The Aladdin Hotel is a very chic boutique hotel 5 minutes from the airport. If they could hire a staff that had any experience in customer service it would be a great place. Every room has a bose sound system which can be bad if your neighbors are playing reggaton all night. Had the staff not been terrible I would give it 4 stars.

Online bargain shopping offers a certain sense of accomplishment, especially when you think that you've just found the deal of the century. You revel in your own magnificence for being such a savvy shopper, that is, until you show up to the "hotel" to find it is in fact a pay-by-the-hour love shack which also offers extended visits, i.e. overnight rates.
I found this gem through one of my trusty online discount hotel booking websites. As usual I read the user ratings and reviews, most of which were favorable and noted a "romantic setting". What was not noted, however, was the mirror above the bed and a general environment that suggests "your stay shouldn't exceed three hours". Any hotel that has a mandatory drive-thru serving as their check-in should set off red flags to the soon to be customer. Either the previous reviews were written by eccentric johns, or the patrons simply didn't grasp the idea of a come n' go hotel. Either way I was stuck in a place that had a black shag carpet and a see-through shower in the bedroom.
The staff persons were pleasant and helpful, and thankfully seemed not to judge. The hotel's location does not appear amiable to the casual stroll through the neighborhood. Nearby restaurants are limited to the Burger King across the street, thankfully due to the circumstances I was void of hunger. The room itself was small yet fairly pleasant with a modern feel, although I personally chose to sleep fully clothed and make a pillow case of my shirt. There were only a pair of shower towels, no hand towels, but based upon the purpose of their customers average stay I cannot blame the hotel for electing to abandon small wiping cloths and instead stock up on toilet paper. I was disappointed to find only one tiny bottle of soap in the room, which lasted all of one hand washing. The admin either think their clientele won't use, or don't deserve such a luxury as hand soap. They did, however, offer a small bottle of shampoo for the shower. Lastly one would think that based on the nature of the hotel their walls would be a bit thicker, but perhaps my neighbors were just exceptionally zealous that night. Finally, when you've had enough and are eager to leave, there is a gate blocking the only exit and they have you wait until they've thoroughly checked your room, presumably for missing items or stashed bodies.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a hotel with an hourly rate then I strongly recommend this location, as it is modern looking, seemingly clean (don't bring a black light), and I think the rooms are all theme based, which is a major plus in my book. If, however, you are looking for a more traditional style hotel, then you may not want this love hut at the top of your list.

I will stay here from this point on for my Maimi vacation. Yeah, its in a so so area, the rooms are a bit on the run down yet kinky side, but for the price... ITS AWESOME. I have seen alot of bad reviews for this place and it is what it is. I am satisfied with what I payed for.

The staff is extremely rude and you don't get room serviced unless you ask for it. But...for 75 on Priceline we got a ridiculously modern and beautiful duplex with 2 huge showers a huge samsung flat screen great bose sound system beautiful king bed and tons of space. I guess people come here to shack up but if you can get over that you can't beat this place for the money.

I hadn't even spent the night yet and I was already bummed out. The room didn't have a window at all! Very creepy place. The security process is unfriendly and the staff appears too busy to be kind. Not my cup of tea.

I would not recommend it to anyone, especially for more than a night. I had prepaid for a week. The hotel advertised in their listing "couples only." I have no idea why. There was nothing romantic about the hotel, the location or the room.
The most annoying feature: the key expires after you leave the room and you have to get it re-activated at the front desk. So, with no internet, no working ice machines, no microwave, I seemed to spend more time getting my key activated. Oh and the key controls the electricity in the room. Every time I time I left the room, the lights go out, and all power shuts off. So, the alarm clock I brought would reset, the minibar was hot (nobody wants beer that is hot, cold, hot then cold for extended periods!), the AC was off, etc. That was annoying too.
Our room was located in the main building and according to the sign had only 10 rooms on the 3rd floor. The décor was the best part of the room. However, it wasn't very functional. There was one small window, frosted over so no light was able to enter the room. Great for sleeping, but depressing during the day light hours. The shower was all glass sided with their logo nicely done. However, it didn't allow any privacy. Same with the toilet. Even among couples, sometimes there needs to be a bit of privacy! They only provided 2 towels. When I asked for more, I was met with much attitude and my request wasn't taken care of. There was only 2 small pillows on a king size bed.
Also, the room had a small flat screen TV, no remote, no channel guide (either in print or on TV) there was no microwave, and the internet/WiFi was nonexistent. When I inquired about the WiFi, they said they would reset it, but otherwise use the snack bar or the lobby.
They have a room called the "snack bar" which was nicely decorated, but hardly a snack bar. No vending machines, no food, a coffee maker but no coffee, a water dispensing machine that didn't work, but there was one small microwave and a toaster. Oh and the ice machine didn't work either. They also do a free breakfast but it was a very poor selection. Either make toasted cheese or have a bowl of cereal with an "orange drink". The room seemed to be mostly used my people who needed WiFi.
All in all, it was a large inconvenient disappointment. For being so close to the airport I would have expected better service and a better experience for the money spent.

Is a weird place.
The rooms looks like porno sets. I don't know if is really an hotel for passangers.
Offices in others floors. Bad atention.
Is useful if you are "passing by", because the airport very close.
The breakfast is ugly. Seriously, In this moment I have this "cafe" in front of me and they doesn't even has a place where I can throw it up.
The parking is vey good. You can put your car inside your room.

This place gets 1 star because of the redeeming quality of the shower and the room in general was fine. But otherwise, if I could give no stars I would. First, we arrive after a very long trip from Texas to get the "why are you here?" Stink eye from the ladies at the front desk as it walked in to check in. At this very moment, I'm being held up in the check out process because they have to look at the room before you leave, like you're some sort of criminal. Yesterday, we came to the front desk to ask for more shampoo and once again made to feel like outcasts as I exclaimed to them, "We are guests... I have a room key." They didn't answer the phone at the front desk when we called from the room phone and also when we called from our cell phones. In summation, we were not made to feel welcome on our Honeymoon!!!! Total disappointment and will not come back.

Horrible experience. My work colleage and I both had reservations and his reservation was not honored. He was told he was "relocated" without any notice. Nor was he told to where he was to be relocated!! He had to find another hotel room at 1am in morning. This was after I switched my room from 2 doubles to a one king bed but the front desk clerk would not give him my first room. In order to get to my room we had to go through a pitch black garage with no lights. I would not have attempted it without my colleague. The room was decorated as if for a porno movie: mirrors everywhere and open glass shower and toilet. The bed had no blankets and just 2 thin sheets and a pillow. After my colleague left for his hotel, I barred the door and left the lights on and barely slept and left a few hours later for the airport.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HOTEL! The only reason I stayed was because I prepaid for the room. DON'T DO IT!!

This place is a sh!t hole I mistakenly booked it for my honeymoon. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE BRINGING A FILTHY STRIPPER! It's made for those who are hiding an affair or porno movies. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

I don't see why there are so many low reviews, the rooms are nice, mines was 3 stories. The 1st floor was the garage, 2nd was a living room and the 3rd floor was the master bedroom with a bose sound system out door hot tub and the bathroom was all made of clear glass. This is a place where you go to have a getaway from home with your love one. I've been here many times and will continue to return.
