I stayed at this place based on TripAdvisor reviews. If you are ever traveling through this hellhole area of Florida avoid this place there are many other places.

The rooms were actually nice, except that there were a few bugs. I don't think they were bed bugs, but who knows?

The walls are paper thin, this ruined my stay... well that and the dozen or so people that stayed in the room next to me that were up very early. No kidding, about a dozen girls up at 4am getting ready for some cheer competition in the area. Management suggested that I get up and go next door to confront the group. I met others from the hotel that had complained about the noise and their complaints were disregarded.

Breakfast was junk and unkept, the dining area was dirty.

Staff was rude and obviously didn't like there career choice. Best Western corporate office could care less about any complaints.

This place was just fine and I wanted to give it a positive review. We almost didn't stay there because of the other reviewer.  It was quiet and comfortable. It is near the freeway but we didn't hear it so the windows must be high quality too. The staff were pleasant, especially the guy who checked us in at night.

The breakfast was good -- the typical more extensive hotel breakfast with hot options. All hotels seem to serve it on styrofoam these days and that's my only problem with this place. Real plates, etc would be much nicer.

One great thing about this place -- after we drove many hours to get there we could WALK just up the street to a Cracker Barrel restaurant!  That was just what we needed instead of getting back in the car again.
