Stayed here while in Jacksonville, Fl (J-ville) for a medical conference. My company had me on a budget, which was not much. When I walked into the hotel it looked very new. While checking the GM was very helpful and lowered the rate to fit my budget, no questions asked! Through out my 3 days stay all the staff was nice and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday and the free breakfast was GREAT! I will def. stay there again!

Awesome breakfast area, lots of food, waffles, sausage and awesome service, staff was very friendly and rooms were nice and clean.
Also call the hotel direct for the best rates, skip the hassle of hotels.com and expedia, this is def a great place to stay with a buffalo wild wings down the street!

The beds are really comfortable BUT the hotel need to do a lot of cleaning up! Hallways are really stuffy due to the floors being completely carpeted. The pillows had stains on them, hair from last customer was still in the shower, sink was clogged, and nasty ROACHES on the room. This made me feel as if I was in a Motel.

It's decent. Considering I'm I am here for free with a friend who's on a business trip maybe my vision is a little clouded by the rose colored glasses of the fact it's FREE but I still think if I had paid 60 or 70 bucks a night I would be happy with it it's clean it's in a decent location very close to lots of food and shopping have a good free breakfast with actual real food (and excellent coffee)  they are friendly they have a little mini market in the lobby t..he wifi is free the rooms are kinda half-a$$ suites (they may have real suites too...I don't know)  with a little half wall but still it's much bigger than a normal hotel room and it has a microwave and a mini fridge it seems clean the bed is comfortable there are enough blankets and pillows.. the air conditioner works really I don't have any complaints its a good mid level hotel. Nothing fancy...but not a thing wrong.
