the location is alright but the pool is bigger so its a lil more fun not a place to stay but a place to party.

I stayed at this hotel exactly a year ago and remember the experience.

    Pros:
    Near Hwy 880
Great price, especially for a hotel
    Great food in their restaurant
    Great service

    Cons:
The karaoke music in their bar/club was much too loud and it was so loud that the walls shook
The business center is much too stuffy

Other than those two negatives, a good hotel for the price.

This is for the airport parking. Very easy and consistent. I make a reservation and my car is there when i get back. No problems and they run the shuttle every 1/2 hour and it is cheap.

I won a free night in an auction for $45.  Near other hotels and Hwy 880 and 101.  A couple restuarants within a couple of blocks.
    Pros:
    Near the Highways
Clean room, on the smaller side with a chair and ottoman
    Free wireless in the lobby
Free breakfast 6-9am(didn't wake up to try it)
Free ethernet in the sleeping rooms
Let me check out 1 hour later at 12 noon, would have liked 1 pm.

    Cons:
Can hear everything outside your front door and window, the footsteps, the rolling of the suitcases, the voices...
Door opens to the parking lot, you don't feel as secure
Hard to find parking, tried at 5pm, 7pm and 4am.  Had to illegally park in the restaurant parking/lobby area since the hotel room parking was full.
Place was completely packed on Saturday night
Hotel isn't near much of anything
AC smelled sour when turned on

I recently stayed here for one night after which I needed to check my bag at the front desk for about 9 hours (that morning until later that afternoon).  When I picked up my bag my relatively new 5th generation iPod was missing.  I'm certain I packed it as I brought it along specifically for the ride home and verified once home that it was not left behind before my trip.

I spoke with the manager, Kathleen, who was courteous on the phone and agreed to review the security tapes.  After a week and a half delay, she finally claimed to have done so but said there was no evidence that it was their fault.  Of course not.  I'm not sure who else would be at fault given that it was in their possession the whole time, as she claimed.  As such, she said they wouldn't be reimbursing me.

I can only assume my iPod became self-aware and motile.

It's too bad because this place isn't bad for the money, just don't leave your valuables unattended or they may be taken by sticky-fingered staff.

This is by far the WORST customer service hotel I've ever experienced!!!!  Granted their prices are reasonable, but the workers and not to mention the hotel  MANAGER AJ, or whatever his name is.... RUDE!!!!

First experience was for my bff's wedding... She had big standard room and then upgraded to a huge suite... The hotel accomodated them, BUT would not refund the standard room, saying that someone stayed in there... UMMM No idiots... That's why its called an UPGRADE!!! Point is to cancel one and get a bigger one!!!

Second, was recent for the Detox party.... They charged an additioanl $300 without authorization!!! I checked in with a different CC but charged BOTH cards.... WTF!!! I knew a few people that had the same experience and a few got refunds... I called and the manager hung up on me... bastard! So I go to the hotel and they tell me there is NO MANAGER working!!! What BS!!!!! So I'm going back until I speak to manager...

Overall, their front desk receptionists are not helpful and lag, the manager is a big douche for being rude to all guests...

At what hotel have you ever been told "You can't bring any outside drinks into my hotel rooms" WTF!!! Not even vegas have I gotten this type of service.

At no point did I SIGN anything to charge my other CC. What's worse  is that they charged it 4 days LATER!

I suggest not to stay here...

Its great for the price and they are remodeling to make it better. I was sitting at the bar eating my Cheeseburger when I notice a Cockroach walk underneath my plate. I killed it and handed it to the bar tender  and ask for refund for my food and left my burger there. Horrible customer service. Do not pay for the breakfast it horrible.

Tried it for park and fly and it was ok... The return shuttle is terrible since it is every 30 mins. Next time I'd take a cab back to hotel since waiting after landing is  ridiculous! I've never heard of such a stupid policy!!!

This review is for their parking.  By the way, they have changed their name to "Silicon Valley Hotel."  Unfortunately, when you make a reservation for parking online, it still says Clarion hotel, so unless you have parked here before, you wouldn't have known to park at the hotel.

I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one, because parking is pretty easy.  You park your car, go up to the desk, they take your key and money, give you a little tag to hang in your car.  Not too bad.  Rates are cheap.

However, I am going to STOP parking here.  Every time I park here, I'm so annoyed at the shuttle service.  It only runs every 30 minutes.  The last time I parked here, it took the shuttle driver 35 minutes to pick me up from the airport.  I could have ran to the hotel faster!  Sorry, would pay more to park somewhere else from now on.

Went with a tour group and stayed at this hotel. It was just an ok experience. We were to stay for two nights. After our first night, we got up in the morning to go around the city. Upon coming back, I was suprised to see that no room service was done at all! No new towels, sheets were still all over the place, and nothing touched. This was a first I've seen this happen from all the other places I've stayed at.

Not sure what the deal with all that was. Just thankful I was able to sleep fine.

these guys are horrible, I came here on company business, we use a corporate lodging card through them which charges my companies account.  they took my credit card in case of any incidentals.  They arent supposed to charge my account.  they took not just the 11 hundred dollars out of my account, but they took it out TWICE!  they double charged me nearly $2200! they are taking their sweet time to correct it and pay me back.  They also became very cold when I confronted them about this.  I never received a call about this accidental charge.  I had to find a manager and jump through hoops just to get my money back.  this is also the same place that cleaned out one of my coworkers room while he was at work.  they said sorry about throwing away your soap and tooth brush and such but refused to replace what they took from his room.

stay away the nice pool is not worth it, not to mention the breakfast is now 10 dollars and isnt worth half that for stale potatoes and disgusting pankcakes.

The quality of this hotel is not Ritz Carlton by any means but for the price it's great! I walked in to a smiling young lady at the desk named Myra who was very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed and a little coffee station, nice ac, desk, tv, and all the other little standard issue hotel things.

Outside the pool was buzzing with people and they had a hot tub and putting green. The hotel has it's own restaurant with karaoke and a DJ at night and free breakfast in the morning!
