It's not a wonderful hotel if you have high expectations, otherwise if you are a frequent traveler this may be a hotel you might want to consider.  We did not have any problems with bed bugs and have not had any issues with any bites.  The bathroom was clean and bright, no moldy/rotting bottom of the tub issues here, the shower heads were new and there is free wifi throughout the hotel and rooms (which is a plus), there's a small buffet downstairs that doesn't really have much to offer but it's what you get for $11 unless you want to cab it to another restaurant, there is a nail salon that I haven't and probably wont try out, a sports bar with a big screen tv and pool table (only 21+ allowed), a pool with a tiki bar, theater and gym.  Their welcoming center is really nice and tries to understand issues that you're faced with (my boyfriend and I didn't rent a car so our presentation was waved, we only paid $26 in hotel taxes for two nights).  It's a simple hotel, nuff said.

If you're thinking about staying at this hotel DON'T!. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was due to a special timeshare/cruise program that was offered last year.  On the day we got there we had to check in at the Welcome Center.  The lady who handled our package was nice initially, but when she found out we didn't buy a timeshare or wanted to attend another presentation prior to getting on the ship here whole attitude changed and she was VERY RUDE.  The hotel staff was actually nice but you could tell they didn't want to be there.  Now we were provided with FREE food vouchers but had to pay the tax and gratuity.  Where was the FREE.  The food was edible but not the best. The hotel itself was crappy and is in need of some serious upgrades.  The best part of the stay was the pool area. The grounds were kept up nicely and they had a Tiki bar, which provided tropical drink specials, beers and alcohol.  We spent most of our time out there.

    The Good:
     -the bed was comfortable
-cute pool area with outdoor bar

    The Bad:
     -Not very clean
     -Broken elevators
     -Smelly hallways
     -Not really friendly staff
    The Ugly:
-Yellowish colored water from the faucets and toilet
-Waking up with bits on my ankles.... bed bugs??!!?
-Horrible buffet... the worst food of my life.
-Missing clothing after the maids were done.
-Feeling like I can't walk down the hallway alone.. scary.

Obviously I don't recommend this place. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in..

I stayed here for $50 total for two nights, and it still seemed like a bad deal. This place is in a ghetto suburb of Ft. Lauderdale, and my view from my room overlooked a trailer park! Like Tiffany said, I got sucked in from the vacation package involved in the free cruise, and had to go to a ridiculous long timeshare presentation. As lame as it was, I had a crazy cougar as the presenter, so her awkwardness and craziness kept me entertained.

On the bright side, the room was bigger than I expected, and yes, the outside courtyard looked decent, but I really had no desire to be outside while here. Scary!

If I could give negative stars I would. This hotel was pretty disturbing. The water in the sink and toilet was yellow and all (4) of the vending machines where I tried to buy drinking water ate my money. Asked the manager to refund my money and after being ignored for about 15 minutes (at 2am??) I left still upset (and thirsty). There were roaches in the bathroom and the hotel was in a pretty run-down area.

I felt relatively safe walking around with my fiance but would have been uncomfortable alone. They tacked on an extra $10 "resort fee" that there was no way to opt out of.  The staff said the fee was for the use of the "amenities"... of which only a few were actually functional and none were used by us. Also, on kayak.com they report having a free airport shuttle, which turned out to be a $36 airport shuttle run by some dude named Leon. We ended up catching a ride with strangers to the airport and couldn't have been happier to get out of that place!

They charged me extra for a fee about amenities I was not aware of when I made the reservation, the hotel smelled bad, the staff front dest no firiendly, even the manager was no friendly , he didn't give me options as for the fee, even tho I didn't use or want the amenities, I had to pay 20 extra for that. I did t see that in the reservation.
The bathroom only got dark water so I didn't feel like using it a lot.
They offered complementary breakfast, I'm sorry but a bagel is not complementary breakfast, the orange juice machine didn't work and the next day orange juice was gone.

