Because of the false advertising about the free continental breakfast, I will never be back. But it otherwise has clean and comfortable blankets, sheets and towels.

Good location - right off the fwy.  Room was nice size, clean and updated decor. Comfy duvets.  Nice pool area. Check in and out was easy.  Nice, professional staff.

Great dining experience in the restaurant. Chef Aimee made an appearance at our table to ask how we were enjoying our food. The bartender/waiter, Hector was very polite and patient with us. We had a lot of questions about the new menu. The front desk staff was kind and informative. Both Charles and Rachel greeted us with smiles and genuine welcoming.

A nice quiet get away. Close to everything without being in the middle of it all. Very clean and offers lots of extras. The food pricing is ridiculous - nowhere on earth would I pay 7$ for a PB&J. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the kids have an adjoining room that allows for supervision and privacy to coexist. Staff is friendly.

I travel often for work and stay at the Four Points every single time I am in the San Jose/Cupertino area. Not only is it centrally located, the staff is exceptional. The ladies at the front desk always remembered my name, incredibly genuine, friendly and helpful. So rare nowadays to have such great an experience as I always do at the Four Points.

Today RACHEL created her own chaos. She gave us the worst expierience ever. She booked our room for a king size and when we arrive she tells us its for 2 queens! We expressed our complaint and being the "so called superior" she didn't know how to handle it. She kept cutting me off and called me rude, and dogged me the whole time. Not to mention when we walked in she completely ignored us. Then she stated that she is refusing to check us in because we created a hostile enviorment for her. Then I requested to have someone else check us in she said NO because she canceled our reservation and she was the superior so she was not going to allow it!!!! I was so mad!!!! I had her call her superior who stated that we could stay. I bet Rachel got off her high horse really quick. When she saw me pull out my phone she was like. "Oh! Are you writing a review, my name is Rachel." She even spelled it out for me like I'm stupid and can't read her name tag!  We found a way better place for the same prize (Courtyard Marriott) right down the block. They even gave us discount because we had such a bad expierience with these guys! Rachel sucks. She needs to find a new job if she doesn't like what she does for work.

Good value for the price. Nice staff, good location. Nothing negative to say at all.  Its about what you would expect if everything goes right. So far it has. We stayed here during a martial arts belt testing and it fit exactly what we needed.

    Great reception front desk personnel
Loved the openness and helpfulness. Quiet  evening for a surprisingly busy intersection. Even got a free breakfast because it was my birthday. Made it to breakfast at 10:30 and it was too late, so I can't comment on the food.
However the new trend of spraying in toxic odors in all the public areas is annoying and should be stopped. Why? Why? The automatic sprays are just wrong and I wouldn't return because of it.

Very nice hotel, very clean, comfortable and well located - both away from the noise but close to shopping. It smelled good when we walked in - not the musky air freshener smell but clean. The bathrooms were equipped with soap dispensers and there were complimentary bottle waters in the room along with free newspapers in the lobby. This is what the Marriott used to be. We will definitely be back again.
