got a great deal through travelocity. so considering how much we spent and the quality & size of the place, we were very satisfied. we stayed in a 2 bedrm suite and it was plenty of space for our family (2 adults and 2 young children). we probably could have squeezed another family in there! the kitchen was nice and clean. service was good. this is definitely the place to go if you're not going to disney the entire time you're there. it's a minute from huge outlet mall, a minute from publix so you can do all your grocery shopping there, close to sea world and about 10-15 minutes from disney.

For the price, location, and accommodations, I don't think you can beat this place. Just a short drive from ALL the resorts. The unit wasn't anything special for a condo rental, but it more than met our needs. We ate several meals in the unit or down at the grill by the lake. Had trouble getting the grill started once and maintenance arrived to help within 5 minutes! If you need a base of operations for hitting the parks, this is a great choice.

A very nice property! We spend the 4th of July here every year. They have a huge new pool area, with slides and cabanas you can rent. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful. A great vacation spot right in the middle of all the theme parks!

By far the best Bluegreen resort. We loving coming here for a quick little get away. The pools are relaxing and fun for the family. They have a small game room for kids and activities as well. The rooms in the newer tower are beautiful. Everything was clean and kitchen is a plus to have when you have kids.

great customer service. room was really nice and roomy. the building was brand new (the negative reviewers must have stayed in old buildings. the bluegreen representatives told me they are in the process of renovating older buildings). wifi is free at the clubhouse only. the sales presentation was entertaining and not overbearing. they definitely didn't twist my arm.

pools were VERY nice and the property was clean and well kept. there is a starbucks in the clubhouse (but they close early, like 3pm). lots of activities for all ages. centrally located to theme parks, shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store.

i will definitely be staying at that property again.

A very nice hotel with a few minor things they could do to really improve the resort and make it super-nice! First - the rooms are great. Great full-service kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Very nice pool, hot tub, and baby pool. The grounds are nice, and staff are friendly.

They do have a great poolside grill that wasn't open at all the entire week we were there. (We were there Sunday night through Friday am. So maybe it's open on the weekends?) We definitely would have liked to have a place to eat or drink at the pool. They also have "complimentary" valet parking - which is more like mandatory parking. They oddly rope off a majority of the parking lot leaving only about 12-16 spots for non-valet... it's very odd. I feel bad for the valet guys - we decided they should scrap the whole valet thing and have those guys work at the poolside grill!

The restaurant inside gets a VERY low rating. Granted, we only ate there once - for the breakfast buffet. It was a fine buffet - a few hot items (that were a bit cold though), and the usual fruit/yogurt/danishes/etc. The food was so-so, the service was not great (just the bartender-guy doing everything himself!), and the price wasn't really worth it at all.

It does get a little loud at times having all the balconies face into the pool - so any pool noise you can hear quite well.

All in all, if you're looking for a 5 star resort with everything - this isn't it. BUT, if you're looking for a good budget-friendly option that's better than the typical 'motel-types', this is a great bet. Affordable with a few luxuries, but not over the top. Next time I might splurge and go to more of a luxury hotel, but if you're looking to save a couple hundred but still want a nice stay - this is a decent option!

Best kept secret in town.  If you want a beautiful new resort in Orlando at a great price, this is the place to stay.  They have free Wi-Fi, extensive hot and cold breakfast buffet for $5.95 if you pre-pay it the day before.  Has it's own restaurant.  Very conveniently located with free shuttles to all Disney, Universal and Sea World parks.  All rooms are suite style with fully equipped kitchens.

5 stars to the Fountains.  Booked a last minute trip through them and was able to get a room for 104 dollars a night.  These aren't your typical rooms as they have a full kitchen and two bedrooms.  The appliances are nice and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.  The pools are beautiful and the whole property is constantly maintained.  Since we were there in off season there may have been more workers than guests.  Location is 10 minutes to all of the Orlando attractions and it is a no brainer to stay here instead of the overpriced Disney jails.

I went into this resort with high expectations. It had great Yelp reviews, the pictures of it were amazing. It had 2 pools, 3 restaurants, and very spacious rooms. However, upon actually booking and staying there for 6 days, I found that the experience was much more sour than sweet.