This hotel was not the greatest. The staff was friendly but the rooms were in poor condition. The carpet needs to be changed, walls need to be painted, and sound barriers. The bathroom was clean. I had to inspect the bed. It was ok. It smells like smoke. The water was discolored. The rooms were affordable but I did not select this hotel. It came with a package. I was given this trip as a gift. I had to listen to a six hour presentation to stay in this hotel and go on a cruise. I would not select this hotel again. The hotel was hour and fifteen minutes from the presentation destination. I returned to the hotel after listening to the presentation from 10am to 4pm. Basically, a day at work.
I returned to a hotel that was in need of complete updating. If you want great food, this hotel has only a buffet style menu. The food was below average. The best item was the salad. The welcome center was ok and the pool area was decent. After the first day, I was ready to leave. I watched a staff member of the same hotel chain curse out the front desk attendant concerning her stay and charges at the hotel. The cost was $30 and food gratuity. I paid too much. I would not return but appreciated the gift.

I felt as if I was in the middle of a crime scene staying at this place.

Toilet didn't work, sink didn't drain, and it was asking WAY to much for them to put us in a room where the safe actually worked.

This place is a dump in all categories.
    The wifii is terrible
The staff are unfriendly and have not a clue about customer service.
The food is eatable and you will not die from it but that is all I can say.
    The building is run down.

This is a typical Ramada, a dump.

This place is hooked up with a timeshare group, I would stay clear of the hotel, the timeshare group, and the cruise line as well.

    All dumps.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but they had a decent wifi connection. By far the worst experience I have had at a hotel. The dinner they served us the first was horrible, that and one of the employees just stood in a corner staring at my wife and sister in law as they were getting  their food. Knew already its wasnt going to be a good stay. When we arrived to our room it smelled horrible we had to spray frebreeze all over just to get it to smell decent. In the morning we tried the breakfast and that was ok. Now the fun part me and the family head out around 11am to enjoy the nice weather at the beach. We had a blast and headed back to the hotel to find that they had checked us out without us physically going down to do it. They just flat out checked us out we couldnt get back to our room we had a sleeping baby with us so the wife and I had to stand in the hallway as my sister in law went back down to the 1st floor from the 4th floor to try to settle this issue.

I didnt pay a dime to stay, and it was still too much.  I got this for 2 free nights as part of a time share presentation from Shell Vacation properties.  I only needed a room to sleep in and it worked out because I got it for 2 nights and left after 1 night.  I was able to go to the beach the day I was leaving Ft. Lauderdale and come back to the room, shower and leave.  Thats the ONLY saving grace of this place.  Everything else is old and sucks.  The carpet is gross, the hallways are gross, the staff was rude.  I cant believe Ramada puts their name on this.  Never again.

This is a bad hotel. Toilet doesn't flush well, rooms are dirty and dated. If you are here for the free caribbean cruise cancel it and dispute it to your credit card. Better off buying tickets in a real cruise such as vacationstogo.com or for us our timeshare. There is no such thing as free. Welcome center people are RUDE and unEDUCATED. I would rate it zero if there is such an option.

There are so many things wrong with this hotel...

    1. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms smelled terrible. Even when I got out of the shower, I smelled cigarettes. I do not smoke and I came back home with a sore throat because of the stench.

    2. The hallways were dirty. The rooms were dirty. There were stains on the bed. The bathroom wasn't terrible, although they didn't do a good job cleaning the room.

    3. The staff was unpleasant and rude. When I first checked in, the hotel attendant handed me a piece of paper and said "sign this". I asked what he was asking me to sign and he didn't explain anything to me. It was like he didn't care. Then when I checked out, I had to sign paperwork saying I was being charged $30 as an additional fee to stay at the hotel. When I asked about it, his response was "didn't you read what you signed when you checked in." Seriously?! He didn't care to explain anything to me. He didn't care that I was being charged an extra amount. Showed no empathy or consideration for the customer. Overall, I got a feeling of rudeness and apathy from the staff. Very disappointing.

    4. The parking lot looks like it's some sort of alley. I came in late at night and there were no parking spaces saved for customers staying at the hotel, so my friend and I could only find parking in the very back lot of the hotel. For two young girls staying and needing to walk through a dark lot, this is dangerous and I didn't feel safe.

Overall I had a very unpleasant experience and am extremely disappointed. I did not feel welcomed in the hotel. Everything was dirty, smelly and gross. I got a good deal to stay there, but I would have much rather spent more money to have a better experience somewhere else. Next time I come to Florida to visit, I will NOT be choosing this hotel.

This place was part of a cruise deal so now I'm wondering what's next.

    Just completely awful.

My friend bought a package vacation from one of those companies that tries to sell you a timeshare. Before we went on our cruise to the Bahamas, they put us up in this hotel. Nearly everyone that stays there is on one of these vacation packages.

