    The service provided by the pool staff here was first class. Both Valarie and Tia were attentive and sweet, checking in on us throughout our time at the beautiful and newly finished pool here. The location of this hotel couldn't be better either, and the addition of STK makes for a delicious dining option without having to go anywhere.

    $38 valet is absurd. I stopped there to eat and my valet tab was higher than my food tab. Very disappointed.

    Absolutely gorgeous lobby, room and amenities. Staff super friendly and not to mention very easy on the eyes. You can tell they pay attention to detail in every aspect. However, it just opened so they still have to work out some kinks but totally understandable. Room key is made out of different wood and bamboo which sometimes glitches and doesn't work and not to mention kinda easy to misplace. Lol. But still pretty cool idea. They try to be super green but still very practical and high end. Would most def come back to stay here again in Miami.

    One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Spent the weekend there for a friend's birthday and I can't stop raving about it. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and the service was impeccable. Everyone at the front desk, pools, and restaurants were attentive, personable and warm. During our stay we stopped at the Deleon, Mondarin, and SLS and none of them could compare.  I plan on coming back and bringing my husband soon!

    Stayed 4 nights. beautiful hotel. Great fitness facility. Friendly and helpful staff but lots of new opening kinks to be worked out.  Never restocked certain items we wanted in mini-bar despite 3 requests over 3 days. Room service was erratic -had to call twice then got wrong order -high tech "Google phone" stopped working which is a problem since it controls room service -room temp etc. elevators didn't always work.  Multiple false fire alarms

    Room above ours leaked large amounts of water into our bathroom right over the toilet which as you might guess made it difficult to use the toilet unless we wanted to take a shower while taking a "number-2". After they turned off the water in room above us they told us it would eventually stop  leaking into our bathroom. not very helpful if we needed to use the toilet before then. Should have offered to move us

    I came tonight at the Hotel to check out the Real Estate event and also check the place out, Looby and more...just to bring clients / investors or friends in the future ...but I had such a bad attitude at the door or valet from this short guy called Raul, Operations Manager... why dont we improve the customer service in Miami ? Visitors wont come back, please, be friendly with everybody, even if I look poor or rich, and black or white. The doorman, or valet will always be the first impression of the hotel guest

    Amazing update and renovation to the old Gansevoort hotel on South Beach.  Only had lunch here and explored the public areas of the hotel.

    Pools area amazing...there are 3 of them!  Beautiful updates to the pools and great furniture and vibe.  Similar in style to the new Edition Hotel...which is also amazing.

    Service was very good.  Appears that some restaurants at the hotel still haven't opened; however, the pool bar/restaurant is and is great.

    Will definitely consider this place for a staycation.

    Stayed at the hotel for 3 night. beautiful hotel. rooms are big and modern. They're into everything organic. have triple filtered water faucet by the coffee machine. no need to buy bottled water in the rooms. service was great. They have staff standing everywhere for any need.  Only problem they have is housekeeping. They make the beds and put on new towels, but I don't think they vacuum  the floor . I found old sock just few inches under the bed. We left in hurry one day and left out staff laying around, mess was still as we left it, though we left tip for the housekeeper. Deducted one star for that.  Though this is not major problem, they had a very small drawer and closet space.  I also wish they had a place to hang towel near the shower.  
     Now, the best experience about staying in this hotel is, one- the third floor swimming area where there are numerous lounges and gazebos where you can relax. Nice bar. many staff right and left that are extremely helpful.  Can't explain it in writing. It's just amazing.
     On our last night, we went to the roof top where they have swimming pools and lounges. There are big palm trees all around. bar was open late. It was a beautiful night. It was very windy. They offered us to bring towels to so we don't get too cold. We were there just to see it, we just couldn't leave.  It was an amazing experience.

    Walking into this hotel, you feel like you are in a forest - the smell of wood and pine is amazing and refreshing. Even the rooms smell fresh. We stayed for a work trip, and although the staff gives exceptional service (Robert Novell _ GM is awesome), there were a few kinks to be worked out.

    Since the hotel has only been open a month, service was a bit slow - especially in the restaurants since there was only one open. I do give 5 stars just because although they were slow, the staff was so professional and great about it, was hard to get annoyed .Hotel is pricy - but worth it.  The view and private beach are to die for, and the hotel itself is amazing.
