This hotel is beautiful. It has one of the highest security I have ever seen. The condos here are beautiful and modern. It's a place for a great family vacation.

One of the best most secure condos. This condo only can be rented for 3 months as we found out. We rented from vacation home rentals site. The guy that said he had a condo for rent for a week said he had another one which is The Wave. We should have know it was fishy when we were handed to a company VIP Miami Rentals. They asked us for a credit card for a 300 deposit. When we went to pay they wanted money order or cash only and could no garentee which unit we were getting. Then when we got there the woman Christiana by the way the people that work this agency were all Russian. Christian ran behind us and gave us the name of an owner. We were instructed not to say we were paying for the rental only a guest. When we got there the place looked beautiful. Nothing to complain about here. The problems started and ended with the worst costumer service ever.
There was no soap in the bathroom, no wash towels  (they said she were unhygienic and the owner did not provide them) the kitchen sink had long black hairs in it, no blow dryer. When I called to complain about the dirty sink and frig someone by the name of valentine seemed annoyed when I started to let her know of a few complaints. She said they will take care of it. After two hours we called again and were told maid service would come by to clean the kitchen. A guy came to the door at 10 am with nothing to clean and asked what was wrong it a bad mood. He looked like a pool boy. He took our towels and  wiped the hairs out of the sink and left.
We asked for Christina to call us back and never got a call back.

The absolute worst condos on the beach. No amenities. Loud construction. No parking. Terrible management.  Aging building. Beware

DO NOT STAY HERE! You constantly hear jackhammering from 8am-dusk, the internet or cable company is redistributing their lines and all the walls in the entire place are shaking. People at the Valet service are rude, and DON'T tell you that you have to pay PER DAY OF $12 to park your car!!! What a JOKE! Besides not having reception in any part of the building, to horrible parking situations and construction; YOU CAN DEFINITELY FIND SOME PLACE ELSE!

Just moved in and LOVE it. You can't beat the location, the building is immaculate and super secure.  There is currently some massive construction taking place, so there is no pool and the parking is only valet.  That being said, the pool is going to look amazing when it is done and the valet has been awesome.  The guys are SO nice and our cars are treated with respect and care.  If you can get over a few minor inconveniences, this is a great place to live. Also, the guys that work at the front desk are great!