The hotel staff service was inconsistent and the food in the restaurant was just adequate. The staff at the "Welcome Center" was extremely rude and condescending and looked annoyed any time they had to actually welcome someone!

There were ants in our room and we were staying on the 5th floor!

I think our shoes were sticking to the carpets because they were so filthy.

All I ever want is a clean room with a bed and a shower and toilet when I travel. This place was so awful. It felt so creepy and gross.

The restaurant staff was however very pleasant and helpful.

I would never stay there again and would not want anyone else to experience it.

When I arrived here for the first two nights of my vacation that included a cruise to the Bahamas, I seriously wondered if this a was a legitimate deal and there was actually going to be a cruise.  The place is old, in need of repair, the staff behaves as if you are an annoyance for the most part, and it is located in a downtrodden area of town.  It is also a good 45 minutes away from West Palm Beach, the port from which the cruise was to depart.  When I arrived a little after noon, I was told I was not allowed to check in until 3 pm.  Upon asking if bags could be stored, I was told that they could be left in the lobby at my own risk!  At 3 pm, I returned to a line that was 30 minutes long as everyone had been put off until then.  The water wouldn't drain in the sink, and the hot water handle on the faucet turned on when pushed or pulled, so you had to get it into just the right alignment to get the water to stop flowing, or else it would keep dripping and fill the sink.  There was a burned imprint of an iron in the carpet, and the AC unit was so loud that earplugs were required in order to sleep.  I only used one of the free meal vouchers.  At 8:30 pm I went down for dinner and was told everyone had to get on a waiting list.  It was almost an hour before I was finally ushered in to a small buffet dining room with only white carbs and meat, and a very sketchy and small salad bar selection.  I ate because I was very hungry and it was very late, but it was unhealthy food and not tasty.

This was a timeshare presentation deal and once I got through that and made it to the cruise, things were looking up.  I simply can't believe that this hotel is the gateway to that experience.  If you aren't forced to stay here, don't!

What a yucky hotel.  I've traveled the world and roughed it. I can honestly write don't waist your time. This  is a hotel used as a time share trap. The crappy time share company RCI at the  Vacation Village at Weston timeshare is the worst time share trap I have ever seen. Do not buy a vacation package from this company.  The bahama carribean cruise was strange this hotel is disgusting, the food is terrible and the same everyday. The customer service is terrible. They yelled at my small children at 1pm for giggling,  as we were walking in the hall. They were not being loud. The time share people trap you for 5 to 6 hours and refuse to give you the passes to get on the cruise you paid for to pressure you to purchase a time share. I saw a woman in tears because they refused to give her the vouchers to pressure her to purchase. My dad got sick from the crap food and had to leave to go to the car after 2 hours because he thought he was going to throw up. They bullied people and had no care. They said my dad had to be in the building to get his boat pass when I said we were leaving to take him to the Urgent Care. I said I was leaving and all of a sudden they gave us passes. we found a close by Walgreens and my dad's blood pressure was high from the crap food and stress. We were able to balance him and go on the cruise. However the entire trip we heard people tell nightmares of this hotel and the time share nightmares.

My parents reserved two room at this place for three nights through Southwest.com .  Luckily, they decided we'd make the trip to Key West, so I only had to stay here one night.  My parents missed their flight due to fog, so they were delayed by a day.  On Southwest.com , it stated that guests of the hotel could cancel reservations before 6 PM without any charges by contacting the hotel directly.

Even though my parents called the hotel to cancel their three nights, the rude hotel person on the phone would not cancel the room and insisted they call Orbitz.com .  Well, they booked through Southwest.  A call to the friendly Southwest people said they only create the reservation and forward the credit card information directly to the hotel for them to charge through the Orbitz system.  Again, per Southwest, the reservations needed to be canceled by the hotel.  The hotel said they'd cancel, but didn't cancel, and my parents received a charge on their credit card for all three nights.  Now it's going to dispute with American Express.

I stayed one night and cancelled for the remaining two nights.  My father already had given me the heads-up on the scam the hotel is running by telling people they have to cancel through the online reservation agency.  I wasn't leaving this place without a receipt showing that they had only charged me for ONE night.  After an HOUR of run-arounds with the desk staff in person, they finally credited my card for the two nights I wasn't staying.  REQUEST a RECEIPT if you think you're being charged for canceled rooms.  The two front desk people work with a third person in the back room on the cancelations -- you'll get passed back and forth to all these people in an effort to keep you from getting what you want.  It took an HOUR for them to cancel the room and provide a credit to my credit card.

