Such a great value for the money.  The room was clean, staff was friendly, and I had a pleasant night's rest.  Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place for the money - clean rooms - nice staff- FREE shuttle to the port for cruises that will save you $15 bucks a day from parking at the port!!!!

For under $50, it was definitely much better then it could have been.  The rooms were small but clean, the breakfast included a few hot foods along with the usual pastries and coffee, the woman behind the desk was very nice, and there was free wifi and HBO.  It's a great place if you're just stopping by for a night before you head someplace else.

So, the rooms are tiny. There's no getting around that.

It's close to the airport and cheap, probably good enough for those of us staying for 8 hours till that 6am flight leaves JAX.

When I checked in there was a work team using canine sniffers to check for mold, which is either a good thing or a bad thing. The bad thing is yes there was some mold in my room. I think it's hard to have a building in humid humid Florida without some mold. The good thing is the hotel is working on it. The room was clean enough if you don't look at the window sills behind the curtains.

Rooms was okay nothing special but it provided everything I need. The front desk not really warm and inviting but again provided everything I needed and asked for in a timely manner. The problem : the parking. During the day and before dark there is about a parking spot for every room. After the sun goes down the cars seem to double. It just doesn't seem safe and kinda shady. On two night I was told by the stay to park in-front of a dumpster that was in-front of a no parking sign because there were no other spaces. Just remembered - the workout room. I think it had 5 pieces of equipment - 4 were NOT working.  I would gladly stay again  but I wish they could do something about parking.

Used for a quick stay to catch an early morning flight.  For less than $50, i wasn't expecting much.  Room was small and a HUGE full length wall mirror behind the bed!  HAHA!  Free wifi and HBO.  Check in staff were very nice and quick.  As Marie F stated, the parking lot is VERY small so i wouldn't reccommend a trailer if this is your plan.

I would recommend for a quick stay but thats about it.

Stayed here and left a review on Hotels.com because that's who I booked through.  Well the review was rejected because it probably fell within the lines of "personal insult or profanity", which if you ask me is a little excessive.  Here is the line I put in the comments...."I had bed bugs in my room causing me to ask for another room."  You be the judge.  Would I ever want to stay at a hotel because I saw bed bugs in there?  I think not.  On top of that, the sheets were dirty in the first room as well.  Pretty bogus if you ask me. Staff was nice and the room served its purpose.

For $40 I really can't complain. The room was small but it was clean and I had free wifi and HBO. It also is about a mile from the airport and there is an airport shuttle so not a lot to complain about. If you're not picky this is a great place to stay.

Stayed here for one night as I have a 6 am flight. the room is tiny but the room is clean and the bed is comfy. There is a fridge/microwave combo in the room. Its also quiet and close to the airport. For local residents of Jacksonville soryy but you will have to look elsewhere as they have a policy to accept non-locals. Also, I don't believe in hidden fees. I prepaid for the room and once I checked and was told I had an additional $2.50 plus tax to pay for the amenities like the continental breakfast. I'm all about princial and if I wasn't nearly about to pass out from being exhausted I wouldve made a bigger fuss about the principal of the matter.  Three stars for omitted information, okay customer service at check-in and a decent room for the 12 hour stay.

Reviews stated rooms were small. These are rooms, not suites. For the price, the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, but again, well worth the price.

Not a fan.  The pictures are very misleading.  Whereas it's better than budget hotels.  The rooms are dirty.  Sheets and pillows old with stains untreated.  Mattress box covers on old mattresses inductive of bed bugs perhaps.   I barely stayed here once I arrived.  Did a through bed bug inspection and found none.  But way small. I already said dirty didn't i?  Feel like this was a bait and switch and so disappointed. I only spent 50$ so it's not a total loss.

This is not a 3 star as hotwire stated. If you don't want to spend a lot of money and just need a place where you are not waking up in fear every 30 mins,  this is it. My room 318, was suitable. All the sheets were clean and bathroom. Don't expect 3 star service, expect motel level customer service. Expect a small room, with desk, fridge and microwave. Overall, I would stay again if I needed a quick stay without the perks.

I came here in April of 2013 and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. For $160 it served its purpose and it was an overall good experience. The staff was friendly for the most part and it was super easy to find. Parking was ample and convenient.
The room is what they say it is, extremely small. But when you think about it, all you need is a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have anticipated but it wasn't a complete hit. The bed was comfortable which is always a plus in my book.  I would definitely stay here again
If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, don't expect one. It's super cheap and it's not bad, at all. Service was average and so was my stay. I will be back.
