Cockroaches, bed bugs, and rooms in badly need of cleaning. Slightly better than serving time.

Checked in to this hotel to find out the elevator was out of service and our room was on the third floor! With a small child this was unacceptable. There is no ice machine in this hotel which even the cheapest hotels have....ridiculous! The rooms are not as clean as they should've been. There was a pair of dirty socks left under our bed from a previous tenant that my 1 year old found. There were roaches in the bathroom which my husband seen, but neglected to tell me until after checkout because I would not have slept there knowing that. Not sanitary...not clean...DISGUSTING! I was scared to sleep in the bed. They don't provide any hangers in the closet. Nothing was really up to par. I was really disappointed and I am happy I only had to stay in that dump for one night. Location was great but I would never stay here again! Turn around and spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely Horrible Place to stay, do not come here no matter what! Upon entering we were greeted with a female giving us attitude as we were trying to pay for 2 weeks stay, then we get to our room and after the second day we noticed the place is INFESTED with bugs!! The towels are all stained, cockroaches roam around however they want, and we had people try to break in our door while we were staying here! Very unsafe and unsanitary. Stay away from here if you value your life and health.

I don't even know where to begin about how horrible this hotel is.  Driving through on 95 with 3 kids and a dog and called for an open room. The front desk clerk, Brea (sp?!?) was extremely short and rude and would not make reservation, but said they did have open rooms.  When we got to the hotel at 10:30pm she told us her computer was broken and she couldn't check us in.  Meanwhile, we called the corporate line and made a reservation - miraculously as soon as that happened her computer worked.

We got to our room and pulled out the hideaway for our sleepy kids and there were no sheets or pillows.  Called down and she said very rudely that they don't keep sheets on the hideaways and we had to come get them.  We asked why she didn't give them to us when we checked in if she knew we had a large family and would be using the hideaway and she responded nastily that she was busy.  Then we got the sheets with no pillows.  We returned to the front desk and a rude encounter with the desk clerk.

We finally got the kids in bed, and went to get in bed ourselves.  As my husband climbed into bed, he discovered not one, but 3 very visible bed bugs.  We quickly packed up the kids and left.  Upon exiting we found that the front desk clerk had left for the night, which explains why she didn't want to help us in the first place.
