Front desk people were extremely helpful and accommodating even though they were really busy during my check in.  There was only a couple of rooms left and they moved things around so I could have a "down and out" room, so I could get the camera gear into the room.  There were two nice ladies and a man came out to help cause they were so busy.  They did a great job under pressure.  The room was very nice also.  I will make a point to stay here the next time we are In town.  Well Done!

Our family stayed there based on excellent experience at their inn in Michigan.  Well maintained hotel.  Made use of the laundry and it did a good job.  Had no problems with checking in late on a Monday.  Tuesday morning went reasonably well.  They have a basic breakfast bar.  No complaints at all.  Only item to note is the front desk person was chatting with others and was not very discreet in her opinion of others.  Foul language and yelling at other employees does not come across as very professional (IMO).

Overall a good experience for the value paid.  Recommend.

$120 for a 2 bed & bath. Smells great, looks clean, furniture is updated and very spacious. AC works great. Plenty of bright lighting and wall plugs. Microwave, fridge, and flat screen TV. Breakfast from 7 to 9:30. Nice bar right down the street. Only downside is, no wifi.

VETRANS TREATED HORRIBLE. My husband is a combat veteran an is in law enforcement. And it's Memorial Day. The guy this morning was so rude on top of the room was infested with ants then the toilet broke then the two rooms behind me 1st thing in morning taking out carpet an installing tile bang bang bang. And what the silvered hair man who was overcharging me said what do you want I can sell the room for more you can go??? REALLY!!! Fool me once shame on you FOOL ME TWICE SHAME IN ME!  1 good thing is the housekeeping staff was amazing and nice very accommodating. I will stand in front of this place everyday if I have to they will not get my hard working American dollars treating people like this.

Requested a non-smoking room. When I got to my room it smelled of smoke even though it said non-smoking. Air conditioner was so loud we had to unplug it to get some sleep along with the refrigerator. Would not stay here again.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the reviews on this place.  Especially when I called and got the price.  They were so much less expensive than anyone else yet people were raving about how great the place is.  That happy feeling didn't last when I pulled up to the giant purple neon lights on a green building and realized I had booked into a low end tourist or truck driver hotel.  The staff at the front desk was pleasant, and to be fair a majority of the problems this hotel has are due to the type of clientele that stay here more than the hotel itself.  Take for instance the older men standing outside their rooms, smoking and hanging out watching everything you do. It's creepy.  Even as I type this from my bed I can smell smoke coming in from outside.

The rooms are a strangely a 1970 style, but somehow not old.  It just looks and feels really old because the colors and furnishings are so outdated.  There's a small refrigerator that just sits in the middle of the room with a mini-microwave stuck on top of it.  Both are nice to have, but again it's a poor design.  Flat screen tv stuck in an new old looking cabinet designed for a box tv.  Cable that goes in and out while you try and watch tv.  A controller that needs to be closer than 3' away to work.  Mid to slow internet.  You feel like they are trying, and that the owners may know some  business well, but not this business.

If you want breakfast you'd better get there first.  When I arrived at 8:30 it looked like wild animals had eaten, and what made it worse was that no one bothered to clean up.  In typical fat American style it's an all carb breakfast unless you want hard boiled eggs.  Cereal, waffles, muffins... your normal cheap hotel breakfast.  If you arrive late however you don't have to go get it out of the containers.  It will be all over the tables, the floor and the counters for you.  The OJ is almost orange water and the milk was left sitting in a container in the middle of the counter, warm.  It has an ice thing in the middle of the container, but I'm guessing that gave up hours before I got it.  They get a D- for breakfast in my book.

Back to the hotel, and once again it's the folks staying here that caused this issue.  I went to iron my white business shirt.  I added water to the iron, which wasn't the best iron in the world but it wasn't horrible.  When I hit the steam button to test it before touching my white shirt, some sort of dark substance came pouring out of it.  Someone had filled the iron with tobacco or M&M's or crap.  It was beyond nasty and thank God I tested it before touching my shirt.  I couldn't tell if the people at the front desk didn't care, or if they were just used to people abusing their stuff.

So here's my take on this place...  It's a low end hotel with a good staff and they've cleaned the place up really well, but it's still a low end hotel.  Don't come here thinking your going to be staying at the Marriott, Holiday Inn or Hyatt. The pictures you see here are well staged, but not a fair example of what you'll get.  Great place if you're a truck driver or you have 5 kids and you want something cheep.  Not so great if you're a professional.   I give them two stars just for having a kind staff.

Here you definitely get what you paid for. The rooms were good, service was nice.

However, I think hotel photos are over-represented and increases expectations and you feel quite disappointed with overall ambience. Check user photos of how site really looks.

Inside the room, you get all you need, clean but small restrooms. But once you open the door you are directly in parking lot.

I recommend this for lone traveller or group of friends but family with kids can look for better option.

No fruits in breakfast, otherwise good.

Close to all major Grocery stores and pharmacy.

During a road trip I took in April of 2012, I visited Savannah GA, New Orleans LA, Gatlinburg TN and of course my former home Fort Myers FL. Trying to keep my hotel costs down due to high gas prices I grabbed a hotel coupon book from a rest stop along I-75. I noticed the cheap price of this hotel and decided to give it a shot...after all it was only for one night and after staying in some truly flea-bag hotels along my way in Georgia and Alabama I wasn't sure how something at this similar price point would pan out.

I arrived and though the street front appearance of the hotel was pleasant it was a "door opens to the outdoors" type and I still wasn't expecting much. I had a very pleasant interaction with the woman behind the counter about where I was from and where she was from. The lobby was quite nice...a lot nicer than anything in the price range I experienced thus far. Still going to my room I still had low expectations. When I opened the door to my room I was very surprised. VERY clean, updated furniture, flat screen, granite countertops and shower. I had paid 6 times this amount to stay in a downtown Hyatt in Cincinnati that didn't compare this this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and plan on it for future visits to Fort Myers. If you are looking for a beachfront this wouldn't be it as it is located on the main drag between Naples and Fort Myers (41). But close to anything you'd need, stores, dining and the Edison Mall.

I have stayed in just about every price point hotel and for this price point and even higher price points this one is one of the better if not the best I've come across. Highly recommended!
