My husband and I were looking to book a hotel near the Fort Myers Airport since we had an early flight. The location looked close enough and the rates were less than most so we went ahead and booked. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and saw this newly remodeled property which also included a small restaurant/bar. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The room was lovely, especially the extra comfortable bed with great pillows and duvet. The food was very good considering it's such a small place. We received the 4 am wake-up call we ordered and the shuttle was waiting for us at the scheduled 4:30 making the beginning of our trip stress free. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great stay for me! I was here as part of a business trip and the room was very nice. Most importantly, the room was peaceful, quiet, clean, and the dispensaries in the shower were an unusually nice touch. I had a microwave and fridge, which is unexpected for a three-star hotel.
The Wi-Fi was free which exceeded my expectations. I got an excellent rate on Priceline for this room, probably because June through October is off-season for Fort Myers. The Jacuzzi was very spacious, which is an unusually nice touch.
You should be able to see a picture of the Jacuzzi if you Google the hotel and look up their pictures that way or if you booked on Priceline, there is a picture of the Jacuzzi on the itinerary confirmation email.
The only reason why I didn't write the hotel stay five stars is because of an experience I had with the front desk during checkout. I called about an hour before check out to request the 1 PM late checkout and got approved for it which I was thankful for, but I got a call from the front desk an hour later from a different person who was not aware that I had been approved for late checkout. She made me request a late check out again which was annoying, since I had a lot of luggage and was trying to meet the 1 PM deadline.
Things got very annoying when I went down there to check out and the guy who originally approved me for the late checkout, Dewon (SP?), asked me, "remember I said you could check out after 1 PM?" I told him he never said that and then he lied again and said, "yes, I said that you could check out after 1 PM." I had to again correct him that I requested a 1 PM check out and he approved me for that alone. I think he was just trying to cover his own end because he could tell that I was annoyed. However, his delivery only made things two or three times worse.
If Dewon had simply made a notation on my account that I was approved for a late checkout, then the other front desk person would have never called me and there would have never been an issue and it would've been a five-star stay. The worst part is that he made me look like a moron in front of the other guests who were checking in. I guess my experience gives street cred to the nickname for Fort Myers, Fort Misery. This bitter end aside, it was a great stay

This was definitely one of the best check-in experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was upgraded to a suite for having SPG platinum status without asking for an upgrade. They remembered to ask about my platinum amenity. When I got in the room, it was clean and the wifi was free with good bandwidth, which is rare at most hotels. I even had a luxury shuttle ride to the airport the next morning when the owner of the hotel offered me a lift.
My one complaint was that I was under the impression that the Wednesday 5-6 happy hour included free select beers, but when I sat in the restaurant I was told differently. I also had sat down with a menu for about an hour and a half without the bartender asking if I wanted to place an order or get a refill on my drink.
Other than that, the stay was great. I would definitely stay again.

I'm happy here! Room was perfectly clean, bed comfortable. Four pillows on each bed. Great shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispersers on the shower wall. Very comfortable and the front desk guy was polite and efficient.

Excellent hotel! Impressed by the super-comfe bed! The room upgrade was a nice touch - plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time here. Very clean, great fitness room and heated pool & hot tub. Would highly recommend this hotel.
