    Stayed one night on May 13th.  This hotel has only been open for a week.  The restaurant/bar are still under construction on the main floor.  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  We booked a room with two double beds.  We were the first guests in that room since the hotel was renovated.  Beds were very comfortable.  Free WiFi for one device per room.  Furnishings were all brand new and the decor was cool.  It was a 90 degree day and we were sure glad all the rooms were air conditioned.  Many boutique hotels in SF are not air conditioned as it's usually not that warm.  Nice large flat screen HD television, great little espresso/coffee maker.  Rain shower was nice as well as the robes provided.  We booked the room away from the street and we slept without interruption.  SF is a noisy place and if your room is facing the street it can be annoying.  I will book this hotel again on our next trip to SF and will be looking forward to trying the new cafe and bar.

    Asked for a corner room and was very pleased with it.  Two large windows (with black out shades :-)  The room was industrial with minimalistic decor.   The lighting was very poor in the bathroom despite the large window, doesn't help when applying makeup in the evening.  Could use a makeup mirror/light.  Needed hooks next to the sink for hand towels and hanging toiletry kits.  Bathtub had several bad chips (weird for a "new" hotel).  The staff was very pleasant but obviously the hotel is still under construction.  Found the price very steep despite the "soft opening" price with tax $288 for a king room!~

    So we didn't try the gym and didn't know about the lounge (a must for next time) so I can't comment on all that- only my experience. Arriving just after 11 am, I knew it was too early to check in but really just wanted to drop off our bags. They got us in right away though! Nice surprise. The hotel is chic, clean, with great service and the best towels. It is small, but you have to expect that in SF. An espresso set up right in the room and a super comfortable bed sealed the deal. The only thing that I can see that could be improved on is the lighting in the bathroom- I would literally hop around the room trying to find enough light to do my makeup, and even then I would have to pray when I went outside that it didn't look like I picked a fight with the Sephora staff and lost. But, it's new, and hopefully they read their reviews and take the lighting situation into consideration. Given how awesome everything else was, it's definitely worth 5 stars still.

    Such a cool space- room is spacious with an industrial, minimalistic decor. Very tastefully done. Would definitely come back next year when the gym and restaurant have finished. Looking forward to the full completion of the hotel.

    Hotel G was the perfect place for me and my daughter during our weekend trip to San Fransisco. Its centrally located, right in the heart of Union Square. We found all of our favorite stores and discovered some new ones, and there are some wonderfully tasty cafes and grilles around. ( Not to mention, the hotel's "Cafe Klyde" has incredible food and drinks at VERY reasonable prices.)  We could catch a cable car or cab to anywhere in town. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had a very contemporary/modern chic look to them with beautiful decor. The beds were more comfortable than mine at home! In addition, every room has a Nespresso coffee machine and a big television. We also had a beautiful view and could see right out to the bay! Also, the hotel provides you with good wifi for your room, high speed and no cash scams. We stayed in a beautiful suite room, w/ a very large king bed, full seating area, and full bathroom. The staff was very polite and accommodating, and took care of our every need. Also, the maids come often & replenish, etc. We had a bit of trouble getting dinner as we arrived late, etc., and they did EVERYTHING they could to compensate. I really loved how much concern the employees have for the guests and making sure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We booked off of Booking.com and got an INCREDIBLE deal for our stay, but even without buying off a booking website (Expedia, Priceline, etc. ), the hotel prices are very low cost and reasonable, and boy do you get what you pay for. Overall, this hotel was a wonderful experience and a great investment, I will certainly come here again and again when I visit San Fransisco next.

    If I had one word to describe this hotel, it would be "stingy" (or "bad service"). The reading light is too dim to read by. The free wi-fi for a double room applies to one device only. The hallways have no carpet, but are bare concrete. The room floors are half bare concrete - it's hard to tell if this is stingy or stylish. The bathroom contains one tiny shelf for two people. The closet contains a total of two drawers for two people. Otherwise, our room was spacious and well-furnished. Everything worked except the phone, which could not be fixed. (We declined the offer to switch to a different room with a working phone). The advertised gym is not open yet. The staff service is terrible, verging on the passive aggressive. Another guest, we overheard, asked the front desk clerk to mail some postcards (for a fee), because she was racing to the airport. "No" was the answer. Still another guest reported in conversation that his door lacked a frame, so that noise and light came through. ... Overall, I'd advise waiting a year, to see how this new hotel works out.

