This is an amazing property!  The level of service, luxury and beauty are amazing.  The rooftop pool has to be the most amazing in all of Aspen.  They also have a wine service and beautiful breakfast with hardboiled eggs, perfectly ripened fruit, breads, etc.....all complimentary!!  We rented a room for three days but I could have stayed much longer.  There's an in room fridge for drinks, the tv cable system is the best I've ever seen in a hotel, and the quality of the bath products/robes is fabulous.  They have thought of everything.  It's the little touches like having extra bathrobes/towels in a heated sauna box by the pool for cool days that really show their attention to detail.   The double sinks in the bathroom each have their own toothbrush holder, glasses, tissues, etc.  It seems lie a small thing, but it is really a lovely touch.

Inventory at the Residences seems to get booked through Little Nell when there is availability, I'd imagine during peak times you can't get in since it's technically some sort of owners club. The condo was fantastic, full kitchen, great location. If you are fortunate enough to stay here during winter the proximity to Ajax mountain gondola is ridiculous! You get room service and a concierge just like you would at the main hotel, but it seemed a little less crowded/busy. We used the concierge to book a bunch of activities ahead of our trip and as you can see by my reviews everything went off without a hitch. Mornings they provide a complimentary light breakfast spread and afternoons they put out drinks and snacks (though they didn't do a perfect job refreshing it). Would return without a second thought!

This top notch hotel/residence is by far the best stay I have had in Aspen. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was very large and was amazing. The bed was the best and it was hard to wake up in the morning!

The hotel offers a free shuttle around town and to the airport. They also have an Audi sedan you can borrow while there. I stayed here a few weeks ago when the rates were low post season but I heard it gets pretty pricey here.

The breakfast in the owners lounge in the morning is kinda weak unless you want a full breakfast go elsewhere.
