You want to stay way away from this place.  They gave me a non-smoking room and after looking at the best f their "non-smoking" rooms, had to wash down the door, walls, mirror, TV cabinet and get rid of the broken lamp shade,  pull off all the sheets and blankets to cover up the smelly filthy floor, and had to use all my own bedding including two sheets, blanket and pillow.  All their sheets had what looked like oil stains all over them.  For God sakes, sheets are only $40 a set!  These looked very old and thin.  They gave you one washcloth, and I didn't dare take a bath or shower in there really bad tub/bathroom area.  Tub was very, very stained.  Whole room was very shabby like skid row.

This hotel is located on NW Knights Ave between I 75 (exit 427) and the medical complex.  Its a cute little family owned hotel.  You park right in front of the exterior entrance to your room.  The room was clean with decent towels and linens.  The tube television had a nice selection of premium channels. There is a microwave and small fridge in every room at no additional charge. The wifi signal was strong and the speeds were very good.  The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.  There was an on site laundry which we didn't use. It seemed like a safe area and the hotel was in good condition for its age.  There are several fast food and sit down dining options nearby. Downtown Lake City is about 2 miles away.

Bottom Line:
Great Rate
Family owned
Friendly Staff
