We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights of a busy weekend.  I appreciated that they were charging half to two thirds what a lot of nearby motels were charging.  The people at the desk were friendly and competent.  The room was reasonable for a Super 8.  And either the Friday and Saturday night crowds were very quiet or the rooms are well insulated.

I'm marking them down because their wireless failed me badly.  It worked fine Friday evening but Saturday evening and night and Sunday morning I got nothing.  My wife also had problems.  I was not downloading movies or anything like that.  Also another piece of electronics misbehaved there but has worked since.  ??

Also our beds were quite hard and I had a sore back for a few days afterward (probably more to do with my back than their beds, but still it started there).

Stayed here last week on the way out west. Pet friendly was a big plus! Clean. No complaints about the place. Just what you'd expect. I recommend it.

I stayed on a Monday night and was pleased at the cleanliness and quality of the motel room. The bathroom is sparkling clean and the free wi-fi is a nice treat. The sheets are clean but the comforter is not surprisingly thin and worn.

After twelve hours on the road, we were exhausted, crabby, and stinky. We had a good eight hours more to go, and I told D that I would hurl myself out of the car in Grand Junction and hitch a ride back home unless he stopped the car. So, we stopped.

It was fourth of July weekend, so many hotels were completely booked. Super 8 had one room left--a double. We took it. And they accomodated our dog for an additional $5 fee; Molly was super excited to have her own bed. We took a hot shower, went to bed, ate a satisfying (yet mediocre) continental breakfast, and were ready to get back on the road. It's not fancy by any means, but it was a clean, quiet place to rest our weary traveling bones. And it may have saved our marriage.

This hotel was nice enough. It's not fancy, it's not a resort. It's a warm, clean bed and hot shower. Plenty of food places in the immediate area. 3 stars is an average rating and that's exactly what this hotel is; average. The plus? They offer free ice for your cooler, that was cool. (no pun intended but it works).

The room smelled like a dirty bar.  I'm surprised that an earlier review said that this place is new.  It looks like it needs some serious updates.

The breakfast was really limited and the coffee was awful.

Close to the highway and inexpensive.

I wanted to drive on through the night since theres not much traffic out but us,but getting more tired by the minute,we pulled off in Fruita to a full house at every hotel;Memorial Day

Finally in Grand Junction,we found a Super 8 and checked in at almost 1am.We got the very last room.Even though we checked in super late, the rate was high as F,something like $91.Ridiculous.For less than 6 hours at the hotel, since we checked out around 6am and back on the road.

The room we had was hot and the air didnt work that well. The only reason I slept so sound was from driving practically all night after leaving Fairplay.

A very nice clean fairly new property. My room was comfortable and quite. Rate was a little high for a Super 8, but I arrived without a reservation. Nice large breakfast area. Free continental breakfast of Coffee, rolls bagels.

I did not use the pool or fitness center so can not comment.

Stayed on a Sunday night.  Everyone was really nice.  Rooms were very clean.  Breakfast was good too.  Comforters are really old... it's time to order new ones!!  Good location too.

We were driving from Denver to Los Angeles and decided to find a room in Grand Junction for the night to sleep.
    Pulled in to Super 8.
Was SHOCKED at the low price- $68 for 2 adults- $72 with tax! Fantastic- we didn't want to spend a lot of money.
Friendly nerd at the front desk.
Clean, plain, bare bones hotel, which is all we needed- to sleep and shower in the morning.
Also, we had a FULL car of stuff and was worried about a break in overnight- our car was fine and untouched in the morning!
I only have only one complaint- the doors are slammy. We felt bad- we checked in at midnight and had no idea the door would slam behind us. We are sure we disturbed someone. And we were startled awake by a slammy door in the morning.
But for the weary traveller who just needs a cheap place to crash- this ain't bad!

I've stayed here twice now, as I am in Grand Junction pretty often. I'd say I have mixed feelings.

I usually use a Priceline discount, so the rooms are relatively cheap to me.

The rooms smell funky and are definitely outdated. The doors SLAM shut, so if you stay, watch your door when you go in and out. I felt horrible the first few times. The hot and cold on the shower were opposite... Took me a minute to figure that out! Ha!

The service varies. I call to check in to tell them the time I arrive and they are generally really pleasant and helpful on the phone. When you get there is a completely different story though.

The "continental breakfast" is a joke, but it's nice to have something.

It's a Super 8 so you can't really expect any of the bells and whistles that you'd get at a higher priced place. It's pretty much just a stop and go kinda place, which works out great!

Stayed here one night for to go see Arches National Park in Utah. The rate was about $60. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room was clean. Not so impressed by the "continental breakfast" but there is a Denny's and other restaurants down the street you can eat at. If I happen to pass through town again, I would stay here.