I think it's easy to have the small things ruin the bigger picture experience, so I try and shrug some off, but this place had way too many small issues that really made the experience not the greatest. Vending machines were broken in multiple buildings, the TVs in the rooms were ancient, they had broken cables to the provided DVD player. The elevators were broke for a time, and they didn't seem to understand that putting an "out of order" sign can save someone 5 minutes waiting on an elevator that will never come. The pool table was tiny, coin-operated, and out-of-service. There's no breakfast spot, the 3 restaurants are just one cafeteria-food restaurant slightly rebranded. There's no housekeeping for 6 days "unless you pay for it", there's no room service, and they don't even attempt to point you towards solutions like food delivery that might substitute their terrible line of offered services.

Upon reporting that the DVD cables were broken on the TV they had in the room, they told me they would dispatch an "engineer" the next day, and of course he shows up, disregards the "do-not-disturb" sign on the door and proceeds to call the room 2x waking us up.

The pools are nice, I really enjoyed both of them, they're spacious, they were not crowded, and they were clean. Don't expect poolside service though.

It's nice that Benihanas was right by the resort, it wasn't part of the resort, but that's probably why it tasted good and service was good.

The beds were comfortable and clean, and the furniture was decent. In-room amenities like the washer/dryer, kitchen were much appreciated. They have an iron, but you have to call for them to deliver an ironing board to your room (I guess they can't afford individual room ironing boards for the $120+ you spend here a night). The balcony provided a relaxing view of the lake and fountains.

If you're on a honeymoon, beware, they're going to try and do a timeshare pitch on you under the guise of "free $100 gift card and a presentation".

Bluegreen operates a number of resorts around the country. We had some specific needs -- at least two bedrooms, with a kitchen, and not too far from Walt Disney World -- that could have been met at a number of places. Bluegreen, though, had very good recommendations from friends who also have small children, and based on our Hershey experience we were encouraged to try them out. After I called them, they were very willing to negotiate on the room rate, too, so it eventually became a no-brainer.

The resort is extremely nice. There are two pools -- one large and one indoor/outdoor pool -- with a number of bars and eateries on-site. We didn't spend any time in any of them, though, as we ventured to the Disney parks every day. Disney World is a 15 minute drive from the resort. While the resort operates a shuttle to and from WDW, I'd recommend renting a car as you can save a chunk of money by eating outside WDW at one of the local restaurants.

Our room was a two bedroom, two bathroom "deluxe" unit, with a kitchen, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There was also a vacuum cleaner in the unit. A balcony looked out over a very scenic lake, not that we ventured outside due to the unseasonal cold snap sweeping Orlando at the time!

The master bedroom was very large, with a king size bed, a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double sinks, and tons of drawer space for clothes and whatnot. The second bedroom had a queen size bed and a queen sized pull-out sofabed. The living room also had a pull-out sofabed in it (also queen sized), so the unit could accommodate eight people easily.

The room was not decorated in a contemporary style; it was like Lady Gaga's tailor had met Don Johnson at a cocktail party in Gordon Gecko's beach house: lots of bleached wicker furniture, glass dining room table, God-awful hues of blue and whatnot. You get the idea. But it was VERY comfortable indeed.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Southwest managed to delay one of our bags en route to Orlando (though they blamed the TSA), and the resort called us as soon as it arrived. They also saw to a small maintenance need in our unit quickly and without any fuss whatsoever.

We'd absolutely stay at The Fountains again. It was a great sanctuary after long, exhausting days at the Disney theme parks. Our kids enjoyed it thoroughly, too. Maybe next time we'll try that indoor/outdoor heated pool, or some of the resort activities that were well-advertised.

We went to this hotel as a fun trip for my 22nd birthday. I wanted to get away and go to disneyworld. Let me just start by saying if you dont get anything out of this review you should get that it is NOT close to disneyworld. It is also NOT easy to use their so called transportation to the park. If you do not want to go at 6am or late like 12pm then you will have to get a taxi and it is $35.00 one-way!! I would reccomend just using the money and going to a disney hotel. Although I have to give this hotel a 100/100 on the room. The kitchen is huge and perfect for a family. The living room is also perfectly sized and theres a washer and a dryer. The two bedroom was really large and comfortable. The shower/tub/closet is also extremely nice. Both room really seem like a master so one of the bedrooms doesnt get jipped.

The hotel staff is completely rude and so unhelpful. If you can overlook their annoyed faces and rude dispistion you wont be too upset. Heaven forbid you have to ask for directions. I would mapquest anything on your phone or laptop when they say you can walk to outback for dinner in 15 minutes expect a 45 minute plus walk in the dirt on a half road that is more of a bike lane, because there isnt a real pedestrian sidewalk.

