This is hands down my favorite ski resort.  Rooms are gorgeous and spacious.  Utensils and cookware are top of the line.  I've stayed here back in '05 and again dec of 09.  The 4 BR was amazing with it's own theater room, pool table and private elevator to go up and down the two floors.  Staff was friendly and helpful except for the lady that worked the breakfast counter.  She was not so friendly the first day but improved later on in the week. They had a wine tasting during one of the nights and everyone was really friendly and helpful.  They pick you up from the airport and drive you to local restaurants/shops. You'll have an amazing time if you stay here.

My first trip to Aspen and it was made extremely satisfying by the staff at the HGA.  This time share is conveniently located in proximity to the Silver Queen Gandola (plug your iPod into the red cars), City Market, and shops!  Loved it.

My family is some of the original owners of this place and we have yet to be let down.

Most of what I would say has already been said, so I won't beat a dead horse.

If you are looking for a vacation club that has EXCELLENT service, class, and amenities, then this is the place for you.

The only issue that my family has had with the Hyatt Grand Aspen, is more so with the national Hyatt system.  Their points and booking system requires a Ph.D to figure out.  However, there has been no shortage in reservations for my family, we just wonder if we are getting everything we can sometimes.

We joined the Hyatt Vacation Club in 2008 and haven't looked back once with regret.

We used our membership at the Grand Hyatt for our first visit to Aspen just last week and had a GREAT time!

The entire resort was immaculate, spacious, and luxurious.  My only complaint was having to check out!!

I think this will be an annual trip for our family - thank you Hyatt!!

This is hands down the immaculate pinnacle of what a vacation club resort should be.

I was blessed to be invited out to stay at my buddy's parents residence, and it was stunning, but the enjoyment doesn't begin when you step inside, it starts right from the incredible staff that picks you up at the airport.

We were warmly welcomed by a down to earth, gracious driver who greeted us as we stepped off the plane and into the cold winds of the Aspen highlands.

It's staff like him, that makes this residence so addicting.

Roger, who works the front of the house manages the resort with an easy demeanor but a drive to do whatever possible to make your stay as perfect as possible.

The interior of this beautiful lodge is tucked with deep leather chairs and a blazing fire in the main hall that blankets the halls with a soothing heat which reminds you that this is a place to get away from it all.

The residence we stayed in was jaw dropping.

Beautiful dark wood pieces had a history of their own, and the living room was laid out by someone who knew how to trap laziness with plush couches and a slick flat screen above the fire.

    The beds... Damn.

You sank into them like the Titanic, minus the harsh cold and trip ruining icebergs.

Any my goodness, every night, they had turn down service which left you with not one but 2 decadent chocolates to slip you far away deep in your sleep.

Yes, Kanye's "Good Life" was inspired by this residence alone.

My favorite part of a ski trip? Apres! C'mon, does anything really beat Apres ski?

The lodge bar is spectacular, with an old mens club type charm, with a granite counter top and leather chairs with views of the white tipped mountains.

Seth, the bartender, quickly became our friend, but what truly makes him unique is the time he takes with each patron.

He is the essential embodiment of why this place ticks. Outgoing, friendly service, with a fine appreciation of who you actually are.

It was a pleasure coming in to the bar after a long day of skiing to be greeted with a cold beer and good conversation.

And to top the Apres all off, were the 2 outdoor hot tubs they have to give therapy to your muscles for another day of gliding on the white rivers of Aspen mountain.

The Hyatt Grand Aspen is a place I can only hope to have a place in within my future.

It is a lodge that respects your decision to leave behind meetings and the bustling vibe of the city life, to entertain in the presence of dear friends, and to simply get lost.

As we all should, from time to time...

We have been to a number of the Hyatt Vacation properties. we are always satisfied but this is beyond wonderful. First location, right in the heart of the village...you can walk everywhere. Now the service, friendly, smart and extremely energetic. And the quality of the property itself is completely top notch.

5th year staying here during spring break. No need to go anywhere else, because really, there's nothing better than the HGA.

Service = top notch. Everyone (I mean everyone) is willing to help you and ensure you have the best stay that you can.

Accommodations = luxurious, spacey, homey. This is luxury at its finest... from the bathrooms to the bedrooms to the kitchenettes. Everything is immaculate, shiny, and just a privilege to use. Not to mention the downstairs outdoor fireplace for roasting s'mores with the kids at night and the bar area with occasional live music, as well as the fantastic pool (with waterfall and two [yes, 2] hot tubs) and the hotel's own ski equipment storage room and rental facility just behind the front desk.

Location = can you get any better? At the base of Ajax, in the heart of downtown Aspen, a less-than 25 second walk to the free bus station that takes you to any of the ski areas and beyond... find a better location; I dare you.

Overall, year after year, we're never disappointed. Will happily return for many more years to come to the great area of Aspen and the great resort of the Hyatt Grand Aspen.

Stayed here in Winter 2012, and was blown away.

I seldom hand out 5 stars, but this place deserves it.

We stayed in a studio and it was amazing. The balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, and the room itself was super luxurious.

The bathroom was ridiculously nice too. There was an LED TV next to the jacuzzi.

Service was good, and it's conveniently located to all the shops in Aspen.

    Definitely recommend this place.

Luxury = Hyatt Grand Aspen! The bathtub alone made me want to stay in the bathroom the whole time- it was so huge my feet did not even begin to reach the other end. Add jets and a TV and it is prune city - you can always opt for the steam/rain shower as well! We were in a 1 bedroom that had a extremely comfy king bed, a large kitchen area and living room with a big screen TV and access to the amazing outdoor patio. Complimentary continental breakfast was a plus but even more important - the staff was wonderful and friendly. We had the decadence of a 5 star resort but not the snootiness that often accompanies...

Awesome hotel. They do not have room service or a restaurant in the hotel and we were a little bummed. We did the Tough Mudder and we were dead dog beat!! We called front desk to ask about room service and she informed us they did not have any food or room service but immediately offered to have one of the bellmen go pick up food from one of the close by restaurants for us... and he did.. Truly impressive!! Great rooms with fireplaces and beautiful bathrooms. We will definitely stay here when we return!  Thanks Aspen Grand Hyatt for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!

I had the pleasure to stay at the Hyatt 5 times/weeks and loved it each and every time. Amazing service, housekeeping, driver service, concierge and good breakfast.

The location is also excellent! Just a few steps to the Gondola at Ajax. Great family atmosphere.