I had to show the desk staff the screen on my laptop showing the message that reservations MUST BE CANCELED BY THE HOTEL.  Additionally, I had to have the people at Southwest.com call the hotel.

The staff of the hotel were holding up people trying to check out.  They'd send one person to each room to check if the guests had smoked in it.  This took forever.

Wifi service- TERRIBLE.  It wouldn't work in the lobby; slow in the room.

I had to park way out back by the tennis courts.  They leave the court lighting on as parking lot lights.  I laughed out loud when I saw they're using incandescent / quartz bulbs for area lighting - so inefficient!

The elevators haven't been updated since the 1960s when they were new.

The hallways are done in dark colors and have oversized and blinding CFL bulbs in the wall sconces.

The continental breakfast wasn't great in any respect.  The breakfast room was hot and stuffy.  There was toast, bagels, corn flakes, and tiny danishes.  Only some people had coupons for the breakfast; other people were ticked off they had to pay additional for it -- AND it was hard to find the breakfast area in an unlabeled room with the door closed.

Now, the guest room:  The fluorescent lighting in the bathroom was old and took forever to warm up to full intensity.  The water here was a brown color; however, there was a sticker in the bathroom with a statement from the city or whatever regarding the raw water in this area being a natural brown color and posing no threat - thanks.  The room was large and was made up of dark colors.  The sheets and bedding seemed clean -- but the comforter -- you know the drill -- throw it on the floor and don't touch it.

I loved how they installed the shower curtain.  Since they couldn't figure out how to remove the shower curtain rod to install the curtain rings, they ended up cutting sections of the curtain and using tie wraps to hold it on.

The room I stayed in had a pass-through door into the next room.  I made sure it was locked.  Once I was in bed, I could hear the TV on in the next room.  I could hear EVERY WORD of CNN all night long and into the morning.  I couldn't tell you how many times I heard the same stories repeat over and over again through the walls and that pass-through door.  I figured the guy was dead and forgot to turn the TV off before he died.  I mean, really, the guy has a right to have the TV on -- and all night if he wants.  The TV wasn't up loud -- it's just a TERRIBLE DUMP OF A HOTEL BUILT WITHOUT ANY SOUND BARRIERS.

The outside courtyard area was actually nice.  I set up my office with laptop and cell phone on a park bench in an effort to call Southwest.com and American Express to inquire about and get my reservations canceled.  The wifi worked in this area.  It is VERY apparent the people who maintain the court yard do not maintain the rest of the hotel; or maybe they do but don't want to be in the building or near the evil people at the front desk.

We ate here, so our impression is of the hotel in general, and the Welcome Center and their staff, as well as the buffet in the restaurant.
The place is in a neighborhood we were told is not safe to be out in after dark on foot, so glad we walked to the CVS in the daylight.  It smells of tobacco, and is dark and dingy. Overall it is in need of an overhaul and update.
The staff at the Welcome Center, for the Cruise/Timeshare program were rude and unfriendly, and full of misinformation.  The manager was able to help Sis get something fixed about her car rental, but otherwise the staff should not be working in customer service.
The restaurant offers buffet meals, and they were ok.  Unfortunately, when you have a voucher for the meal, you also have to pay a built in 15% gratuity (for no real service), and tax.

Have you ever wondered what the wall beneath the wallpaper in a hotel bathroom looks like? Then this is the place for you! My girlfriend and I spent two non-consecutive nights here as part of a Bahamas-cruise package. Though we had a different room each time, we found that the wallpaper was peeling off in both bathrooms.

That, too me, exemplifies what this place is all about: The staff puts little to no effort into making this so-called resort anything more than tolerable. It wasn't disgusting by any means; just mediocre across the board, from the half-assed customer service to the barely adequate buffet (particularly if you're health-conscious, vegetarian, or vegan). I think they can get away with being so mediocre because they automatically get guaranteed business from companies that offer vacation packages to prospective timeshare clients.

That all said, it met our needs of having a place to rest our heads before and after our cruise. If you end up being stuck at this place, just go with low expectations and they'll be met.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned with the popcorn ceilings, old TVs and bland colors, but overall, my stay was nice. The outdoor area and pools were fantastic and everything was very clean. The staff was pretty nice and accommodating and the restaurant had a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner. You definitely need a car to stay here though since they're isn't much in walking distance and the beach is about a ten minute drive away.

