs of 2 handsome males spending time together that leave the room spotless clean make no noise cause no problems and tip nicely when leaving. we were accused of stealing a bedspread which was impossible being that you cant hide one on a motorcycle. we bought a brand new one exactly like they had in the room which cost us $80.00 only to have them refuse to rent to us because the pillow cases required extra washging because of a product called topik (used to cover thinning hair) if i had model customers spending that kind of money and the only cost to me was a $1.00 or 2 pillowcase
i would chalk trhat up to the price of doing business or worst case ask them to bring there own pillowcase next time but the fact of the matter is the koreans that own this place are not gay friendly

    $75.00 a night with a $10.00 deposit so $85.00 =)
Ask for the new rooms in the back everything is new, tile floors which is good because bedbugs hate tile floors. They have a refrigerator,a safe that you can use if you pay with your credit card, no phone, directv, no flat screen, a big bed for two, they have a laundry service, a gated parking lot if your worried about parking outside. I would definetly come back and recommend this place. They also have a $65.00 room in the front side which I wouldn't stay in. The motel is also very close to downtown 10min. away. It looks like they are under construction but you can still go ask for those new rooms trust me you won't regret the stay =)

Whoever is giving this place high marks is suffering from a case of mistaken location! This place is such a sh*t-hole,  I reserved 3 days over the phone and when I pulled in to the place, I got one night only and that's only because nowhere else had vacancy and it was late. The room was disgusting and smelled heavily of cigarettes.  I didn't even want to lay on the bed, much less, get in the blankets so I just slept on top. Unidentifiable sticky gel substance on the side table, holes in the curtains, I'm not convinced they do towel laundry... A tweaker crack-head would find this place unacceptable! Other than that, the guy at the check-in window was nice enough. Hyatt, here I come!

I have stayed in some crappy places, but this is the absolute worse.

The guy at the front desk is an a$$
    The room smells disgusting
    The room is disgusting
    Dirty rags in our room
    Guy won't give us towels
    Stains everywhere
    Cracked mirror/tiles
    Hole in walls/ shower
The doors have been kicked down
    Sketchy people all around

I swear I could go on forever about how much this place sucks! Spend $10 more and go somewhere nicer!!

3 of us we paid 70 for a room.

THIS PLACE SUCKS, I posted a bunch of pictures too if you want to see for yourself.

UPDATE: couldn't handle this hotel so I requested a refund. The guy told us he was going to charge us $35 even though we had only been in the room for 5 minutes. I yelled at him and he gave us a refund, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

5/5 Price- great prices $75 a night on the special deal regular price idk?

1/5 Friendliness- not that great. the guy (host) can be very rude if u ask multiple questions.  And not so easy to understand what he is saying.

4/5 Cleanness- the room is clean, and has no carpet witch is good for me. but they are some stains on the shower curtain (negative). They also have room service when u need a clean up. Only clean up.

5/5 Safety- they have a big gate all around and they only let people in and out if you are staying at the hotel. the is parking right in the middle so you can see your car when you look out your window.

I had a good stay here I will for sure  come back, but the only negative part is the rudeness and the walls are like paper tin. But if you call the front office they will tell them to be quite.

Don't get fool from the front of the office because it does look ghetto but once you go throwers the back is good.

We paid for 3 nights and have only stayed for the first night but so far so good. Convenient location,  clean, spacious,  and comfortable. The only thing that SUCKS is the rooms don't have microwaves and there is no vending but all else considered, it's a nice place for the price & location.
