Here on our honeymoon. Absolutely beautiful! Great staff, great accommodations and fun bar. First time to San Francisco and everyone helped us find great restaurants, wine tours and good places to site see.

One of the best stays at a hotel we have had while traveling. Absolutely amazing staff, Lawrence at the front desk was amazing, treated us like we were old friends staying at his place. Just amazing. The rooms are very intimate and are surprisingly quiet even when on the second floor. Very clean!

Very friendly staff and great location!  It's an older building and a boutique hotel so it lacks some amenities (like room service, business center and onsite fitness facilities) but it's still cute and clean.

The hotel itself is fine.  Good location. The reason the hotel merits one star is because it is staffed with imbeciles.   First, after being out of the hotel all day, the housekeeping did not come although there was a request on the door.  Then after putting our own breakfast trays outside the door, they weren't collected for over 12 hours.  Still, this wasn't terrible, just an annoyance.  Then on the last morning, we tried to order breakfast 4 times, and the same room service guy kept transferring us to the same voicemail, even after I tried to politely explain on the third call that this method wasn't working and perhaps we should try a different approach.  Very unhelpful customer service.  The next call will be to management.

    Great Hotel near Union Square.

I had a good deal an made my decision to choose Warwick (compared the Clift, Prescott and some more hotels)

Warwick is across the street of Clift, my first impression was that i had choose the wrong hotel because The Clift looks more impressive, but i know from other Morgan hotels group that its more or less the front that matters for them.

    Hotel is newly renovated

    Lobby/front desk
5 stars for management always a smile and helpful staff, I got a feeling of a family owned hotel more then a warwick chain.
Could go for some more interior in lobby to get more luxury feeling.

    Elevator
Terrible lightning like an 2 star hotel

    Room
Really nice decor, bathroom kind of simple though and the job is not that good, strange choose of colors and way of make an bathroom, bad panting.
Bed-Not that good-to hard/stiff, could be much better.
Sound of disturbing-Really thin walls and sometimes it sounded like a thin paper between the rooms. Street noise was high even from 6 floor where our room was headed.

    Bar/Restaurant
We tried the the bar with was very nice, restaurant look also awesome but we did not try.

    Wifi
Great connection i the hotel and free

    Finally
I could go back next time, depend on the price we had a great trip and much thanks to the great front desk.
But I would defenetly recommend this hotel.

There is no way this should be rated 4 star hotel! What a disappointment! We booked their largest suite, still really tiny. Yes there has been a recent renovation, but it was done poorly. There was a hole in the ceiling with a circle sticker to cover a big hole right above the bed, instead of patching it correctly. Both bathroom cabinets didn't even close right, the paint job was horrible. We had slippers in our closet, but no robes. They called a suite, but no mini bar. Oh not to mention the scary elevator that shakes the whole time you're in it.
What really bothered me was the service! They have a restaurant and bar, but I guess they poor management since they said they were under staffed, so it didn't open till 5. At 5 we go in and there's 3 bartenders sitting around. They could have covered the whole day. The appetizers were a joke that we went somewhere else instead of spending our money there.
To end our wonderful stay, we had to wait 43 minutes for them to get our car from valet! Do you think they even bothered to comp it? No, just a sorry excuse telling us we can walk 5 minutes to get it ourselves. To say the least... We will never go back!

Me and my husband stayed at Warwick, San Francisco for 3 nights, and loved it!!
    1. The location was great. Its at the heart of Union Square, and close to most of the usual attractions in San Francisco. Its 2 blocks from the cable car stop at Powell St-Union Square, and is a quick 5 min walk to the Powell St BART station.
    2. The room, including the bathroom, was extremely clean (even considering the picky traveller I am!!). However it was a little bit smaller than what I had expected, but we got used to it pretty quickly.
    3. The housekeeping staff was very diligent and did a good job in their part.
    4. The people at the front desk are one of the most polite and efficient I have seen. They were nice and quick to answer all our questions. The hotel has 1 restaurant (Aveline) and a cute little bar (European) downstairs.
Overall it was a great stay with the only down-point being that it might be a little too pricey for the size of the room. But then, its San Francisco downtown..:)

We came here for New Years 2014/15. It was in a really good location. The service was great. The rooms were really clean. For as much as we paid, I kind of expected the room to be a little bit bigger. It was so small they couldn't even put the sink in the bathroom haha. I know it's San Francisco, and I get that. The location was just great but I still can't get over how much we paid and how small it was. I may have gone a little further away from here for a lower room cost.

Came here as a place to stay after the Giants game and glad we did. Rooms are clean but a little on the small side.  The service is outstanding.  Jesse at the front desk explained how Uber works in the City and took the time to install for us and gave us a $20 credit- wow. Nice local places to eat nearby and we will definitely be back.

The boutique hotel was a fabulous experierence.  They greet you immediately when you arrive with sincere smile and warm personality.

In my room, everything was clean and fresh. The newly remodeled hotel was inviting. The room is slightly small, but adequate for my needs. It must of been my lucky day, I got a room on the 8th floor.

You can't asked for a better location. Easy access in a prime location in Union Square.

I would highly recommend this cute boutique hotel.

The hotel seems to be renovated recently. Someone is still putting up pictures when we were there. The location is excellent and the service is nice too.

I ordered room for 3 adult online. When I checked in, we were given one king bed and one queen size sofa bed in a one-bedroom suite. That is totally OK, if you do not absolutely need two queen bed.

The main problem is the noise. We were there for three night. The first night our room is 306 facing Geary St. The noise from motorcycles on the street kept us awake pretty much all night. We asked to change to the other side the second day and we changed to 203 (I believe). The good thing is the suites on the back side of the building have two bathrooms and the noise from the street is gone. But we got unidentified low pitch noise all day long. I think it is from AC or some other machine working. I had to get ear plugs and I finally managed to fall asleep for a little bit.

The hotel is definitely historical. The decor is all modern and nice. But I suspect the bones are getting old, like elevators and AC unit.

The location is great, it's near Powell street so you are close to everything. Shopping, cable car to Fishermen Wharf, ferry to Alcatraz etc. You are pretty much in the middle of it. I came here for a week of vacation and really hoped everything would be great especially considering I was going to stay for more than 3 nights. The rooms are a little smaller than expected especially the bathrooms. Overall I like the European style in the rooms, it's probably the reason I chose this hotel than anything else. It's clean and although it's in the busy area of San Fran, you can't really hear any noises from your room.

The European and Aveline are restaurants downstairs and they both have great menus and ambiance. This made it very easy to order food in nights when you don't want to go too far from the hotel.
