Ok so I was a tad perturbed at the area. It's pretty run down, and there was an alarming amount of bums and beggars milling about. The hotel itself, however, was really nice. Parking wasn't a problem, and it was very brightly lit. We felt it was safe and secure. The receptionist took a while to check us in (they let us check in 3 hours early) but, hey, she was by herself and on the phone speaking with customers so it wasn't really her fault. The room was big, clean and airy, complete with fridge, mic and coffee maker. The bed was firmtastic. The bathroom was spotless and absolutely huge. I would definitely recommend this hotel - close to the airport, free parking, and close to several bars and restaurants

I stayed for two nights while I was in the area for medical reasons. It's not in the nicest area but it feels safe, is easy to find, and is close to everything you need. I didn't interact with the receptionist at all but my boyfriend got us checked in really quickly.
Driving downtown we went through some sketchy areas but the hotel itself is nice. The rooms seem new and the beds are comfortable. It even came with a mini-fridge and microwave. Plus they offer free hi-speed wireless internet, which is nice. I've stayed in more expensive hotels that seemed to be the same quality.

+100$ a night for cardboard comforters that you can literally fold an airplane out of. We also had a serious case of bedbugs.

This Comfort Inn is well maintained, clean rooms, and friendly staff.  When I first stayed here I was pleasantly surprised by the well maintained hotel.  The rooms have several amenities including a fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker.

Since then I have stayed here several times and am always pleased.  The staff is friendly and do their job well.

This site is pretty convenient for travel being near the highway and not too far from the airport.  It is also nearby Japan Town.

The only drawback is that the free internet access is by ethernet only, no wireless available, but a small prices to pay for a good place to stay at reasonable prices.

Very Dated decor. Worn out & old everything. We made reservations for the week, but will be leaving tomorrow. VERY rough neighborhood. The mexican restaurant next door gets 2 stars.

This is better than a one star inn but clearly anyone giving it a higher rating has not stayed in a nice hotel. It's a decent stay, fairly clean, and they have the waffle makers at breakfast.

The downside is it is in a bummer neighborhood, the beds are uncomfortable, and everything feels bathed in chemicals.

I appreciate a place to stay, but only give it a better than nothing rating.

I have never stayed at a comfort inn before.  We are in town for a dance convention and decided to stay here because they offer connecting rooms.  We booked two rooms for two nights and we are very happy with the experience.  The hotel is clean, the service is friendly and professional and our couple of requests have been fulfilled with a smile.  It's been warm outside and the air conditioning works really well.

This hotel also has several restaurants within about 50 yards, Italian, Mexican and Chinese.

The prices for the rooms are extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

5 stars for quality and value.  No, this isn't in a high end location, and no it's not right in downtown, but yes it's perfectly clean and felt safe.  And was about 1/3 yes one THIRD the price of an equally nice place downtown with parking.  Namely $126 including all taxes for a room with two queen beds.

Downtown is only 2 miles away so you can almost walk it if a $9 Uber is too much.