    If you are looking for just a place to crash, then this is it.  Be aware though, that they are under construction, so if you don't mind the smell of paint/primer, and the noise of construction, then you'll be fine.  The hotel is mostly wood flooring, so EVERY sound is echoed, no matter what time of the day or night.  I was even missing some wood pieces off the floor of my room.  The lighting in the room is not adequate, and the mini fridge didn't get cold at all.  The shower pressure was low, and the drainage was minimal. The shower curtain only went around the shower partially, so the floor & toilet got wet. No valet at curbside for you, you have to go into the hotel and let them know you want valet, and no one to help you with your luggage.  And since they are under construction, they have no restaraunt.  Disappointing, yes.  Will I be staying there again? No.

    For special rate felt worthy. Nice decor but not exactly as polished as on web photos - still cute. We were upgraded to room near elevator- yes we heard it but not often enough to annoy. There was noise outside quickly drowned out by the ac. Mostly noise was from hall since all concrete floors. They should think about chic carpet options. Bathroom was nice though small. Best towels of maybe any hotel I've stayed at, and that includes 5 star. Maybe since so new. Cute closet situation that was great for travel - open and with display hangers for planning wardrobe. Location great for shopping but borders tenderloin- sketchy area at night. Ok if not walking at night. Very central to transport. Overall I liked and would stay again if rates stay competitive and or they get carpets/rugs.

    Hotel is horrid. 250 a night for a room. My unfinished basement has concrete flooring and in better shape. If this is a "hip" look I don't understand it. Hotel staff was unhelpful. I've stayed in sleezy motels in my travels that looked better than this place.

    Hotel G is a great place to stay in San Fran. The location is great, the beds are comfortable, and the robes are amazing. They were doing some renovating while we stayed here but we never heard the construction. I want to come back once it's complete to see how much better this place can get. I definitely recommend it.

    For a boutique hotel, it works. In a good spot near great shopping. Per past reviews, we asked for a room away from the elevator...and got a room next to the elevator. Ugh. Luckily I'm a hard sleeper so the noise didn't disrupt my sleep. The cloud-like bed helped too. "Techno" fitness center still not opened. Water pressure isn't great but the bathroom is nice. Would I stay again? Maybe when everything is up and the construction is done.

    I made a mistake on my reservation date and the hotel is unwilling to move my reservation by two days and they are unwilling to offer me a credit to use on a different date later in the year. So, know they will be able to double sell my room because I will be out of the country on the initial date I selected. They will make the $234 on the original booking and re-sell my room for over $300 plus when I cant show up. additionally, I can not changer the name on the reservation so that I can offer it to an employee or friend. We spend well over $5,000 dollars a year on hotels and we're in the City twice a month. Rest assured, we will not be staying here or recommending it to our friends. Hotel G can easily accommodate us at this time as they have more than a month to sell the room... and they are booked out the entire month already. Poor management and customer service on their part.

    I got a deal with the soft launch rates, stayed at the Hotel G late September, and construction was still going on. That said, I loved the location; with just a short walk to cable cars, BART, and Market St. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, valet parking is pretty pricey at 45 bucks a night, but saved me a bunch of headaches trying to find a safe and convenient overnight parking lot in that area.

    Room wise, it's pretty spacious, and bed and sheets were really comfy. I was fine with the concrete flooring. Complaints that I have are that the washroom does reek drainage odor, and the showerhead is pretty weak.

    Trendy but comfortable place with great decor.  Bed was EXCELLENT! Free wifi, spacious bathrooms, complimentary coffee and bottled water.  Just what I needed after a very long flight.  Street noise at night was a little loud but a fine trade for easy access to what San Fran has to offer. Very nice front desk folks as well.  Busy business traveler recharge zone.

