I have stayed here  a few times public and private races at the track.

Incredibly convenient if that your reason for being there. Bike week is chaos so being as close to the track as possible helps prevent heart attacks.

Nice facilities, relatively new I believe. They have a great breakfast and pantry area for late night snacks. The rooms are actual huge and very comfy. Basically like a suite with a living room area with couches to watch the tv or you can sit in be on the other side of the room and watch a different tv show.actually you know what? you can watch BOTH tvs from  the bed-gonna have to try it next time-maybe it will help me mesh with the locals better if I kill my brain cells doing that. Great idea.

Great hotel considering how horrible of a place Daytona Beach is. I only go there cause I have to.

Great stay especially if you are a business traveler!  Tired of waiting for someone to get off business center computers so you can print?  You can send print jobs to the business center from your hotel room!  I love it!

The printing, faxing and copying is free!  I'm tired of going to hotels that want to charge you to go online, fax and print!  And there was even one hotel that charged just to ENTER the business center!  The gall!!

But at HGI, all you have to do is go to the business center, which is open 24 hours a day, and enter a code you set from your room, and viola!  your print job is ready!   And I love that there is supplies like scissors, staplers and tape available as well.

The staff is excellent!  The rooms are huge and comfortable, and you get free bottled water when you check in.  Everything is clean and accessible.  The lounge area is cozy, and there are some great, overpriced items in the market pantry area.

Breakfast buffet is available for a fee, or you can order a la carte.  Over all, a must stay if you're in the Daytona area!

One of the Newer, cleaner, And better locations. I've never had a real problem with HGI. The service is friendly and decent.

I have, however, had issues with the computers in different hotels. I'm glad to report that this is one of the faster pcs out there.

This location also gives you the option to have the free breakfast if your HH honors Level applies or the option to opt out for points. Some locations do not do that.

Speaking of breakfast, their food is pretty decent here. They have the cook who will whip up omelettes of your choice, pancakes, or French toast. There are the other options of fruit, yogurt, juice, bagels, English muffin, Muffin muffins, danishes, Oatmeal, And a few other things available for breakfast.

Over all I enjoy the stay here and willing to commute the 15 minutes versus under five minutes to stay here when I am in town for business.

I have stayed here twice for business and it's so cool! You can see the race track right across the street. I walked over to the Outback for dinner it was very convenient.

Wow not our usual Hilton experience.. Staff was extremely friendly however bathroom was dirty and there's some type of dirt coming out of the water faucets in the bathroom. Definitely did not want to wash my face take a bath or brush my teeth in that water. AC sucked we had it turned down to the lowest setting from 2 PM until 9 AM the next day. Room stayed warm the whole time. Elevator has a dirty smell and the hallways are poorly lit. We will not return to this hilton.

While I agree that the location is safe this hotel recently underwent renovations.
I'm not impressed seeing as that there was mold in the shower and half the lights in the room didn't work.

The bed was great and the towels were soft. The rate of $129 per night was on par with the Hampton inn next-door but I expected more from this brand.

An extremely posh and opulent place. The first hotel clerk was a bit rude when I asked if I could check in early. A basic no you can't, would have sufficed but I got attitude instead. I don't think she liked the bikers staying there. But let's be fair, one semi rude clerk can't take away from the room, the pool, the spa, the water with lemon and tangerines in the lobby 24 hours a day, and the coffee, and the cookies, and just a very clean and wonderful atmosphere with most of the staff being very attentive. And it seems i have gotten a reasonable bargain.

I stayed in the  suite with a Jetted tub. The hotel was pretty nice and really convient because the speedway, mall, and airport are practically in walking distance. the staff was very polite, but I am only giving the hotel three stars due to the tub in my suite being dirty and the light above the tub didn't even work. This might seem small but the main reason I got the suite was because of the awesome tub my wife and I could enjoy before I headed to Japan.

Had a ~2 week stay here and it was as close to perfect as it could get. Room was a lot bigger than I expected and even had a little "living room" area or suite or w/e it's called lol. 2 TV's, one in front of bed and one in the suite area. Definitely a lot more than I needed for my business trip, but fantastically set up. Bed was comfortable, free internet access, breakfast buffet (idk if this was free since my company paid through their credit card...) but it was really good. Fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, bread, bagels, and a to-go ordering system where you could just tell the cook what you wanted and they'd make whatever you wanted. Damn good scrambled eggs lol. Bathroom was nice and towels and toiletries like shampoo, soap, lotion, and conditioner were replaced every day. Nice gym but only had cardio machines and a few weight ball things. Staff was polite and friendly. Only drawback to my trip was the assholes coming to town for bike week since the hotel is right next to their big convention grounds near the speedway. Not the Hiltons problem but damn those guy are irritating with their stupid loud bikes obnoxiously revving their engines late at night. Hilton sectioned off the closest parking spots for them (about 10 or so spots) and at any time there was only 4-5 bikes parked there... Oh well, w/e. I kept the A/C on to drown them out lol. Great hotel. Would definitely stay again

We stayed here during bike week and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel sits right across the street from the speedway and is incredibly convenient for that purpose. Even with the speedway across the street, the noise never got too loud or bothered me at all. Our room was a double with two very large beds that comfortably fit two people. The room also had a living room off to the side with a pull out couch and a second TV (which I didn't understand since it was less than 10 ft from the one in the bedroom without any sort of division between the two). The room was very clean and well kept with a very friendly staff!

Breakfast was not complimentary and cost around $10 per person. I did like that they always had free ice cold water in the lobby, especially in the heat! The wifi was complimentary as well and worked great for us!

    Overall a pretty good stay!
