Recently stayed here. My only complaint was the air conditioner was very noisy. The A/C unit was so lould it would wake me up in the middle of the night. Saff were nice and exceptionally friendly. When I presented my complaint to the front desk they stated you have a 50% chance of getting a lould A/C. They are going to be replacing the units soon I was told.

We stayed here as a stop over half way home from Miami to SC. We stopped in Jacksonville to sleep. We arrived there around midnight. I had used yelp to find this location and call ahead to reserve a room. They said they had plenty of rooms, and we didn't need a reservation. They quoted us a price of $125 for a double queen room.
When we arrived about 10 minutes later, there had been a shift change. The new manager, Steve, was great. He was friendly, and offered to upgrade the room for the same price. He put us in a queen suite, which had two queen beds and pull out sofa, so my son wouldn't have to sleep on the floor again. That was a welcome upgrade!!
The room was huge! Free internet for which they provided the password without having to ask. We were told there was a free breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfortable, room clean, and an excellent experience.
The Belgian waffles the next morning were a big hit with the teenagers. The buffet was all you care to eat, and it was nicely stocked. Staff was keeping the area clean while were there and restocking as items were depleted.
Great experience. I am keeping the information and will stay at this hotel again when in the area.

What a terrific hotel! The price was more than fair, given our AARP discount and included free WiFi. The entire facility was exceptionally clean, including the pool. The staff was friendly and effective, especially Jesse, at the front desk. The bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. The complementary breakfast was lovely.
This Hampton Inn is conveniently located and, despite its proximity to Interstate 95 and a busy 4-land street, we noticed no road noise whatsoever.
I'd left my iPad behind, and with one quick phone call, Jesse arranged to send it to me. It arrived today. Thank you, Jesse, and thank you, Hampton Inn.
We will definitely return.

Stayed here on a recent trip as I was passing through town. Conveniently located right off I-95 and seems to be very new. The lobby are was very nice with a TV mounted behind a running wall of water. I was pleasantly surprised as was not expecting this at a Hampton Inn. The room was run of the mill with two double beds and the typical bathroom. The bathroom was quite spacious for a hotel room. There is a continental breakfast provided every morning, but the offerings can vary from day to day.

Very clean and in a business park. Friendly staff with free breakfast in the morning. Not too many hot things and I've seen other Hampton's do it better but still nice.
Clean room with plenty of towels etc. Quiet.
Would stay again.

I stayed here with some friends while in Jacksonville last month, and our stay was decent. This Hampton Inn is pretty typical with their freshly laundered sheets, free wi-fi and complimentary hot breakfast. The decor was updated and modern and definitely offers a comfortable stay.
My only complaint was the woman who worked the breakfast in the morning was very rude and off-putting. The morning after our first night's stay, my two girlfriends and I walked down to the breakfast, and after uncomfortably staring at us for a minute or two, the woman came over and asked if we were guests at the hotel. Really? I have stayed at dozens of hotels and never had someone come up to me at breakfast and question if I was even a guest. And it doesn't seem as if this hotel is in a location that attracts homeless people wandering in for a free meal. From what I noticed, we were the only ones she did that to....odd. We also overheard her make a snide comment to a child at the waffle maker. So yeah...we jokingly named her Elmira (or maybe that is her name, I don't remember) so beware of her wrath!
Overall, decent hotel if you're staying in the Jax area.

This is the first time we stayed at a Hamption inn. The room was clean only found 2 mold spots that were the size of a small dot ( pencil point ) . The breakfast was good for free. The bed was really comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the ladies that were managing the breakfast were always friendly. The location was great only a short car ride to St. Augustine. We will be back and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean place to stay and Close to St.Augustine .
