A clean room at a friendly rate, what more can you ask!  Bonus points for the friendly front desk let me sleep in because I was exhausted :)

This hotel is in a decent part of town, close to the airport and the interstate. Lots of eating establishments nearby and great shopping too. You cant beat this place for the price you pay. Your not gonna get anything fancy with this place, but if you need a cheap place to sleep for the night, then this is it. I brought the whole family and felt just as safe there as any where else.

Yuk, Yuk, Yuk! My parents have stayed here twice and I have visited with them in the room on both occasions. They stayed the second time because of the cheap rate. Me? I would never stay here. All of the rooms wreak of cigarette smoke.. it's like your gasping for air as soon as you walk into the room.

I'm totally scared of the bed covers. I even used my mini bottle of Lysol spray to cover the chair before I would sit in it.

Very old, has not been kept up to date. The carpets are horrid and so dirty. I wouldn't dare take my shoes off and walk around in the room.

Good luck trying to understand whomever happens to be at the front desk as their English is far from even good.

It looks like a rent by the hour kind of place rather than a motel. I totally do not get why my parents choose to stay here just to save a whopping $20 bucks. Ick!

Awful. Loud partying all night long....people in the parking lot talking on cell phones.....disgusting.  Really think some of the people in the adjacent building are living there full time on public assistance.  Will never stay here again!

My wife does not want to stay at a place where she feels she has to clean it prior to moving into the room.

Checked in and immediately checked out.... The room smelled so strong of ammonia I thought my family was going to pass out. It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly however, it was too much for to us. The buildings are also very run down not sure how this place had good reviews on kayak.

This Hotel has fallen into a severe state of disrepair.
The door to our room was broken with no security latch.
The bathroom was dirty. only the front of the hotel was maintained. I would never allow my family to stay here. A buddy of mine and I stopped traveling through on a business trip.
Too many extraneous people around in cars on the property, in the parking lot. a true physical security issue.
We checked out the next morning. I have stayed in Red Roof Inns in the past this is a disgrace to the company's quality standards of the past.
I pray this gets the Corporate attention it deserves.

The best I can say here is that it's pretty clean and good enough.  It definitely shows its years of wear.  When we were there, the ice machine on our floor did not work and the hallways did reek of cigarette smoke.  We're from Illinois, so we're spoiled since just about everywhere there prohibits smoking.

The room was clean, though.  The internet connection worked fine, it had a moderately-sized refrigerator and a small microwave, too, which was nice.

If you stay there, be sure to let them know upon checkout if you did not use the safe.  They automatically add a ~$2 safe use fee to your bill, but they removed it when we let them know that we did not use the safe.

The breakfast was adequate.  Far from the best we've had, but good enough to get us on our way.

If we return to the area, I think we'll look for a different place to stay.
