we stayed here for a short 3 day visit and were pleasantly surprised. the place was recently renovated. everything was new. the staff was helpful and friendly. the place has a light beachy feel to it.

    Pros:

    - rooms are brand new , recently renovated

    - we had a 1 bedroom with full kitchen

    - the location is beyond great. its literally a 30 second walk to the beach/boardwalk

    - friendly welcoming staff

    Cons:

    - There's no restaurant at the hotel (but there are several across the street)

    - no gift shop or grocery store on premises

    - They do not offer laundry service for my clothing (would have saved me some time).... they do however have a laundry machine on site

overall it was a great stay and i would return. highly recommended.

AMAZING place to stay! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, wonderful location, great customer service.

My boyfriend and I planned a romantic getaway with another hotel (Hollywood Beach Hotels), but that hotel turned out to be unsavory (I have reported them with the Better Business Bureau).

The Boutique Suites were our tranquil oasis in the midst of what could have been a horrible day.  The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly.  We had gotten a suite, it came with a kitchenette.  They even gave us towels and lounge chairs we could bring with us to the beach!

We are now planning a summer family weekend getaway at the Boutique Suites.  It's perfect!

I am torn about sharing how wonderful this place is purely for selfish reasons  (wanting to keep this my little secret spot).  I have stayed here on several occasions after discovering this place almost two years ago.   Every time I have stayed here, all the rooms have been great. I love love love this hotel.  It is clean, cute, and affordable.  The staff is always accommodating and very professional.  The hotel has a pool and is only steps away from the beach. They have beach chairs and sand toys that we can borrow from the office  ( one less thing I have to bring from home) and are always very generous with changing towels when needed for the pool or beach.  The rooms are all updated and look clean and modern with a "beachy" feel.  There is a very family friendly atmosphere and it is only about 30 minutes away from Miami, making it the perfect weekend get away.

This Place is Great. Flew to Miami from NC to watch a Dolphins Game and found this place online with great reviews and gave it a shot. Arrived a little bit early and staff said room would be ready in about an hour and supplied us with towels to head to the beach. This place is perfect location taking only about a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and easy to get back and forth to Miami and Fort Lauderdale. A Very unique place.

    Hola from Miami!

Need a cheap room near Hollywood Beach? This cute little boutique hotel is great as long as you get the right room. The first time we stayed here, we got stuck in some sketchy Spartan deal on the first floor overlooking the street and constant stream of drunk people. You had to enter through a door in a dark alleyway, and it was lack luster all around. The up side is that the place is pretty cheap, steps from the beach, and is outstandingly immaculate. And I'll take clean and sparse over fanfare any day.

Our second trip, we requested a second floor room and got it. Not only did it feel much safer and more private, it had an apartment sized fridge and a kitchenette! Being here for 3 days and being used to our own bathrooms, the second sink came  in handy. Again, the room is so clean you could probably eat off the floor.

My last comment is that the staff is wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Everyone is very nice, and they have bite size candy bars at the front desk. The good ones, like Snicker and Twix; none of those crappy nondescript hard fruit candies from who-knows-where. Nice touch ;)

Our room was by the office, facing the street. A huge construction site next door gave us noise 24/7, the street noise 24/7, The office people screaming (talking loud at 7 am  Sunday!) at each other 24/7 and the noise from the floor above 24/7 of banging and noise. A very unpleasant experience. the location is good, the rooms are pretty and comfortable, clean when you get in, lousy or non existing room clean. towels weren't change even thou tours were wet and used. The pool was small and by the road, but good for the kids
    Hospitality was bad.
    Will not go back

What a find! My bf and I were looking for last minute accommodations in Miami so we could attend Art Basel for 2 days. Seemed all Miami hotels were either sold out or waaay out of our price range. So we searched a bit outside of town. After reading reviews that this was a clean, safe, beachside hotel, we booked the last 2 rooms available at a very reasonable price. We arrived at midnight and since the office was closed, we were accommodated w entrance instructions. We were pleasantly surprised. I'm of the beach-cottage loving variety. The room was just right! Newly renovated, very clean, light blue walls, beachy, simple modern furniture, a minimalist kitchenette, fridge, dishes & silver wear, coffee maker, hot plates w pans, flat screen hd tv, bathrooms had soaps & shampoo. Clean white towels & sheets. White soft comforter. Really clean & comfortable room. The first night we stayed in the queen studio, the next night we stayed in the suite, had 1 bedroom and a general room w kitchenette & couch. All super clean, quaint & stylish in a modern beachy way. I'm a light sleeper and the air conditioning unit fans made for the perfect white noise. Parking is $6/night in their own street level lots. The beach is literally a 30 second walk from the hotel. Just 1 block away. Staff was laid back & friendly. Our drive to Miami was a simple 30 minutes, easily accessed from the beach route or 95 fwy. In lieu of overpriced high-rise Miami hotels, the Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites are a gem! Highly recommend.

Bang bang bang... That's what I'm currently hearing....construction starting at 7am on a Saturday.... I'm so fucking pissed, also why did the staff put me in this room,(the room that is closest to the fucking construction) when I checked in at midnight. I slept here to get a good night sleep before my cruise today, mission fail.... I'm tired as shiit but can't go back to bed, it's so fucking loud...

    Could not ask for more!!!!
Literally 1 block from the beach.  We stay here Fri, Sat, Sun. The staff is great, anything you ASK for they have.  Friendly and courteous.  A/C was nice and cold. We rented a jr.suite.  Full Kitchen, fridge, all was great.  Pool, BBQ for your use.  Great patio.  I love the fact that this was a SMOKE'FREE CAMPUS. Nothing worse then a smoker invading your airspace.  No problems here, step out and enjoy our patio.  We have found our place in Hollywood.  Already plan on returning!! I HIGHLY recommend.!!

You are paying for location here. Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk are literally 2 minutes away on foot.

The property itself is a bit old but the suites are clean and the staff is helpful. The walls are on the thin side so you will hear stuff going on outside or in adjacent rooms. There is a pool but it faces A1A. They'll also supply you with chairs and towels you can take to the beach.

If you are looking for the complete resort experience, this is probably not the place. But, if you are just looking for a place to relax and shower between trips to the beach, this is the place.

As of this review, the property next door is under construction so there is noise from that starting early in the morning. I always pack ear plugs so no issue ;)

I really enjoyed this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed here Dec 16, 2014. It has the feel of a B&B more than a hotel. Our room had the kitchen inside which was fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and plates which was a great deal considering the Extended Stay America's we've stayed at charge extra. Unless you want to pay a couple hundred a night to stay in a newly built resort, all of the other little hotels were built in the 60's. You'll see some paint chipping, etc, but this place was clean and well kept.

They had laundry facilities, fast wifi, and even what looked like a couple community bbqs which we never used. True, there is noise from the construction next door (I'm sure the staff hate it too), but we are pretty heavy sleepers so we weren't bothered. I'm sure you could request a room further away. I'm giving four stars because you have to pay $6/night parking which is annoying. But the location and quaint, clean room made up for any other issues. Definitely recommend.
