Very clean room.  Very nice, helpful staff.

Their complimentary continental breakfast included waffles and hard boiled eggs, among other items.

Convenient location as well.

We were able to book our hotel room (1 standard king, non smoking) on hotels.com for $39 per night.  Hard to beat that!

This is without a doubt the most inept motel I have ever stayed at. I requested a refrigerator for my insulin .  When we checked in late in the evening we were told it would be installed the next morning. When we got back to the room the second afternoon..... No fridg.  When asked about it, I was told there was no fridg.  Breakfast was the worst of any LaQuinta.  Wi Fi doesn't work.  Bath room is way too small. Worst of all is that nobody seems to care. To be fair, it is fairly clean for an older property and the tv is good.

This place is a dive. Newish HD TV's but everything else is outdated. My room had floor molding peeling off of the wall and an exposed outlet behind the nightstand. The bathroom fixtures were corroded, the bathroom vent was filthy as was the a/c unit vent. The WiFi did not work for the two days that I stayed. The employees that I dealt with were as helpful as they could have been given what they had to deal with. Mark this hotel on your never again list.

Hotel is filthy.  We went to our room and the bathtub was dirty and clogged, the sink was dirty.  We were given anther room to look at and it was also dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathtub had cigarette burns.  We were given an upgraded room with king bed, we had to take it as it was getting rather late, it was a bit cleaner but bedding had cigarette burns!!! Stay away from this place.

EwWwwwwww. Ewwwwwww. Ewwwwww. is all I can say. My hubby and I had to stay here till our apartment was ready to move into. Gross. In the closet was a dirty woman's thong. We were totally freaked out from then on. The beds were tine. I am pretty sure there were bed bugs because I got bit and had bug bites all over my body. Lets just say we stayed fully clothed the whole time. I was going to go to the pool but felt every uncomfortable without my husband with me. It was a lot of men who stared and whistled. Staff was wonderful but that is the only good thing I can say. ANYWHERE else would be better to stay.

In the beginning god created La Quinta!

It was a brisk morning as the sun rose over the horizon and the ambience from the La Quinta sign filled our hearts with warmth of welcoming. We parked our vehicle and it was as if a red carpet rolled out to meet us at our feet. As we walked through the Golden Arches into the land of La Quinta and we were greeted with dark mocha kissed Angels covered in magnificent artwork about the stories to come. It was then I knew we were in for the long haul. We received our keys and proceeded to our quarters. as we opened the door smiles jetted to our faces as we realized the beds were perfectly made. Those smiles quickly faded away at the sight of not enough pillows; however the angels saved the day giving us more than enough to rest our weary heads. As we laid our weary heads to sleep, we were majestically lulled by the soothing sounds coming from our bathroom. It sounded as if there were waterfalls in a magical land from the toilet running and the constant leak from the shower. The bathroom itself is so roomy and spacious. The mat in the bathroom shower made my feet feel like they were walking on water. As we continue to rest our eyes, the air conditioner kept itself in control. Although we set it at 60 degrees, it sensed that we would have been too cold. So it stayed a little warmer for us. After having the most comfortable night's sleep and our heads sleeping on those pillows made of clouds, we stretch our bodies that had been completely refreshed. We had to feed the beast that was our hunger. On the second day, God created individually wrapped bagels. I was worried that there would not be enough bagels for the jelly that I put on my bagel, but I was convinced that this to shall pass. Just like the other wise men sitting there enjoying this spread of food, I sipped on my coffee that was refilled plenty of times due to the miniature size of La Quinta cups. When I arrived back to my room after gorging myself, I realized that my key didn't work. That excited me! It gave me an excuse to see those wonderful angels at the front desk again. I continued to rinse and repeat this process over 11 times during my 5 days stay. Even at the peak of exhaustion, our card swipe was relentless at letting us in. Letting us know that security was top notch.

Unfortunately this wonderful 5 day stay came to an end rather quickly. although we had to leave this magical kingdom it will forever be engraved in our memories. To make our mark we inscribed our initials under the bed so we forever would keep our connection with La Quinta because on the third day God created rebirth. And because of this wonderful experience I have now decided to name my first child Lil Quinta as well as devote all my time going door to door sharing it's gospel.