There are places that deliver food to the hotel. We got pizza one night. Although the advertisements for all the to-go places seems annoying under the door each day, it is nice to know who will come to the hotel. The entrance of the hotel and the lobby really dont match the actual rooms. I felt like I was checking into a motel but the actual rooms are decorated like a traditional modern home (very nice). The pool is also really clean and nice and stays open pretty late. I would reccomend getting a rental car if you want to go somewhere to eat or go to the parks (although the parking for Disney parks are around 25 dollars a day).

Theres an outback about 1 mile away as well as some other places to eat. Theres also an outlet. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport another 45 dollars in taxi fare. There are also a bunch of souvenir type stores, a walgreens, and a grocery store. There is also a good manicure pedicure spa around the corner. I would suggest a disney park if you can afford it, if not this place really had the best room accomidations.

Last fall, my husband and I scoured the area to find hotels to recommend for our out-of-town guests for our November wedding.  We wanted to find a nice place that offered reasonable prices, comfortable surroundings and a convenient location - Lake Eve satisfied those requirements, and definitely proved to be a place I'd recommend to friends.  In fact, as my husband and I prepare to relocate out of the Orlando area, this is the hotel we chose for our last few nights in Florida.

Now, there is definitely room for improvement in a few areas - namely, I'm not the biggest fan of returning back to the hotel room to see evidence of soliciting in the form of pizza fliers under the door, or of the outdated fitness equipment in the cardio room, but those issues are relatively minor.  What I do love is the awesome large pool, hot tub and the huge whirlpool tubs in the rooms.  The furnishings of the actual suites (it's an all-suites hotel!) are very tasteful as well - something that really sets this establishment apart from others in the area.

I have never tried the dining establishments here, as there are a plethora of options nearby, but it is convenient that it's there if you need it.

For the best deals, I'd recommend booking directly through the website or calling.

Great place for families & kids. They have remodeled and there are some buildings that are much nicer than the others. If you are going for a timeshare presentation, be prepared for it to go longer than 2 hours and it is high pressure. One huge downside is there is no Wifi in the rooms.
There is WIfi in the common areas.

We got day passes as BG owners to enjoy the water attractions onsite.  We didn't stay at the resort, but we really enjoyed the amenities, including the mini waterpark, the indoor pool (!) and even the cafe that was in clubhouse.  I probably can never get used to the 3pm thunderstorms that happen in August, but overall the resort is very clean, tasteful and up-to-date.  Would be open to staying onsite next time!

A great Orlando experience and hotel/timeshare.  Rooms were immaculate, the grounds were kept up and the staff was friendly.  The pool was clean and clear and the huge Jacuzzi in the master bedroom helped a lot in the evenings!  No complaints whatsoever!

Oh, by the way - BUGS ARE ON PLANET EARTH and Florida has it's share of them.  Get used to it.  If you get a few ants or even palmetto bugs or cockroaches, so the "F" what ???  Try to get a life and go on about your business or take your vacations in North Dakota or somewhere!

This is the best BlueGreen property we have gone to.  They have plenty to do for the kids and the double pools makes it easy to change up for the kids.

The best part is most BlueGreen proprieties do not have a bar on site but this one is just like any other resort. There is a bar with adult beverages and food at the main pool and the same for the pool off the clubhouse.

Definitely a must visit for all BlueGreen owners especially with kids.  Only a few miles from Disney

Our family went on vacation to Disney World in April and stayed at the Fountains.  There were six adults and one child and we fit comforatbly in the two bedroom apartment.
Everything we needed to have meals at home was available.  The washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic.
We had one issue with a door handle falling off and the maintenance man had it repaired in 15 minutes of us calling.
The resort is close to everything in Orlando but away from the crowds and busy areas.
The best thing about the fountains is the pool.  My 3yo loved to swim and play in the kids pool.  My 59yo mom screamed at the top of her lungs going down the waterslide.  A day by the pool was perfect after a day at Disney.
I highly recommend The Fountains but be careful of the sales pitch, when it comes down to that you're just getting ripped off.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Orlando.  The location is great, the rooms are wonderful, and often, the price is very reasonable for the accomodation.

We also really appreciate that they are always friendly and never pushy about the sales pitch.  After checking in, we were directed to another counter to pick up a parking deco.  The staff there politely asked if we would be interested in attending a sales session and didn't push when declined.  Not the case in many other resort/time share type establishment we've experienced.

Clean living conditions, but a hopelessly slow staff!  Great pool area, but terrible hours at the bar... yeah, I know, people with families... blah blah blah... but who closes a bar at 1000? Apparently Bluegreen in Orlando (not Bluegreen in Aruba).

