I attended a corporate bank meeting at this site. The staff were extremely helpful. The facility has more large meeting rooms than most any Holiday Inn I have been in.

It is a very clean, well run hotel. It has a great location, near the airport, highway and across the street from a great shopping center. Free wifi and nicely appointed rooms. a very quiet room and the front desk staff was very helpful. I would have liked free coffee in the lobby, as a result, I drove to 7Eleven every morning to get coffee. They offer breakfast, but at $10 a person. They did have a coffeemaker in the room, but I'm on vacation!!!!

A huge safety violation occurred to me at this hotel.  The short version is as follows. At 8am there was prolonged noise in the hall. I called the front desk, they sent someone up. Noise continued, was 2 young boys sitting in the hall playing a video game. I called back and was told "We can't make them move." I told her, "What? This is a hotel, you are to provide a sleeping environment for people." Remember, this is 8am, not 3pm (which would still be a problem as people sleep all hours). Again she told me she couldn't make them move out of the HALL, (not the lobby or in the room, but the hall, in front of DOORS!) or be quiet. But she said she would send someone up again. The kids move. 5 mins later I hear screaming in the hall. Upon looking out my peephole I see one of the kids yelling at a lady and cursing like crazy, at my door! The man who came up to ask them to move told them what room the complaint came from, that I was a women and what my job was! I know this because the kid was yelling it all at the lady in the doorway. This hotel violated my safety multiple times! They should never tell where a complaint is from, who that person is and what they do! I was shocked.
Upon speaking with the manager I was told that was against policy for sure and he would look into it.
I will NOT stay here again. Who knows what else could happen.

Clean, new, and the shuttle driver will cheerfully drop off and pick up at the local bars until 3AM.  Deal!

I was told this hotel was built about 3 years ago.  And they just about got it perfect with some minor annoyances here and there.

One of 3 hotels that are situated on the same block.  Right across the street from this is a huge strip mall that holds a movie theater, bestbuy, costco, super target, Dick's sporting goods, etc.

Big parking lot that can hold more than enough vehicles.  5 floors of rooms.  Lobby has 3 front desk tables (not one long counter).  The dining room/restaurant are open layout with booths and island table with seats.  First floor also includes a separate room for car rentals and a fitness room with tv, eliptical, treadmill, cycling machine, and an all in one leg/arm/body machine.

The pool is quite small relatively speaking with a hottub located in the back of the building that is situated next to a nice lake.

Breakfast buffett w/ ticket has scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, sausage, bacon, oj, aj, coffee, home fries, an omlet station cooked to order and FANTASTIC OATMEAL!!  All served with silverware and china plates I might add.

Rooms are large w/ 2 queen beds with firm and soft pillows, safe, flat screen tv, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, single sofa chair with ottoman.

Things to be addressed:
1)  Add a 3rd elevator and fan inside elevator.
2)  Add an exhaust fan in bathroom.
3)  Bathroom has cheap plasticy shower floor.
4)  Bathroom door a bit heavy and wide (but ok).
5)  More outlets in rooms.

Stuck here on business looking for something to do. Hotel shuttle  is supposed to run every 20 min to and from Town Center Mall.  Only waited 50 min to catch it, hoping return doesn't take that long !!!

Nice facility that has soft beds and clean, quite rooms. We stayed there two nights. Once for the inbound flight and the other for the outbound. The facility reminds me of a Hampton Inn or Springhill Suites, only a little more upscale. We didnt try the restaraunt but the food certainly did look and smell good. The 24hr shuttle service to/from the airport was great. Only a 7-8m ride.

My flight out was cancelled.  The only other flight I could get didn't leave until evening.  The staff generously allowed me to have a super late check out.  The staff were overall very understanding and helpful.  The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are quiet and clean.  My only quibble would be that the room service options are limited (only breakfast).  That being said, there's a free shuttle to the mall across the street, and there are dozens of restaurants over there.  My room had a pretty view of a man-made lake.  I was very satisfied with my stay, and would stay here again if my business brought me back to Ft. Myers.

It will take u to mall across highway, but if just need hair & nails done walk across parking lot to huge salon.
room service fast, hot, & delicious.
Beds are perfect with your choice of firm or soft pillows.
Customer service friendly, funny, & proactive.

Recently stayed at this hotel with my wife while passing through Fort Myers.  I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.  Comfortable beds, great hospitality and especially loved their breakfast buffet in the morning.  The location of the hotel is not near many attractions in Fort Myers and the beach, however it is across the street from a very nice shopping mall and Target.  There is also several restaurants to pick from.  I highly recommend this place if your looking for a reasonable stay with great ammenities.

I checked in last night close to midnight.  Around 1 am I noticed my air conditioner was not working at all because the room kept getting hotter.  I called down and they had a maintenance person come up within 10 minutes.  He wasn't able to fix it but went down stairs and got me a new room key.  Even though I had already unpacked and was comfortable...I appreciate the effort they took to resolve my problem.  I did go from a king size bed to a room with two doubles but at this hour of the morning I was amazed at the service they gave me!  Great place to stay and the staff is awesome!

This is definitely one of the better Holiday Inns you will find. Very modern and clean, with friendly service. There's a good selection of food and shopping nearby, although most of it is difficult to walk to (across a major highway). It's best to have the hotel shuttle take you; it leaves every hour.

This is a nice Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean, staff is very accommodating. The hotel van driver went out of his way to try to find a place that was open for us when we arrived early Christmas morning. Not much luck - after all, this is technically Christmas Day.  (just after midnight) Our co-workers settled for a drive to a store that was open for libations.

Since I travel a lot, I love the convenience of a refrigerator & microwave, which they have in our rooms. Huge plus.

Good A/C - not the typical moldy smell from a humid Florida hotel.

Beds are comfy - they've come a LONG way since the H.I.'s of yesteryear! Bed linens are soft and clean.

Towels are large, thick and fluffy. The bathroom doesn't have a tub, but a walk-in shower. Shower head is removable

Great staff, clean linens & rooms.
