no star for them. disrespectful to those that put their lives on the line. violate us laws by believing that internal rules of a business supersede country, state, local laws, and common sense. this place will not care about you just like they did not care about this american veteran that put his life on the line for them. do not support this business. stay away.

How dare you treat a Wounded Veteran this way. Your business is disgusting, and so is the clerk whom should be deported to whatever shithole she came from....You will never have my business...I will encourage everyone I know to leave a review for this un-American business.

This place is a dive. The rooms smell and there are cockroaches everywhere. To to that off they refuse to all disabled veterans to stay there because they are American Criminals. Avoid this place, spend your money at a place that values their guests.

Being ignorant of the service dog law is one thing, but treating a veteran rudely and calling him an "American Criminal" is quite another. They will never get any of my business.

DO NOT book a room here. These people do not support our country's service men and women! As someone who holds the military near and dear to my heart I cannot even imagine spending a night here. They turned away a disabled vet for trying to book a room with his service dog for the night. Absolutely un-American.

WOW!!! DISGUSTING!!! Here you are in AMERICA, and yet you refuse service to an AMERICAN VETERAN and his service dog?
Our family travels alot and will NEVER stay in a budget inn again.
    SHAME ON YOU!!!!
That clerk should be arrested and sent back where she came from!!!

The story about the clerk is appalling. I hope she realizes by refusing service to someone who sacrificed time with their family, friends, risk their life; she is disrespecting america. There is a reason there is such a thing as a "military discount" in a lot if not all restaurants. Establishments realize the sacrifices veterans make and hope to give a little back.

I hope she is being persecuted for her actions, as she needs a hard wake up call.

You made your bed bitch, now lay in it.
