From the freshly manicured grounds to the spotless lobby to the comfortable rooms, this Comfort Inn & Suites location is impeccable. The staff is courteous, polite and friendly. I stay here 12 times a year and it's always a treat to be welcomed back. Terrific business and wonderful people.

A very friendly and well-appointed moderate price motel/hotel just off Colo 82 between Glenwood Springs and Basalt.  Rooms are very clean, beds firm and rooms are fairly large.  Kind of a funky floor plan; not the usual motel straight line hallways.  Continental breakfasts a little light, but there is a great diner just across the street.

If you need a fairly inexpensive place to stay, this is a great place! Rooms were very clean and comfortable and it had a continental breakfast that was great - more than just pastries - had bacon and eggs and waffles as well as normal faire. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay. I got a really good rate, when booking 1 adult 3 children. A week later we added another room and rates had gone up, but they gave it to us for same rate as first room. Check in was fast. Nice room with 2 sided room view of the river. Close to everything, Red Rock Diner right across the road. Room was amazing. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Microwave and mini fridge in room. They did not provide enough soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion for all the people in the room. They knew there were 3 adults but only left 1. Fresh fruit offered 24 hours, along with coffee and juices. Fresh baked cookies at night was sweet. Only real down thing was eggs and sausage were really bad. I would have liked better oatmeal toppings, nuts, raisins, brown sugar, real scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. There also were not enough Times papers. Very little wrong, we will be back next week in fact.

I recently stayed there and everything was good.  They asked me to fill out a survey regarding my stay.  I mentioned two small negatives, which included breakfast sausage not being warmed and slow internet connection.

Within a week, I had a personal letter at my door apologizing for this things.  I was blown away at the professionalism that was shown in doing that.  It says a lot about a business that responds to customer feedback and takes the time to write a personal message.

Great work!

We stayed here because all other options were full and my friend said to not even bother with the Days Inn. Jeese, I can't even imagine what that would've been like in comparison.

First of all, expensive for what we got. For $150 we had a tv that showed one channel only with no volume. Second, no Internet access w an android phone. Third, Only one electrical outlet in the wall.  Come on. Fourth, outdated and overrun bathroom and furnishings. And lastly, the complimentary breakfast was, at the very best, disgusting. The eggs were probably powder and cooked in the microwave and the bacon looked like plastic shavings. It was just the cherry on top after a disappointing nights rest.
I hate saying all this because the lady that checked us in was very sweet and they let us have a late check-out. Oh Well

Terrible hotel. We booked our room as part of a wedding block within the wedding block window and received a confirmation email with the price. When we arrived they told us the rate had gone up $30 per night. They refused to honor the wedding block deal. Then when we went up to the room it wreaked of cigarette smoke, but they insisted that the hotel was non-smoking. When I finally insisted they come up and smell the room for themselves they finally admitted and switched us to another room. After we checked out, they over charged my credit card by $66 and it took 4 phone calls to get them to refund the over charge, and then a whole week to actually receive the refund. Terribly unorganized and poor customer service. The breakfast was completely disgusting as well.

We stayed for 3 days/2 nights on 12/30/14.
Hotel is very good for the price(paid $95 + tax / day) and level. Very clean and friendly staff.
Rates include free breakfast with good options.
Inside small heated pool and hot tub is nice to relax after day of skiing.
Only issues I will mention:
1) Heating / air conditioning on the room is very noisy! Very annoying!!!!
2) Our room - 217 - is right above the main entrance and the automatic doors are also very noisy so avoid this room!!!!
Other than that it's a very good option.
Note: there is no elevator.