Really bad area- really surprised our car wasn't broken into. No internet, couldn't even load my gmail.  Room was ok. But I specifically asked what they had for continental breakfast bc we wanted it included or would have stayed somewhere else.  The breakfast had oatmeal packets, old boxes cereal, and waffles you put in a microwave. Not even a toaster! Ended up paying for breakfast someone else (the Denny's next door which was also gross and took 30 minutes to get coffee/water)

I had several stays at this property during the several years I lived in Florida, and no major complaints.  Friendly staff members, great amenities and clean rooms for the most part.  Pets are welcome at no additional charge.

There was one visit where I unfortunately got checked into a room that had a very strong urine smell, but the front desk was very quick to switch rooms for me, and alert the housekeeping staff.

I noticed that the rates here, in general, were about 2 dollars higher per night than some of the other La Quinta locations in town, such as the one on Butler Blvd., but the proximity to major shops and restaurants, in addition to the company I was working with, made up for it.

Have never seen more prompt, courteous staff in all our vacation or business trips. They blew Disney staff away hands down. Food was excellent, pricey drinks, strongly suggest becoming a select member

If it wasn't for my inlaws that paid for the room, I would of felt better sleeping in my rent-a-car. This has got to be one of the worst and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. They getting one star cause of flat screen in the room which was the best part of the hotel by far. Stained bed spread, crusty towels, not to mention that they never cleaned or changed my towels, had to go to the front desk to get new supposedly clean towels and when you ask for them they give you an answer like its a big deal for them to give you new towels. Soaps in the room opened outing the plastic and looked used, their were three of us in one room and one little shampoo for the three of us no conditioner. All I can say about the stay there is al least it's done. Will never stay there again, you couldn't pay to stay there. Will I stay at another la Quinta ? Most probably not.

This was the worst inn and suites I have ever seen. We got our room key, opened our door and the most disgusting smell hit us. We weren't even able to come in it smelled so bad. We left right away and looked for a new place to stay. Very run down place. Not recommending anyone to go there. Don't waist your time horrible hotel

Absolute first time I've stayed in a room with holes in the walls.  If Husband was not sick we would have moved on. TV is fine, bedding clean, beds comfy...just a bit weird!

If I could give it a negative star, I would. A/C didn't work. Blood stain on sheets.  black mold on ceiling and bathroom. Here with a big group and all the rooms had bad A/C smelled musty and one person had a broken fridge.

My husband and I often stay at La Quinta when we travel between New York and Florida because of our large dog. This location is the absolute worst La Quinta we have EVER stayed at. Had this been my first stay at La Quinta I would never go back.

When my husband went to check in he requested a ground floor room because I have a broken leg. Apparently there were no ground floor nonsmoking rooms available so I hobbled up the stairs and when we got to the room the smell of smoke was so bad that I could barely breathe. Not to mention my husband who has a smoke allergy. So down he goes to get our room moved. Fast forward to room #2- I go to take a shower and not only is the shower filthy, but was is a giant hole in the tile which had a plastic bag taped over it. I turned the shower on... And no hot water.
So down goes my husband for the second time to change our room. There was a new attendant at the desk and now the only room they have is ground floor. The same ground floor room they didn't have half an hour ago.
We finally got situated in room #3 and were kept up all night by shouting and loud noises. In the morning I didn't have the courage to try the breakfast. Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The pros: the staff is friendly (as mentioned by other users), the price is great, there is a fridge in the room, there is free WiFi...
The cons: there is mold in the bathroom, the room smells like many dogs have enjoyed their vacation in this hotel..
Overall, I understand that you should not expect 5-star hotel amenities when you pay $50, but it's within the power of the management to make the housekeepers CLEAN the rooms. I don't mind that there is remodeling going on, I don't mind of the place is not perfect, but friendly and affordable, but I mind if it's dirty. I hope it gets better In the future...
