Great inn. Perfect location just off of Duval. Good breakfast; heated jacuzzi. Small, but cute rooms. Everything you need for your stay on key west.

Pleasant little guest house just off of the Quiet end of Duval and in the same block as the Hemingway House. Hosts have been living down here for 12 years and running this inn for 3. Nice continental breakfast each day with extended hours; very accommodating to our needs and fit well with what we were looking for this trip for price and amenities.

We stayed by the pool for four nights and the front door the last night, owing to our last minute booking. Was quieter by the pool (largish hot-tub), but not bad out front. We slept well every night.

The inn keeper greets you as soon as you walk through the door. Great service, nice breakfast spread in the morning, rooms with private bathrooms and a pool in the back all make Seascape a great option for B&B stay in Key West.

Can't beat the location - half a block off of Duval St!

You will feel a great breathe of fresh air when staying here. I am currently staying here, and found this beautiful place through trip advisor by searching pet friendly key west.

Mocha is so comfortable staying here for a pet fee of $50 per stay. They also have resident cats here as well, who just walk around the grounds, and make sure they are perfectly serene.

I have met Dave, one of the innkeepers so far. His wife is Marcia. They have owned this house for 3 years. This house was built in the 1800's so it's quite historical, and seems to have bahamian descent. It has been kept up to reflect it's tropical charm.

We are staying in the front room. As soon as you walk in the house, there is our room. You would think you would hear the noise of people coming in and out, but that is not the case.

The room is a cozy size. It said on the site that it is the biggest of the rooms. You have your own sink and toilet, bathroom, a/c, fridge, flat screen tv, dresser and comfy queen size bed with the cutest brightest tropical bedspread. The decorations on the walls are quite tropical as well.

Breakfast is from 8-30 to 11 and are continental, rolls, sweets, toast, bagels, coffee, fruits etc.

They have a hot tub. My biggest worry is that it would be too hot, but it's perfect especially for a night swim, perfect temp, and a bottle of wine.

I love it here and can't stop smiling. My complete stay here will be 4 days 3 nights. I don't want to leave. Maybe I will just stay:-)

This place is a hop skip and jump from duval street. If you go to the right of duval street, you are going towards the southernmost point monument.
If you go towards the left, you are going towards a lot of the bars, restaurants, stores, and the mallory square.

The walks are pretty managable for my 30 some year old self. You can also rent bikes from them. $12 for first day, $8 for days after.

I love this place so much, and I feel the price is excellent considering Key west accomodation prices.

I'm sooooooooooo happy that our first stay at a bed and breakfast has been this place.

There are two cons but not enough of a big deal to me. The bathroom is small, the tub is stand up shower, and the a/c is loud.

But seriously for a charming tropical personable experience, comfy, clean, close by experience, this place can not be beat!!!!!!!

Incredible staff. Wonderful atmosphere. They make their own flavored cream cheeses! (I was pretty excited about the breakfast) We spent hours in the jacuzzi and the central location was a big plus.
The rooms were quaint and perfectly suited to our needs. The house is old so the plumbing is delicate, but we never had any issues. I loved the front porch, the garden, and the white picket fence! Very charming spot that I'd highly recommend to anyone heading to Key West!

Just a great find!  I'm so happy they were able to accommodate us for just one night.  Especially for a Friday.  It only makes me sad we couldn't stay an extra night or at least enjoy the breakfast in the morning.

We booked the Havana room.  Which has a king bed, loft with queen bed, mini kitchen, and private entrance.  The location is perfect, right next to Hemingway house, and Duval street.  Staff was perfect and extremely friendly and helpful.  Even being allergic to cats, I didn't mind the friendly felines roaming the Inn.  They keep it so clean, I didn't even sneeze once.

Will definitely be back, and highly recommend this B&B to anyone heading out to Key West - even just for a day!
