Clean with helpful, friendly and responsive staff.  It's nothing fancy, but it's a pretty good deal - cheaper than a traditional hotel.  You get a fridge, a cooking range, a few pots/pans, and a microwave.  They only come to clean your room once a week, which is fine by my book -- I'd rather save the money.  There's plenty of parking and a little picnic area out back where you are allowed to use a charcoal grill.  The area might seem a bit sketchy (lots of Bail Bonds places around) but in fact I never felt uncomfortable on their grounds as a woman.  Also, it's a great location: right near onramps to Freeways 87, 880 and 101, and 5 minutes from San Jose airport.

This hotel has excellent location but the room had a very strong smell of  cleaning solution and the Internet connection is very slow.  I wont stay here again. Not a good option for business travelers.

As far as the hotel premises itself is concerned, it's a decent place with plenty of parking and reasonably okay rooms.

My gripe with this place is with the internet connection. When you stay at an extended stay place, you pretty much assume a good internet connection.  In fact, you might even want to do some work from your room. An extended stay hotel is more like a home away from home. In that case, welcome to the worst internet connection you'll ever come across in your lifetime.

Have you ever felt like pulling your hair out of frustration? Have you ever felt like throwing your laptop out of the window? Then that is exactly what you'll experience using the internet connection here. The wireless strength is good enough; the hotel management is simply too cheap to pay for better bandwidth. Carrying on a conversation on Skype can be the ultimate test of your patience and self-control. For people old enough to remember, the speeds are comparable or worse than a dial-up connection.

The bottom line is that if you even remotely care about a useful internet connection for the duration of your stay, please stay away. I would gladly pay more if only they could get me decent speeds. I work at a tech company close to this place and I consider this place to be an embarrassment to Silicon Valley (especially with foreign visitors from Asia coming to this place). Those visitors might get the impression of coming to a third world country.

Same as it always has been beds are like sleeping on concrete, internet is horrible if you wont better internet you have to pay for it, and the tv stations aren't that great. If you want a hot shower forget it the water is barely warm. They say newly remodeled but all i see is new paint. Oh and upgraded bedding, just cause you change the color of the the blankets doesn't make it an upgrade.

Clean room! Lots of space and friendly staff. Don't look for a bunch of perks like room service. I just did a road trip for 2 weeks and stayed in several of these. It's not the Ritz but, who needs that when on business? I'll continue to stay here when traveling for work. Wi-fi sucks unless you pay the $3 per day.

Renamed to Extended Stay America. Internet is subpar. You are expected to pay for a speed boost but it doesn't seem any faster. Other than that it is what it is. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

The grab-n-go breakfast was fine w/ muffins, fruit, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee. They also gave us free popcorn, tooth brushes, paste and razors at check-in. The king room was spacious and the big screen tv was nice and included 2 channels of Show time and about 20 others. It was a smoking room but there was no ashtray so we used one of the bowls [...] from the very complete kitchenette after a request for an ashtray went unanswered. there was a filter for drinking water and tho the ac was a bit noisy we really enjoyed our stay. Lots of pillows. Thanks

Gosh. So not my style. Came here with a friend who works as a traveling nurse. Her company booked this place for her.

I picked her up from the airport and went directly here. Her room that was supposed to be ready by 3pm wasn't! Blank stares all around from the front desk. Apologies and a promise that a room will be available in an hour! Wtf? One hour not minutes!

Long story short they screwed this one up. They didnt seem busy. Parking lot wasnt crowded.

The carpets in the room were stained. The sheets seemed clean. Pillows were so thin.

Felt bad for my friend. The hallway smells like food. I get it. You can cook here since its that kind of place. A stove, and a small ref.

She stayed one night and checked out. Prob check out for good from here. Two stars for the nice cleaning lady who was so apologetic and  their free parking!

This hotel (manager and staff included is terrible).  I stayed here for 2 simultaneous weeks and the first week went fine (the staff is very friendly although I feel like some had trouble speaking English or understanding me).  The second week I had to switch rooms and it was supposed to be the same room type as I had the first week (2 queen size beds).  Over the weekend the queen size beds must have shrunk to a bed somewhere in between a twin and full size.  I am a small size woman and if I spread my arms out I could touch each side of the bed...that is not queen size!

We went to the manager, Steve (who was almost impossible to track down).  He was very nice and then said that he would comp me $50 for two nights (a total of $100) since the beds were not what I was paying for...I was very pleased.  Now we get to check out and he only had comped me for one night and when I say something to the staff she of course can't do anything and I need to talk to the Manager who isn't in of course.  Since it's a hotel and I don't live there how the heck am I supposed to talk to him when I'm checking out and he's not there?  Anyway I took his number and have called and left messages for him every week and I never get a call back or anything.  A very rude way to handle business.

Lost a lot of good business since I work up there every other week.

I will never be staying here or recommending my company to use them again!

This is an extended stay type of place with frig, stove top, microwave, dishes, etc.   There is room service once a week but you can get new towels anytime at the front desk.  For $3 a day you can get daily room service.

We love these places because the rooms are studios and we can make our own breakfast, have juice in the full size frig, and have a living area to watch TV in.

If you want room service and daily maid service, don't stay here.  If you want to save money in a nice place, this is for you.