This was the hotel assigned to us for this combo cruise. Ramadas are normally pretty good places in the Midwest. Not this one the outside of the building looks like its falling apart, and the inside is not that much better. Our first room was a normal room over looking the pool. That area was actually not bad. Pool, hot tub, and Tiki bar with happy hour drinks. My complaint is the provided food. Meal tickets for"free food". Still costs $ cause of tipping and its the same meals every time. I was so sick of powdered eggs and the potatoes they serve at supper ends up as breakfast potatoes...ew.
You're in walking distance of a few restaurants, take advantage of them if you are from out of town. Our second room was a king size and still the bathrooms are gross.  And finally some friendly service from the check in staff. Seemed like it took too long (days) for the hotel staff,"restaurant" staff and the welcome desk staff, for the trip, to get a decent attitude towards any of the guests.

After being moved out of a bug infested, stinky room on the 3rd floor to one with newer furnishings (including carpet) on the first floor, it was much better. The pool was closed for construction but it was right outside our window. Nice to see until the construction noise. However, there was a rip in the curtain. The buffet was not bad. Would not stay here again unless it was all that was left.

Stay here at your own risk. Best to just avoid it and boycott all Ramadas like I will do in the future . Sorry Ramada.

To be fair, this was booked for us as part of a "cruise deal" because of it's proximity to the port. We later found out that the port used to be Port Everglades which was 10 minutes away from the hotel, but got changed to the Port of Palm Beach which is 45 minutes away, so there was no advantage there. But that was the rationale for this hotel.

There was quite a line for check-in but the staff handled it well enough and were courteous and professional. Check-out also had a line.

The place was clean. Staff vacuumed and picked up constantly. The lobby was aged as was everything else in the hotel, but the glass tabletops in the lobby gleamed from cleaning. In fact the wall to wall carpeting in the halls had a chemical smell as if they'd just been shampooed. Many areas had a slight musty smell. The staff was pleasant and professional.

The beds in our room were full, not queen. The furnishings were old, the TV the old type, not HD and there were only about 15 channels. Several of the wall outlets didn't work, thus the lamps didn't. Our view out the window was of a run-down trailer park. The locale could've been better.

The pool area and garden area were the best things about this hotel. Our entire family enjoyed the pool the first night we arrived and didn't want to get out. The water was beautiful, perfect temp. It was a heated outdoor pool. The Jacuzzi was nice too. The garden, pretty and well maintained.

We got free food included in our tour and in fact the food was pretty good. It was buffet style. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were quite good. They offered bacon, French Toast, fried potatoes, grits, as well as creamed spinach. There were several fruits in warm syrup (just OK) for the French Toast or the grits. I think there was also hot oatmeal. Then there was an array of cold cereals, urns of coffee and hot water for tea. I saw fresh bananas that looked good. Bread and rolls, real butter. We didn't eat lunch there. Dinner consisted of either roast beef in gravy or turkey in gravy and was fairly good. The green beans were fresh and were excellent. Mashed potatoes were offered, very good dinner rolls, puddings were fine, baked deserts OK.

Our floor had a laundry room not far from our room. All the machines worked and I was able to do a quick laundry fairly easily. There was a nice gift shop where my husband picked up a pair of light weight crinkle cotton pants as he'd only packed shorts.

Has roaches... Front desk staff is rude as hell! And stupid... The food is SUPER AWEFUL ! The bed is not comfortable- glad we only stayed 2 nights - then paid a different hotel for the other nights. Stated there on 5/29/14 ... Never again, and the toilet was borderline overflow every flush :/

This is the worst experience in my life. For a pre-paid room, they demanded a fifty dollar deposit for "essentials", then they did not give us working keys. After a two hour wait, where the staff was uncooperative and rude, we finally make it into a room. The room was dirty, smelled awful, like either mildew or pet urine. We call the front desk, get the night manager who passes us off to the front desk staff. We go to the front desk where the fro t desk staff passes us off to the same manager who passed us off to begin with. While being condescending, and giving half felt platitudes, They get us another room just 3 rooms away. This one smells marginally better, and not as dirty. Just look at the pictures. Only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise

Got a comp room from Wyndham rewards. Location  is far away from most areas like 20+ miles from the beach and about 45 min to the cruise port everglades.   Location  a 2. Also due to many stop lights... and I mean  many every 700 yards. The facility  was sold room was nice ( we got one of the 12) king bed rooms. Tennis courts well kept and a nice pool area with tiki bar. They have a nice restaurant as far as on site goes or a Ramada. We have your standard breakfast buffet  as you would at a golden corral and such.
3 of 5 stars. If you're going on a cruise don't stay here I your oing to the beach ok as long as you rent a car.

