Horrible Room. Asked for a non-smoking room and right when we walked in, the smell of cigarette hits you like a punching bag as you walk in. Also the AC/Heater is useless and the wifi goes on and off.

We were in town for a graduation and most places we're booked, so we booked here.  It was just a place to stay for the night, clean, very nice staff, which is all we really needed for a night.  It's an older motel with older blankets.  Bad part, when we opened the window there was no screen!  And no screen on a few rooms.  It was a nice night and we would have liked to sleep with the window open, luckily the air conditioner worked. It was also nice to have a free breakfast.  So, it's an okay place to stay if you just need a place to sleep for the night.  Wish there had been a fridge in the room and we had no wi-fi in the room.

Can't say much about this place was only here for 9 hours or so. Decent room. It seemed as clean as it could be for how old the hotel was. My car didn't get messed with so that's a plus. The a/c and fridge were a bit noisy. Also, I could hear the person upstairs walking around at 5am. Continental breakfast was a joke but most are. Wifi did NOT work very well. Businesses like this don't deserve to be in business. They just kind of float along and get by.

Clean and cheap. Pretty noisy. As other reviewers have noted, you can hear people next-door quite plainly and obviously. you can hear people walking around outside and talking outside too. The drapes in the room would not close and finally had to go to clip to keep them together. The shower felt great but did not drain. The room had been freshly painted and the walls look nice. As the other reviewers have mentioned, the Internet does not work well at all. In fact did not work for me at all. When I reserved the room, I was told it had a refrigerator in it, but it did not. The front desk was nice enough and helpful so I give them kudos for that. The first room smelled so bad that I had to go to the front desk and request a different room. I was graciously and without question given the second room.  Breakfast is a joke, all they have is two kinds of sugar cereal to choose from, white bread, and honeybun and muffins. I guess it's okay if you like sugar sugar sugar and Empty carbos.

I stayed here for longer than 3 days, so I've got a pretty good idea of this hotel... here it goes:

The doors, oh my fucking god. It took 5-50 times of sliding your card in the door for it to open, seriously, stood at my door for 10 minutes everyday trying to get the key card to work. I got 4 replacement cards, all the same.

Once you get into the door, there's only 1 way to close it, SLAM it.

The walls have screw/drill holes everywhere, even the frame for the mirror.

At night, you could hear when someone was taking a bath/shower in another room, as the water would really WHINE loud, you could hear it in the walls. Enough to wake you up.

What else... the internet, it sucks. Works for about 5 minutes at a time, then you have to constantly reconnect to get it working for another 5 minutes.

If you can live with this... then go ahead, but I won't be back.

No, no, never again.  The toilet lid didn't even fit on the toilet.  Pillows smelled nasty, mattress was very hard. I got a few hours of rest, gave up at 4;30 am and got back on the road. Next time I will spend the extra money.

Are there better places to stay? Sure.
It was pretty shabby. But it was cheap and clean an I just needed a place to crash for the nite. So it was fine.

The girl at check in wasn't very friendly, kind of had a monotone voice & seemed to be on auto-pilot... but she got me a room, so whatever.

The morning chick was much friendlier.

I'd recommend it for a cheap place to crash for a nite, but not more than that.

Clean and cozy, great for the price! rooms have fridge and microwave. Free breakfast. Laundry on site was awesome!

This place was really affordable, especially since we weren't initially intending to stop when we came through town. The night clerk was very friendly and let us know about the amenities and breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable, though not overly large or fancy (though "you get what you pay for" comes to mind in this instance).
Other reviewers mentioned that the walls are not well-soundproofed, but we didn't have issues, and there were guests in at least one of the neighboring rooms. Maybe the soundproofing differs from room to room, or perhaps our neighbors were just quiet; I'm not certain. But we didn't have a problem with noise, and even with noise, we had a comfy place to lay our heads that wasn't the seat of a moving truck, so it certainly beat the alternative when it came down to it.
The morning clerk was present when I came to the office area for breakfast, though he didn't greet me as I came in the door (though other guests did) and he was entirely absent when I returned to check out. I rang the bell, called out into the office area, looked around the grounds, returned, rang the bell again, and called out some more before another attendant came to the front desk just as I was muttering that nobody seemed to be present at all. "Check-out" consisted of handing her the keys and telling her our room number, so I'm not certain whether or not I simply attracted the attention of a passing member of the housekeeping staff who politely collected the keys so that I wasn't in the office complaining anymore or not.
Overall, if I need to stay in town again, it's cheap and conveniently, there's a really nice Applebee's across the street for dinner. I won't worry about interfacing much with their absentee morning office staff, but for the price, the tradeoff in service was almost worth it.