When my friends and I head up to Epcot for the Food and Wine Festival, we enjoy staying the Fountains for a number of reasons. Location to the parks is one, but just the amenities of The Fountains is enough to always return.

The rooms are huge, with a full kitchen (that comes with cooking ware and glasses), washer and dryer, a nice living room with fold out couch and a patio. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, hot tub and full bathroom. The second room has two full sized bed and an accompanying bathroom. Theoretically you can fit 8 people per room, but we've stopped at 6.

Aside from the great rooms, the resort also has two pools: one that closes early but has a bunch of slides, and another that has both an outdoor and indoor area, and the indoor area has a net and a projection where they play movies. The indoor/outdoor pool is attached the guest center that also has an ATM, bar, arcade and other nice features.

Located on the grounds are a Benihana's, a Dominos, and I'm sure more, but I haven't explored that much.

I can't wait to return next year.

Overall, this resort met our most basic need of a place to sleep and a pool to sit by.  Other than that, it was a flop.

The resort is well-located, close to the resorts and a 10-15 minute drive to many nice restaurants.  Check-in was smooth, and we had a renovated suite overlooking the large lake at the rear of the resort.  We were on floor 5 of 6, so the view was quite nice.  The room had a full kitchen, two bedrooms and baths, and a washer/dryer.  The indoor/outdoor pool by the clubhouse was not a far walk and had plenty of lounges for relaxing.  I found my bed to be extremely comfortable.  Wi-fi was free and speed was decent (casual browsing is fine, but streaming videos is a challenge).

However, this is pretty much where the good stops.

1) The building across the way from ours was undergoing renovation, and you could hear construction noise very early.

2) The kitchen table chairs squeak very loudly on the tile floor, so loudly that you could hear the chairs belonging to the unit ABOVE ours squeaking.

3) Our icemaker was broken (didn't make ice and made a loud noise), and there are no other icemakers in the building.  We called maintenance, but he just turned it off and didn't take further action.

4) The toilet flushed loudly and the exhaust fan could be heard throughout the unit.

5) It's sometimes difficult to get a hold of the concierge or reception.  I was put on hold twice for 10 minutes or more for two different questions I had throughout the stay.

6) There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room; however, you pretty much eliminate all of the seating if it's out (no easy chair or love seat).

7) The dryer does not stop when you open the door (SAFETY HAZARD).

Our stay here was a timeshare exchange, and we wouldn't come back, especially with all of the other options available!

GOOD LOCATION - EXTREMELY FRIENDLY - NO TASTE. Like a lot of guests, we attended the timeshare pitch to get a discounts on the room rate, and gift cards from Bass Pro Shops. If you work the numbers on timeshare, and look at the quality of the product, the pitch doesn't make sense -- especially with vacation discounts you can find online.

As for the resort, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. That's the best thing about the place. The resort itself is a cheap construction special that looks run down and in need of a coat of paint. There was a pile of housekeeping supplies on the ground in front of our door the 3 days we were there. There's no breakfast restaurant except for Starbucks, and only Benihana for dinner, so you have to eat out or grocery shop if you want to eat. This seems like an obvious omission. The suites are big, and the beds are comfortable, but everything has tacky patterns like a cheap hotel. When I go on vacation, I like to stay in a place that feels new, clean, and fresh, not run down and tacky.

I had a really bad experience with the staff upon my arrival, but couldn't help but really like this resort by the time I left. We booked a non-refundable two-bedroom suite for my best friend's birthday, and we called them about 3 times before we arrived just to make sure that everything was alright, and to ask for directions. When we got there, they were prepared with maps and reservations for us to go to the Hyatt down the road. What??

It turns out that someone had "destroyed our room", and they did not have Any other 2-bedroom suite left in their entire resort, so therefore we have No other choice but to go to the Hyatt. And they could not have told us this Before we called them, Before we parked, Before we paid for valet, Before we unloaded our stuff, Before we walked in, and Before we waited in line for 15 minutes to check-in.

What makes them think that I would book a two-bedroom suite in a resort and settle for a One room Hyatt, which I could have booked for half the price I paid for this one?? So after a bit of bickering and sour faces, the guy decided to give us a One-bedroom suite in Lake Eve, waived our resort fees, gave us free breakfast (which we missed anyway, since we didn't wake up in time), and a later check-out time.

Anyway, everything in the room was good, and I loved the bathroom and especially the view from the balcony. It really was an amazing stay. Although I have mixed feelings about Lake Eve, I would still recommend it to others, because it is just such a great stay, and the location is good too.

