Stayed here with my partner over new years weekend, found it very spacious, clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. Only five minutes from the main drag. Didn't get to check out the hot tubs, it was too cold, but plan on coming back soon and inviting some friends to stay in the condo with us since the smallest is two bedrooms.

Great visit compared to other places in Estes Park. We stayed two nights the first week of 2012 in what felt like a permanent residence. It was very clean with no oders. The beds were comfy and my daughter wanted to keep one of the pillows. Not a high end "granite everything", but felt new and very nice. Everything we needed and 5 minutes to everything. You could fish from the back deck in a quiet setting. The hot tubs are high end and work great. Very relaxing to end the day (try them even if it is cold). Plenty of towels and they don't nickle and dime you to death. They have gifts waiting for you which was a nice touch. Felt like it is privately owned by someone living the dream. Wife wants to come back with both sets of parents and kids.

We stayed here for a long weekend, this place is great, all condos, two really nice hot tubs, right across the road from one of the best restuarants in Estes Park that also plays great live music, also a nice deck on the river to chill out on.  Each condo has it's own private patio.  All condos are nicely furnished and stocked with dishes, etc.  Washer and dryer were super handy.  The staff was great, girl at the front desk was very nice and very helpful and did a great job with explaining everything.  To top it off this place is literally right around the corner from the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  We highly recommend staying here and will be back soon,

My group of four friends booked one of their two-bedroom condos this weekend to spend the night between two days of an Avi-1 course in the park.  We all found the location, accommodations, and price to all be fantastic.  The condo looked brand new, was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and they had everything we needed - robes for the hot tub, plenty of nice soft towels, very comfortable beds, and pans and dishes to cook breakfast the next morning.  Split between us, it cost less than the Y down the road, and the facilities were nicer.  We will definitely be staying here again the next time we need to overnight in Estes.

Stayed here for two nights to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Everything was wonderful! The staff was pleasant and helpful in setting up the reservation. They has set our sone snacks and bottled water upon our arrival which was very nice! The facilities were great, very spacious two bedroom condo, fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, and jacuzzi (with bath robes!). The condo was very clean, the bed was SO comfortable and it was really quiet all around us! Definitely would go back, love Estes Park, Elk were just walking around just a few minutes from the property! A great value!

What a great place to stay! Condos are well maintained and modern. Nestled right by the river, so we opened all the windows and let nature in. It's a couple miles from the main drag, so no real traffic. But it's close to national parks, shopping and eating. For a family, this place rocks. Only difficulty we had was having to go somewhere else to check in after a long drive. So, just know you have to check in about a mile or so down the road. We WILL be back..

I came here with the boyfriend for a romantic weekend and we had a wonderful time.

I booked with the romance on the rockies special that included flowers, chocolates and a bottle of wine.  When I called last minute to book, all the one bedroom places were already taken, so they were kind enough to give me a two-bedroom place for the same price.  When we arrived, there were lovely fresh red roses on the table, along with our bottle of wine from a local brewery and a few complimentary snacks and water.  There were also cozy bathrobes and fluffy towels for us to take to the hot tub.

We really had a lovely time.  We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, listening to the river and looking at the stars.  The dryer in the suite was WONDERFUL.  We left ourselves some towels tumbling in the dryer so they were warm when we got back to our room.  The fireplace was really pleasant and we spent a lot of time just being cozy in the living room.

The whole suite was very well stocked with full kitchen and laundry.  Best of all, all the furniture was high quality, comfy and modern.  None of the strange kitschy antler sofas with bed bugs that you so often find in estes park.

The location was easy to find and incredibly close to the national park, with only a few minutes to town too.

I think I'll definitely come here again.

Ok the staff is very friendly and the condo was in good shape. I have one super big beef: There is no air conditioning! we arrived on a sunny day and it was hot and sticky in the condo and took a day to open the windows and leave them open all night when the temp outside dropped to pull in some cool air.when we did leave the windows open we all woke up with sore throats from something burning in the area. I just think it should be in the ad that there is no central air. For the positive points, it is furnished with almost everything you need or may hope to need, including washer dryer, gas grill, utensils in the kitchen, paper products, honestly i expect that when I'm paying over 200 a night:/

My family and I stayed here for a week. We stayed in a three bedroom condo, and it was luxurious.

In the kitchen, there was a fridge/freezer, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, and plates/utensils/glasses. There was a dining room with 6 chairs.

There were 2 1/2 bathrooms (as in two had shower/baths and one had a sink and a toilet) and there was a washer/dryer that continually did laundry.

In the living room there was a desk, a tv, a fireplace, a sofa and an armchair. All of the before mentioned were comfortable and modern.

In the back of the condo was a large deck with plenty of chairs around a patio table. We could see the river and we spotted a couple of elk while we were out on the patio. The hot tubs were a great outdoor feature as well, they worked great and were fantastic on sore muscles after a long day of hiking.

The bedrooms were, respectively, a California king bed, a king bed, and a queen (or maybe double?). The closets in every room were spacious and had plenty of hangers for drying clothes.

Our only issue was that the bathrooms smelled like rotten eggs or cheese or something from the moment we arrived to the day we left. And it wasn't us. All of the bathrooms with a shower smelled like this, and no matter the fans or windows we had open, they stank the entire time.

Even with this slight problem, these condos were updated, very spacious, and overall fantastic.
