This might be one of the worst hotels I have ever had to stay in. Stains on everything, the room was in complete disrepair...and the smell! Trip adviser and the like must have all fake reviews. There is no way this hotel should have more than I one star.

Wtf? How did this "hotel" get a 3 star review? It is absolutely filthy, smelly, and disgusting.  The lobby is deceiving. Doesn't look too bad upon entering, but then our room was down this dank, creepy, and putrid smelling hallway.  Room feels like a place for shamed, dirty sex, or suicide.

Clean place and friendly folks.  Nothing fancy but twice the size of red roof inn type places.  Wifi a bit slow at night but that has been the case at each place I've stayed in Jacksonville.  Apparently comcast has very low capacity in the city. Both red roof and best western I used my iPhone as a hotspot because of the abysmal speeds.