    We are on our last full days stay here, three days total. You can't be the location. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside and has a very rustic Restoration Hardware feel inside. I found the hotel after looking online for several hours over a month ago. I would most definitely stay here again. In the later afternoon they offer beer and chips. We had Anchor Steam beer. The room is spot on clean. There is only an area rug over hardwood on the floor. I'm not big on wall to wall carpeting in hotels. The bed is very comfortable and they have both feather pillows and foam. The sheets are very clean. There is a nespresso  machine that makes excellent coffee. We prefer decaf and asked for it and the staff brought it up right away. The flat screen wall mounted TV is huge. The bathroom is very cool but could use some brighter lighting. I like the rain type shower head but for it to work right it should be mounted on an extension to be brought over your head. I'm not a big guy and had to get very close to the controls and faucet in order to rinse off properly. I take two showers a day so we had to ask for more shower gel so the staff gave us a bigger bottle. Everyone here has been very nice and accommodating. Construction is still going on but hasn't affected us at all. This is a very cool hotel. We used the valet parking, $45 per day plus tax. Allow 20-30 minutes fir your car when you call ahead for it.

    This hotel is super new on the inside.  The lobby is a little off-putting, but the room itself was fantastic.

    Very clean.  Working AC.  Modern amenities/furniture.

    Hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous.  

    Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to SF.

    Overall, lovely hotel.

    - Great location, close to shopping/restaurants and very central.
    - Free wifi, didn't have any problems with it and very fast.
    - LOVED the shower, great water pressure ... and fabulous robes.
    - Wonderful staff; great customer service.
    - Beautiful decor, trendy and modern.
    - Nespresso machine + free bottled water (new bottles every day) is a nice touch.
    - Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

    - The room was supposed to have a queen sized bed, and although the staff insisted that's the size of the bed, it is much closer to a double than a queen. Room is also a bit small.
    - The two elevators in the lobby can be quite slow.
    - Sadly, extremely unimpressive restaurant.

    For the price, couldn't have asked for more.

    This place is super cute. Great design, good location, comfortable bed (all white=clean). It's not super fancy, but it's well done, clean and we had nice service, I'd definitely recommend it.

    Good price, clean and spacious, great location for walking and public transportation to everything in the city. The design is pretty pared-down, mid-century modern (concrete floors, bare walls, sleek furnishings), not overly plush or cozy, which seems perfect for a city hotel but depending on taste some might find it cold. City neighborhood with many bars, restaurants and stores very close by, busy streets day and night. Desk clerks were very helpful with recommendations and information, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming.

    So far this has been a really good hotel! It is in a prime location in Union Square, and has been relatively close to a lot of popular tourist locations. The hotel is recently remodeled  which you can tell, especially with the ongoing constructions. Hotel staff have been very friendly so far. The rooms are. A good size, beds are super

    Now the bad: the walls are paper thin! Light Sleepers Beware!!!

    The doors seem like they are being slammed upon exiting! The best advice is to avoid any room on the side of the elevator you can hear it coming and going. In addition, there is an EDM (dance music) on the first floor...eeeekkkkk! Let me tell you I am a pretty heavy sleeper yet on the 9th floor ( and still  drunk from a night of drinking) the music woke me up from a dead (drunken stupor) sleep!

    Like everything else in San Francisco it is expensive to stay but worth it for the location. A good place for a younger group, the restaurant was not open yet but other than this it is a good hotel!

    Rustic and urban. Cool hotel in a great location, but some of the rustic was a little too much so. For example, the room was really dim even with all lights on. The hardwood floors add to the cool factor, but they also carry noise up and down the halls too. The sound of the window unit drowned that out pretty well though. Oh yeah, the window unit. Rustic.

    So, in all, it's a fine hotel and worth the money. It's urban hipness is a plus if you can overlook some of the rough edges that come along with that, such as low-lighting and ambient human noises on your floor.

    I'd stay here again for sure.

    It saddens me that Yelp! makes it impossible to give a ZERO STAR REVIEW. Hotel G deserves zero stars.

    I made a reservation, and went in to check in. When I arrived, apart from the unsightly construction (which is not reflected in the high price), the staff was rude to me. So blatantly rude, that I didn't even finish checking in. I left and went across the street to the Hotel Handlery at Union Square, where the lobby was spacious, the staff was helpful, and I had no issues getting a room.

    I would never, ever stay at the Hotel G, and I hope that you don't either. The staff there needs a serious attitude adjustment and based on the other reviews, it's a high-priced dump.

    Boutique hotel at it's finest! It's probably an older San Fran building and they remodeled it to look modern! It's edgy! It's perfectly located and I love it! Bed is cozy and there's 3 windows on the top floor bedroom. Amazing litter place!

