Worth staying. Clean and courteous staff. We had a suite which was rather nice. There are finer hotels but for a fairly priced get away for a few days I would return. One thing though, BW provide comp. breakfast and I will rec'd that the food be a bit more genuine and stay away from fake eggs and fake butter. If you can realize it's comp. Take it for what it us. Gran some fresh fruit and. Have toast or go out for breakfast. All in all a good pace to stay.

I'm always surprised by hotel prices when we come to Estes however the pricing here was average for the area.  The bed was comfortable and the room was quieter than I was expecting however I still wore earplugs as parking is only a few feet from the door.  We were upgraded to their nicer rooms which has a fireplace and a fridge.  I'm not sure I'd pay the extra $50 for the nicer room however.  They were strangely reluctant to provide extra towels for us.

We flew into Denver and drove directly to Estes Park w/out an reservation.  Sitting in the car w/ my GPS, I started making the calls for a last minute hotel reservation... and we ended up here with the manager's special since the friendly guy over the phone made the room descriptions glow.  Here it is, so you know what you're getting:

    1.  Balcony view -- well yes you get a view of the Rockies, but you also get a view of several telephone and electrical lines.  You could drive across the street and stand on the hill for a better picture shot.  Save your money for a normal room.

    2.  The "expanded" hot breakfast meant your std continental offerings plus hard boiled eggs and waffle maker.  Also had cereals, instant oatmeal, random yogurt and fruit, plus several selections of toast / banana bread / bagels.

    3.  When we drove up to our motel, we noticed all the establishments were a bit old and dated... so set expectations accordingly.

Was a nice motel with friendly staff. We had a king bed suite and the accommodations were up-to-date and very comfortable. We slept well in the bed and everything worked well (heat/ac, water, tv, shower head, tub drain, etc.). Was quiet most of the time. The continental breakfast was decent...about the same as any other. Was a little higher priced than I wanted to pay, but not terrible. Close to downtown Estes. Overall, we were happy and would recommend staying here.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good with giving directions and recommendations. We stayed in the newly built building which has lots of room. Definitely feels comfy and airy - windows that actually open and fluffy soft towels (: Nothing to complain about!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size, quality, and comfort of our room.  Comfy, large beds, sitting space, clean bathroom with good shower quality, and good location within Estes Park.

Every place in the area was packed so we settled on this place but we're glad that we did.  The place was actually pretty nice, clean, and quite...exactly what we wanted.  We didn't really check out the pool or spa but they seem nice when we walked by.  The worst part was that we had to go outside to get ice..which is crazy considering how cold it can get here.

The BEST thing about this place is the breakfast.  They had warm eggs, sausage, waffles, everything you want in warm breakfast.

DO NOT stay at this hotel! Within 5 hours of my parents checking into this hotel with my 6 yr old son he had to be emergency transported to Denvers children hospital hours away to have an emergency surgery for appendicitis. They were billed over $700 for the 3 nights they had been planning on staying. When the GM Corey was called and explained the situation he did not care. His answer was to give them a voucher not even equal to 2 nights stay. Charge them a cancellation fee of $50 plus the charge for the one night. They are stuck with a voucher and a bill for over $300 for not even 5-6 hrs in the room. They left for the hospital before midnight I might add.

Do you want to stay somewhere where if you have an unexpected emergency happens there is no concern or compassion? What if someone in your group or you yourself have a medical emergency such as a heart attack, stroke, hiking accident, car accident? If you wanna get stuck with a bill for a hotel room you vacated and didnt use? Even with a death the GM would still charge you.

When calling he refused to even talk to me regarding the incident.  Hung up on me multiple times. Made promises to call back with no actual call. And NEVER once did he even ask if the child was ok! He also lied and said the voucher could be used at any best western. Which is a lie! It must be used there, Would you ever want to go back there?

Do not waste your money staying here.

Clean, spacious, quiet.  reasonable hot breakfast.  Reception clerk was extremely friendly. We checked in late and secured a great rate. It is a hop, skip and jump from shopping and great coffee.
    will definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give it zero stars. We checked in 5 minutes ago for my 30th birthday weekend in Estes.  The front desk guy had no personality and the general manager Corey has horrible customer service. I am in the industry and I would never treat a guest the way he did. He continued to argue with me and would hear what I had to say. We called last week to make sure there pool was open. They confirmed it was heated outdoor pool and open so we booked online.  He will not give us back our money and we haven't even entered the room yet. Liars don't sit well with me. Don't stay here if you want a relaxing getaway weekend

We ended up staying at this hotel for 2 nights (we had originally only booked for 1 night) but we really enjoyed this place. The room we stayed in was clean and nice. It had 2 queen beds and was very comfortable. The night before we got here we had to stay at the Comfort Inn down the street which we couldn't wait to get out of and were glad the BW had rooms available. While our room didn't have a great view or anything, it didnt matter because we were only there to sleep. We got our views from Rocky Mt. Nat'l Park.

I really liked Mike at the front desk. He was helpful, informative, and courteous. What I did find strange was the breakfast - you are absolutely not allowed to leave the dining room with food in your hand, even if you are in the process of consuming it. While I found this a little strange, at least food was included.
