Well, I didn't actually stay there.  I received a call on my way to the hotel to inform me that they did not, in fact, have the room they sold me.  Relocated us to the Shell hotel.

We stayed last Saturday at the hotel and we booked the 2/2 suite. Everything was clean and as promised. That particular suite has great views with partial views of the ocean and intracoastal. The stuff was friendly. Make sure that you check with them upon arrival since the office is not open 24 hours. 1 block away from the beach and just a few from Beach Place. Many restaurants around the property.

I booked though Hotels.com last Saturday.  The agent assured me there was immediate check-in.  We arrived at 6am and the property was locked and my family and I were left without a place to stay until we could get into another property later that day.  The property is refusing to refund my money!
They took my money and I arrived to a locked property. And they are refusing to refund me.

If your looking  for a Nice place to stay,  the seville hotel is just right.  Very short walk to the beach, within 5 minutes.  Clean and cozy, friendly staff and very accomodating. I recomend it and will stay here on my next visit to ft. Lauderdale.

We needed a hotel to stay at before we left Fort Lauderdale on our cruise. The location was excellent easy access to the canal ferry, 5 min walk to the beach, priced right $138 per night and Lidia let us store our luggage in the office as we arrived early. The room was basic but very clean. We would definitely stay there again before a cruise departure in Fort Lauderdale.

The room was ok. The shower was super tiny.  Water pressure was weak.  No elevators, had to lug 60 LB luggage up and down an old set of stairs.
I was unaware that the front desk would be closed when I arrived at 6AM.

The customer service was great!  The site manager, Lydia ( I think that was her name) was very kind and helpful.  The property itself was not that great however, the location and Lydia are the property's saving grace.

It was clean, cheap, and right across the street from
the beach. Management has no idea what's going on and not organized. Tried over charging us once we checked in even though the extra price was not on the receipt.

I was staying here with 6 girls for a spring break trip. We came back from the beach one day to find 3 people in our room (2 managers and a maid). They yelled at us saying that we had too many things in the room and that they could not clean. Also tried to take our beach towels.

    I wouldn't recommend it.

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past year & I must say that it was quite a delightful experience. The room was spacious & clean, and the woman at the front desk (I think her name was Lidia) was professional & caring and made my stay more enjoyable. I also love how close it is to the beach! I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Super affordable, great location (in front of the beach and just a short walk to bars/restaurants), clean rooms, and beach towels/chairs available for use. Not saying it's perfect, but if you're on a budget and just looking for a place to crash after a long day at the beach and bars... This is your place.