    Awesome if you remember to bring your toothbrush and if you're not a coffee drinker, and need adequate light in your room because you won't find any of that here. Noisy bar and grill on site is not part of the hotel so no early morning fuel going on here unless you like espresso and know how to use the little machine in the room. Not good for anyone who needs coffee to get in gear for a big meeting. Will be walking the streets this morning just so I can find a Walgreens for a toothbrush and a cup of Joe. I'd rather spend the time in my room preparing and they don't have any hotel staff willing to go for me, which is normal at most places. Definitely NOT worth the money and the service is just mediocre. The bright spot throughout my stay however, was an incredibly helpful, polite and patient front desk staffer named Danny. He was extremely patient and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of because I had an incredible amount of luggage!

    This was a cool hotel to stay at in a historic building.  Nice style of decor in room.  Comfortable bed, bath robes and nice amenities.  The only issue was the water for showers and baths was not hot enough.  I liked it otherwise and would return again.

    OK - I got the special pre-opening price of less than $200 a night.  So I knew what I would I was going in.

    First of all, I wish the best of luck for the hotel's official opening - nice hotel, very comfy room, friendly staff (one grumpy one) and cleaning staff, and great location. The hotel reminds me of W Hotel with cutie references to floors, dryer, etc., but this one does not belong to any hotel chains. Over all, we really liked the hotel, and the room was one of the most comfortable one even without a view.

    Now here are some cons:
    1) Even before using the shower, I noticed that the drain was extremely slow. It was not very nice to take a shower in the pool of water
    2) the shower pressure was weak as I could not change the water from faucet to shower completely. 50% of water was not coming up to the shower.
    3) no water in the faucet at the basin although the hot water side was working.

    It was late at night, so I told the front staff these problems in the morning. Just in case, I listed the problems and have it to the front staff i the morning. By the time we came back in the afternoon, I was skeptical, but all was fixed!

    4) The wall is paper thin. I mean, paper-thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. If a neighbor gets an email, you hear that tone. We got new neighbors one afternoon, and I believe they had no idea how thin the wall was. It was completely embarrassing when we started to hear screams. We could not help bursting into laughter (sorry!) So remember that the wall is paper thin!
    5) They had the radio clock, Tivoli, but I could not find the USB port to charge our iPhone and iPod. OK, I am not a hipster I guess. And the three electric outlets were all used. So we had to turn off one table lamp to use the outlet for iPod, and the iPhone was plugged away from the bed - inconvenient. So where was an USB on the clock radio????
    6) I am a serious recycler. In the room, there was one garbage bin in the bathroom, and there was one bin with the recycle mark on in the bedroom. I had this dilemma - should I throw away things in the bathroom as the bin in the room had the recycle mark on? I left a note to the wonderful clearing people to alert them that there were recyclables in the bin in the room.

    Now PROS:
    1) the hotel room was very comfortable. One of the best as far as the comfort is concerned. The beddings, pillows, and a bathrobe were all great. Also the towels were fluffy and soft. When you think about it, many hotel towels are not soft! I loved the thick yet light weight bathrobe.  
    2) Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Easy to use and make a great cup of espresso although it was very noisy.
    3) You cannot beat the location! Many great restaurants around.
    4) Our room was not facing the streets, so we did not have any problem with the noises (well, except from the neighbor.)
    5) Free wifi was great even though we had to log in everyday.
    6) Some reviewers did not seem to like the hardwood floor, but I loved it! Very comfortable to bare feet!

    So over all, we are happy with the hotel. Very dean and very comfortable with great amenities. I do not think this hotel is suitable for a family with young kids though.
    And I wonder how much it would be after the official opening...

    Was not impressed by this hotel. It is in a great location, but for the prices they charge I expected a much better experience.

    - Good location next to union square
    - Cool decor and urban feel
    - nescafe machine in your room, big tv

    - We were placed in a room next to the elevator, they must have very thin walls because you can hear lots of noise and creaking and you can actually feel it shake the wall when it operates. In my opinion the rooms next to the elevator should not even be used as guest rooms with all the noise that occurs. You can also hear people walking through the hallways very clearly, it feels like there is no soundproofing at all
    - The air conditioning is incredibly loud, it sounds like a v6 engine in your room.  you would want to turn it off while sleeping
    - The room was tiny. There is hardly enough space for two people. The bathroom does not have any space near the sink to place your toiletries
    - No cell reception in the rooms (t-mobile)

    The only thing really going for this hotel is the location. However if you want a decent nights sleep, avoid this hotel. No amount of polishing the proverbial turd will make up for the structural issues. With the westin just next door with rooms at similar rates I can see no reason to recommend this hotel

    The Hotel G is all about it's great location and urban chic décor.  The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished.  My big King room was quite spacious by San Francisco standards.

