If you're a local, you'll find these are not the property managers for you.   Maintenance is non-existent, and they offer a bullying attitude towards top-knotch, clean, high-end tenants in high-rent properties.  I have yet to find a local who has one nice thing to say about them. As a matter of fact, it's all pretty bad.  

Perhaps if you're a vacation renter, they'll seem ok at first glance.  After all, tourists never really have time to get to know them and that's a good thing for the tourists.  They figure that you aren't there long enough to know what bad shape the place is in.

I sent the following email to them about the negative treatment i received by a member of their team and they have never responded back. So here is the email and my story...
Hi, I was looking to rent four properties, for a week, from you guys (due to the number of people in our family) and utilized the Chat function on your site to inquire about how we should proceed. The chat said I was speaking with Libby and I will let you know that she is the sole reason you lost out on our business. At a point in our conversation she asked if someone else from my party was calling about the property as well, to which i replied No. She told me it was odd because someone was asking for the same dates and party size (which really wasn't correct because  she stated that they had 11 occupants and i told her we had 11 adults and 13 children). I said well then we should get on with my reservation so they don't get my rooms :). She then told me that that she had to go and disconnected immediately from the chat. I will have to say that i was very upset by this and reinstated the chat session and she actually was the one to respond to it. I asked her why she hung up and was i to understand that you guys did not want our business to which she never replied. Once she did respond, she proceeded to tell me that i just needed to call to handle the reservation and i informed her that my cell was dead, no charger and this is why i was using the internet (on my iPad). She asked for my number and when i gave it to her she said that whoever called had the same area code. I informed her that there were over 1 million people with that area code and wasn't that uncommon for people to have the same one. So i am not sure if this conduct is accepted or encouraged but, by her actions she has cost you around $10K or more in rental fees that we will now pay to someone else. So how you proceed from here will show how you guys handle business and care for your customers as well as how I proceed in my future dealings and vacations in your area. To say the least, I am very disappointed in how i was treated (basically being called a liar) and feel it is unacceptable.

Friendly and efficient, top to bottom. Rented golf club property for a month, and worked with them thru the real estate branch. Great bunch of folks.