Hotel is in dire need of a rehab/revamp/and complete structure change.  Rooms are gross, we had to be moved to a different room because of bed bugs as well as signs of dried vomit on bed headboard and possible dried fecal matter on the bathroom walls.  Evidence of exterminator powder/treatment in hallways as they didn't clean that.  Employees for the most part were helpful and felt sorry for them working here. Located in sketchy area of town as we feared of items being stolen in our rooms or perhaps our vehicle stolen. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

About like any other hotel. Nothing special except for the pool area. The pool is heated and the hot tub is very nice. Fun to sit in the rain in a hot tub.

How is the Ramada still in business????

If you don't want to get bit by spiders, bed bugs or any kind of bugs in your room then stay away from this place.

My bf & I were sent here under our booking agents.
Our room was disgusting, bed was stained & nasty old sheets.
Bathroom was molded & smells, I showered with my sandals on..
He had gotten a rash from sleeping under their nasty sheets. & I got food poisoning from eating that nasty breakfast buffet.

All I have to say is that, I will never ever in my life will stay at ANY RAMADA ever again. & this is so called "resorts".
Please! Don't be fooled by their advertisement & pictures that was taken from 50 years ago. It's DISGUSTING!.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is the worst of the worst place. If I were you I'd steer clear and far from this place. Slapped a bedbug nearly dead and literally caught another roaming around like it owns the place, which it does now. I'd never come back here again.

The whole place reeks of mildew and carpet is dirty. Everywhere in the hotel including my room smells. Water is yellow here. Any place that has tiles feels sticky when u walk on it. This place is just plain GROSS.

Especially the BEDBUGS!!!!! This place MUST be SHUT DOWN for bed bug infestation.

EVERYONE STAY AWAY from this place. BED BUGS everywhere. YUCK!!!!!!!

Throwing everything out and getting new luggage and clothes for the remaining of the trip. I'm  not risking bringing any BEDBUGS home from this place.

Caught 2 ... I meant 4 BEDBUGS red handed sucking on blood like miniature/nano size Vampires until they fill up their tiny bellies.

Aside from the bedbugs...the free WIFI sucks.

Do not waste your time with this HOTEL! To start they were painting alot, everything smelled like B.O., and if it did not is smelled like bleach. The room was horrible and not clean. The buffet is absolutely horrible and you should NOT waste your time. Moral of the story is just don't waste your money. Rent another hotel right down the street.

They have four elevators, two were broken. The two that were working had expired operation permits, one was expired in 2013. We took the stairs most of the time.

The room had hairs on the bathroom floor, pillowcase, and cob webs on the window curtain rod. I would compare this hotel to what I imagine one of those places that rents out hourly rooms for prostitutes would be like.

The TV had 14 stations to choose from. There was no mini-fridge, but they gave the option to "rent one".

We stayed here as part of a cruise package. My husband earned a $50 voucher for the cruise by sharing a link on his Facebook. They never gave us the voucher. When we confronted management at The Welcome Center about not receiving it, he said " oh well it's actually a $50 for the ship casino, and you have to buy another $50 for the total of $100. Most people lose when they gamble so you guys actually saved money." Basically he told us by not following through they were doing us a favor and we were lucky to be screwed out of the voucher. Never received an apology.

In a land far far away from all the touristy attractions was a Ramada Plaza in Tamarac. The first floor rooms were newer and nicer, the pool area was a delight. And though you could hear voices in the hallway sometimes at least you didn't hear the neighboring rooms or outside cars.

The bathroom was clean, with amenities too, while the green carpets hid whatever was ew.

Free coffee and tea within the room and channels to keep you busy for a few.

The breakfast consisted of ham, eggs, and biscuits, with pancakes, toppings, and carb lovers delight. The fruit plate was fresh and sweet, unlimited coffee and juice, what more could you want from a complimentary breakfast for two?