    The hotel is still undergoing construction and the restaurant and gym should be a great addition.  Otherwise no impact.

    The sheets and coverlet in my room was of the finest quality and I particularly appreciated that attention to detail.  The room was on the 10th floor at the back and was quiet.  I was not disturbed by neighbors or outside noise and the hotel was fully booked.

    The only suggestion would be to forgo the concrete floors in the public halls outside the rooms.  Heels on concrete sounded like a freight train.  They may be decoratively chic but most impractical.

    We really enjoyed our spontaneous stay at Hotel G. We snagged a Hotel Tonight deal when we decided to stay an extra night in SF. The staff is friendly and helpful, the design and atmosphere of the hotel and rooms is hip and clean with a vintage industrial vibe. It's in a perfect location for Union Sq wandering. We loved the bar next door where we tried a few specialty cocktails before going for dinner nearby. The room was wonderful, quiet and spacious with a comfy bed an great interior details. Breakfast the next morning was from the attached cafe and was yummy (the potatooooes omg). All in all a fantastic hotel that we'd be thrilled to stay in again.

    I guess you get what you lay for, $190 a night, stayed New Years night, decor is ok, you can hear your neighbors breathing and someone decided it would be fun to pull the fire alarm so the whole building had to evacuate.  First and last time staying here.

    The Staff is 3 Stars, as they are quite nice although when I realized that I left my luggage with them that had my asthma medicine in it, I felt bad for the incompetence of the Associate on duty.  It was totally my fault but it was her lack of concern and attitude when I was practically turning blue in the face that makes me concerned. Anyone who has asthma out there or COPD know what it is like to run out of air, it's a disability, you need medication and it is life threatening. Try explaining it to someone who doesn't have experience who is only worried about their lame ego.  

    The exception was the Hotel Supervisor who IMMEDIATELY fixed our issues with a messy room and a so called "Smart TV" that stopped working during the Kings Stanley Cup Game. Btw, we were at Bay to Breakers running and trying to get back to our room, gone for 7 hours and she asked me "sooo are you hanging out in your room??" Uh NO, we want showers, we stink and it's 3:00pm on a Sunday.

    Anyhow, again, I don't blame her I blame the owners of this hotel and greed. This place and staff are not ready for Prime Time, they are not experienced enough for a high end hotel.

    This hotel is NOT ready to be open - take it or leave it, don't believe the hype on their web site. As my husband said, we had several minor inconveniences that occurred but I paid near LUXURY hotel price. The one night at 300.00 - our television did not work, we found out that a staff member tripped over a cord in the closet and disconnected our so called "Smart" tv.  Then, we lost access to CNN, ESPN channels and the front desk clerk told us that it was due to a "dispute" with their cable provider, when we asked the technician about this he scratched his head and said "that's the first I heard of this"... Unbelievable. We call this place "Death by a Thousand Cuts"... where one minor issue might not bother you but for the amount that you are paying over your stay when all these "minor" issues build up .. it's a Thousand cuts.

    By the way, don't believe the web site. No way in hell is their restaurant open OR their Fitness Room. They are still under construction.  

    My mortgage payment for my lovely vaulted ceiling Studio where I only charge 900.00 a month has more benefits. Oh and I have a large pool and hot tub to offer with a laundry room and it is 5 miles from the beach. This place... 1200.00 for four days which is more than my mortgage payment and it is unfinished and unpolished.

    It's back to Air BnB for us in the Fall, won't deal with place again. Give it a year, 2015 in the Summer, maybe it will be ready by then.  

    G R E E D is the worst. It really is.

    It's my first time here and I think the location is excellent. The hotel is 'funky/cool/hipster/chic' and boutique enough without the usual 'charming grandma' atmosphere. The front desk staff are only adequate with a bit of 'hipster attitude'. Yes, it's a cool place, but don't be too cool not to give great service! This place is not for everyone, but is ideal for those people who like style, not franchise and good location in downtown SFS. The little funny accents all over the place does give a visitor a good vibe...which is the whole point I suppose....

