Cockroaches crawling on the furniture.  Putrid smell in the shower. Carpets that I was afraid to walk barefoot on.  Some of the rooms were renovated...but I guess that wasn't mine.

The only redeeming feature is the Whole Foods Market next door.

Hotel reviews trip me out. Or maybe they help set expectations lower. I dunno. But the reviews on this were off the mark. Beds were nice and clean. Room look updated and maybe even recently redone. For the price, I'm really happy with what we got.

I was very disappointed..first room 202 smelled horrible, dead bugs and very dusty...we moved to room 159 which was not much better. Dusty, ripped drapes, filthy carpet. We got the package deal for comedy show and GiGi's...the comedy show and food was awesome. Customer service was great. This place needs a complete renovation! I will never stay here again..will attend shows.

Desk person very nice, room not so much. Def not a 3-Star hotel in comparison to other 3-Star properties I've stayed in.

Toilet had dried urine on it & long hairs on toilet & sink countertop.

Room also smells really musty. Not good.

Priceline needs to reevaluate this as a 3-Star property.

This is the Ramada Inn that houses the Comedy Zone. I've only stayed here once, for the "Suitehearts" package they offered for Valentine's Day. $199 for prime rib and crab leg buffet for two with champagne at the hotel's restaurant, Gigi's, admission to the comedy featuring Henry Cho, a room for the night with late checkout, and breakfast buffet for two at Gigi's. Great deal for what you get. They offer similar packages year-round.

The receptionists are friendly, but they don't always give consistent information when calling about Comedy Zone info. Plus, when my boyfriend was trying to book the package, he was told on the phone that the only person who could take care of it had left for the day and he'd get a call back the next day. As that next day was coming to a close and no call had come, my boyfriend called again and was told the same thing. After try again he finally resorted to doing it online.

The room was very clean, no complaints there. Just a standard chain hotel, nothing to write home about.

Great price and great location!

Paid 67 for a king room facing the pool.

I really liked the quietness of the hotel.

It would be a 4 but the young woman who was checking us in was much more interested in flirting with the young man who was in front of us. She didn't give us the wifi information and then proceeded to give me attitude when I asked for it.

Id love to come to the comedy zone or the piano bar. Lots of parking and lots of restaurants near by!

In the midst of updating rooms which were not that bad to begin with. Great location. Breakfast is a full buffet in the main dining room, eggs...bacon...sausage gravy and much more. Look for special event deals packaging dinner, room and comedy. Here for four days and really enjoy the place. Low key bar, friendly staff. Ask for room not facing I295, just to make sure it's quite. Walking distance to Steak and Shark, Bib Evans and Whole Foods. Place is clean and staff is super friendly.
