Modern, fully renovated and very clean hotel. Great breakfast by the pool. Since I live in the area I'll be coming back for drinks very often!!! The inside bar looks amazing

I live in the area, but I recently stayed here for 4th of july. The front desk staff was very friendly when I made my reservation over the phone. They were even willing to match any price online. The rooms are super clean with a balcony. The inside bar and the pool bar had amazing food and drinks (order the mango mojito). Will definitely return.

I didn't expect too much... BUT.... Great place, great staff, great price. Everything is just amazing. We got a deluxe king room for just $92/night. Balcony, flat screen tv, coffee maker and much much more... I will be back at Royal Beach Palace!

Great place.  Nice rooms, convenient location to beach access and services...Starbucks, Winn Dixie, and several good restaurants.  Courteous staff, good rate.   We will definitely stay here again.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this is a beautiful hotel with great service, I showed up early and while no rooms were free, they offered to call when a room was ready, I wasn't expecting anything before the usual check out time, but sure enough they called a few hours later and I was able to check in earlier than expected. The decor and pool is beautiful and I love the location. If I am back in the area I will stay here for sure. They even let me print something and didn't charge me ( small things go a long way these days)!

First impression is that is like a cheap motel, but once you check in you find out that it is actually a really nice and pretty hotel. The rooms are big and spacious and also very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable beds and large clean rooms. Only thing I would change is there isn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Great place for the price.

I don't think this place has any affiliation with Westin as mentioned by another Yelper. it's owned privately as indicated on the elevator cert. and owned by an eastern European or Russian. it's more like an upscale motel rather than a hotel. Pool and bar area are adequate but small, hotel is on a busy street and overlooks a CVS, you have to cross the street and go behind CVS to get to beach. All rooms face the street and you enter from the rear. Its a crescent shaped The long dark haired girl who checked me in was cold and robotic didn't smile, when I asked about amenities, she asked me what did I want to know. KEEP IN MIND, this and all hotels you book through phone apps or discount sites give you the runt of the rooms, so don't be afraid to ask to be moved. they put me on a low floor overlooking the awning of the bar, eventually moved me over a few rooms but it was noisy at 3 am with bar guests chatting and laughing loudly. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows acceptable. bathrooms have have been redone with drop in tub rehabs like "Bath fitters". small fridge and microwave. The lighting in the room was very dark at night and inadequate, no desk light or table to enjoy a meal, short phone cord, couldn't move it far to make room on night table, drip coffee maker-adequate. parking was limited when you came back later in the night and you have to go to an overflow lot. No gym. It does not look or feel as posh as the online pictures which are all professionally lit and staged. Still adequate, if you are booking as a last resort due to limited choices in the area which is what I did. But I would not return if I found something with a better location and amenities. Bring your own shampoo and bar of soap, the small pods a tiny soap are inadequate. No body lotion, conditioner. Worst of all POOR wireless internet signal, I had to use my phone as a hot-spot to check emails on my laptop. HUGE FAIL with this.

Found a giant roach in the room by the mini refrigerator.  And the front desk girl with long black hair was the worst.

Very clean and confy for . The staff was very nice and the hotel has a nice feel about it. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony overseeing the pool. The only drawback is the outside noise since the balcony faces A1A.

This was a complete let down. They have no relation to the beach. The ocean view is over the top of the cvs across the street. The room looks like it is out of a bad movie from the sixties. There was not a single decoration or piece of art in the room. oddly the beds have three pillows. The bathroom had no fan. Think about that no fan in the bathroom. There is not enough parking so you end up in overflow a half block away. Needless to say I will not be staying at this particular property again.

I love this little get away.  You can tell that they recently renovated the place. The facility is in good shape and is about a nice slow 10 minute walk to the beach. They have a nice pool with plenty of beach chairs and some comfy Cabanas. Staff was friendly and everything is clean. They have kareoke on Sunday nights at the down stairs bar. Also there is a nice drug store and grocery store directly across the street. I would enjoy staying here again.

Booked an ocean view room at a decent price, but was disappointed to have the view be the top of the cvs and a sliver of ocean between two buildings.  Website under sells the walk to get to the ocean (most places are gated), we had to hike a mile to gain access!  The pool and poolside bar were quaint and relaxing, but seeing as the pools literally feet away from the sidewalk privacy wasn't good.  We had reoccurring problems with the manager and staff, who were so unfriendly we actually left! The only high point of this "hotel" was the rooms which had a cheaper elegant feel.  Overall I'd reconsider your choice of stay, I will not be coming back

Westin owned boutique hotel! Rooms were cute, very modern, and comfortable! The backsplash in the bathroom was probably my favorite touch of the room! The location was pretty decent, located in between Lauderdale by the beach and Lauderdale Beach (Fat Tuesday's, hooters, etc). The staff was great, and the hotel wasn't over populated which was perfect when we wanted to spend some time at the pool! Don't be fooled with the location, it is about a 8-10 minute walk over to the beach. Which wasn't bad at all!

They had music playing at the pool at all times, with pool side waiter staff, and you can order a hookah to your cabana! I really enjoyed myself, and will definitely be back.

This hotel is a little deceiving because at first glance it looks like a really low budget motel. And apparently it was. But they did some renovations that added some charm to the place. The rooms are really modern looking with nice wooden panels; nice TV and a really big bed. The biggest turn off for me was the noise coming from the main avenue in front of the hotel; they might need to invest in soundproofed windows. There's not a lot of amenities on premises; only a pool and a bar. The pool is small and the bar is located next to it. There's also the "cabanas" around the pool that gives the area a lounge feeling. The rooms were clean and we didn't have any issues at all. Overall it was a good experience; one to consider if you're trying to stay in the budget and still get a decent place.
