This was a terrible experience!!! To start with, this place is really off the beaten path located in a somewhat depressed residential area. It is 4-5 miles from the beach and nothing is within walking distance!(dare you walk in the area!) Upon arrival we discovered we were the ONLY ONES booked there Oct. 17th-20th! The room was clean but had a very distinct Pinesol smell. We were then informed immediately that the remote did not turn the OLD TV On/off---you had to do that manually!! The first day the cable went out so no television until Comcast could come out the following day to repair!! Also, no management/staff was on the grounds during our stay but for a few minutes each morning!! Only contact was via TEXT!! The hot tub only was on in the evening from 7:00pm-10:00pm so you could not use it during the day!(again,no one around to ask!) We were furnished with 4 K-cups for coffee for a 4 day stay!! The pool was cold with debris and leaves and the amount of tropical trees surounding the pool gave the pool area NO SUNLIGHT!!! Then we were charged an AMENITIES FEE of $38.00!!!! WHAT AMENITIES???? Being the only ones staying at this resort (I use the term RESORT with tongue in cheek for a Wendesday thru Saturday stay tells you something!!! Here is some sound advice-----AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Perfect place to get away and relax with MODERN four star amenities. Mary's is perfectly located; slightly removed and secluded with easy/direct access to the airport and beach - each only 5-10 minutes away. Close enough to walk to the river front, downtown, and bars.
No charge parking and wi-fi score high in my book as do the heated pool and multitude of flowering plants that envelope every corner of the resort. The staff are helpful when necessary and quiet and unseen otherwise.
Quintessential Florida resort; perfect for seasonal, extended stays. Most rooms include kitchenette yet cost the price of a normal hotel room. Even the linens feel softer and smell fresher. Check the website for discounts.
No need to wonder if this place will be a hit or miss. It's always a consistent hit, whether I bring friends or come by myself.
Oh, and don't forget to say, "Hi," to Mary!!