    Definitely a gorgeous hotel. I loved the décor and comfort of everything. It was extremely clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Very close to Union Square, about 1-2 blocks away. The location is perfect! The only problem I had staying here was the noise control. The walls are extremely thin and if your neighbors are having a good time...you're going to hear all of it. Unfortunately, my neighbors felt like throwing a party at 11pm at night and although I was trying to sleep, I felt like I was taking a nap in their room. That's how noisy it was. Other than the noise, I have no other complaints about the hotel. Everything is great and they even have a restaurant connected to them that serves DELICIOUS food. I don't know if I would stay here again just because it's such a gamble depending on if you get quiet neighbors...but I most likely wouldn't book Hotel G again.

    Great location near Union Sq.

    Decor is light and chic. A great alternative to the other stuffy hotels in the area.
    Everywhere there has been paid attention to details which I really appreciate.
    Hallways are beautiful too but can be a little noisy.

    All is perfect and considering the price I would rate it 5 stars.

    However service is so poor: nobody helping with luggage even after second request, room service still connects you to a voicemail after front desk said twice they would fix the problem, kyle restaurant (which they keep saying is independently run but is still the only choice at the hotel) is beyond bad. Breakfast and lunch is very nice but service is slow, rude and just poor.
    Our male waiter carlo (?) for lunch was the exception. He was great

    Totally hipster boutique hotel located in the Union Square area.  The rooms are comfortable but minimalistic.  I liked having a Nespresso machine in the room, and their gym is pretty good.  Can't beat the central location.  Their staff is courteous and friendly as well.

    Super pleased with this hotel this past weekend, no complaints whatsoever!
    Staff was awesome, can't recall the guys names at the front desk but they were so helpful, recommended GREAT hotels, bars etc...
    The Coffee machine was a big hit with my boyfriend for sure (Nespresso)  
    The room was very nice perfect size for 2 and the rates are very comparable to the area, Union Square.  
    I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

    My sister and I recently stayed at Hotel G and had an amazing experience.  This mid-size boutique hotel has great taste and superb service.  The talented designers, which I later learned are French, made every corner of the hotel captivating to the eye, from greatly furnished bedrooms to gorgeous details in the hallways, elevators, and lobby.  The bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful mid-century furniture. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it in the mornings.

    Our favorite detail was the cement floors which made the bedroom clean and sleek. A huge plus is the great location. We were able to walk everywhere: theatres, museums, shopping and most neighborhoods in the city.  The icing on the cake is having the awesome restaurant Klyde inside the hotel.  Every morning we delighted in a delicious breakfast with the friendliest service (Roy and Jeannise made our day). We can't say enough about this S.F. gem. Next time we visit, we'll make sure to stay at the fabulous Hotel G.

    This place is a freaking joke! $400+ for a room that is colder feeling than the north pole with dinky furniture with lesser quality than Ikea's. I'm amazed people would pay this kind of money to stay in a would-be "boutique" hotel.

    So you have a crap building with cement flooring and you furnish it as little as possible with the cheapest furniture as possible,  put a ridiculous price tag on it, and essentially fool people into thinking "poor is the new rich".

    There are absolutely no elements of luxury proportionate to its price tag. Shame on the establishment and shame on the suckered who stay here. Ah, but to each his own, I suppose.

    A decent price compared to hotels in the other area. Good location near union square and located near lots of restaurants; walking distance to the cable car.

    Everyone is really nice but the service is hit or miss -- they helped book our car rental before we arrived, but when we asked someone else where our car was reserved he had no idea. We then asked someone about late check out and he said we would have to contact the morning shift because he had no idea.

    We somehow got upgraded to an executive king suite on the top floor.  The hotel room attempts to be hipster and "raw" but it doesn't quite come off elegantly. The room is spacious (or at least the executive suite has a living room couch area) but the bathrooms are tiny and I hate that you have to reach behind the toilet to turn on the light. There is also no space to leave the blow dryer.

    They have a pretty high tech gym with tvs and a hidden bar. For this price I'll take it, but there needs to be better communication amongst the staff.