When we planned to visit Walt Disney World, we had looked all over the area for the best accommodations: at least two rooms, with kitchen amenities because we want to say some $$ on foods, close enough to Disney or at least with provided/easily found shared transportation to the parks.

By our luck we got to stay on the higher end of the resort. The suite was the size of a large size apartment, two rooms, master with a shower and jacuzzi, nice balcony with a view to the fountain, and if you squint really hard you might be able to see Magic Kingdom. This building has a pool facility as well. Overall, the stay was more than satisfactory.

It is, after all, a timeshare resort, so during your stay, you have to go through that same brouhaha, sitting through one of their seminar, pretending to be really interested in getting that timeshare.

An excellent resort with beautiful apartments, great amenities, and very friendly and welcoming staff.  I stayed here for a week in mid-January and took advantage of almost everything the resort had to offer.  I used the gym most days I was there; it was not very big but it had everything I needed.  It also never seemed that busy.  The indoor/outdoor pool was heated and was a great way to relax and start the day.  The food options at the resort were good and it is worthwhile to stop down for happy hour and have a cocktail.  There are also lots of restaurants and other activities near the resort which the resort staff were very helpful in suggesting.  Overall, the Fountains is a wonderful place to stay and worth the points you will use.  I definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Orlando.

Really loved the rooms and the pool is awesome!

This said, I should also give you a background. When my family vacations, the only time we are ever in our hotel room is to sleep. We're up from the start of the day to the very end of the night sightseeing, exploring, having fun and learning. So if a hotel just meets clean sleeping needs, it's an ace in my book.

The resort is very pretty and they have really nice facilities.

Came up to visit mum & sis who had a time share here. I was impressed. I've spent time at some of the best resorts in the world. Each has it's place so why compare them all on the same level. When I do visit, I like comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and amenities!

The Fountains had them all. I ran 4 miles one morning though the entire property and, not only did I get my run on, I was able to see everything available. The clubhouse rocked with a small convenience store, Starbuck's, a video arcade, a children's crafts area, an indoor/outdoor pool, cafe to a ridiculous gym that had all the equipment you needed to have a serious workout. The location had several options for food and also had restaurants/cafes within walking distance. This resort would be fine for anyone.

We've been doing the RCI timeshare thing for years. This resort has several nice features but also has some serious issues. My wife and I have three teenagers and don't want one to have to sleep on a pullout sofa-bed for a week. Blue Green accurately represents they have units with a king and two double beds, so we asked to see one and it seemed to us about 30% smaller than the unit we were pre-assigned in building 3.  The units in Bldgs. 3 & 4 Do Not have two double beds in any of them. Instead they have a double and a pullout sofa bed. These units are freshly remodeled and very spacious. None however have two double beds in the second bedroom. Here are some pros and cons. PRO- beautiful pools, good mattresses and linens, nice screened patio with furniture, 3 TVs and nice new appliances. CON- High volume low quality feel at check-in. Front desk staff know very little about anything. Non-guests can park and use the main pool as we noticed. AC unit had clogged and soaked the carpet in the second bedroom. It was repaired when we asked but staff didn't care to shampoo the mildew out of the carpet until we phoned again. Pool bar was below average.
Overall I would described this property as having very nice 2 BR units in Bldgs. 3 & 4. The feeling we got was one of cutting costs in every possible way. The staff were all friendly but act as if they just started yesterday and don't have the long-term in mind. We won't be back.

Back again. Love this resort. My parents are owners and we love this place. Huge outdoor pool, with cabanas, outdoor pool/restaurant. Outdoor grills and playgrounds for visitors use. Bike, canoe, outdoor activity rentals. Full kitchen and washer and dryer inside the room. Huge master bedroom with a large whirlpool tub. Nice size screened balcony to eat breakfast on, while viewing the beautiful sky.

Horrible!!! I was conned into purchasing nights here at Bass pro. I opted to pay for 7 nights over the course of 3 trips in this resort as I travel often to Orlando for business. Was told I would be in the nice resort but was placed in their new "Lake Eve" property. The room was disgusting with cigarette burns on the rug, no maid service (which no one told me until day 3 when I complained), the refused to even empty my garbage so we had trash piled everywhere. The pools were not heated (they promised us they were as it was cool when we went), the bathroom had the loudest pipes banging when you turned the hot water on, so it woke up my kids when we heaven forbid showered and there was no where to park! Had to park at the opposite hotel and walk 15 minutes in the rain. We even brought friends who were interested in purchasing the timeshare!

What's worse is I've contacted three managers AND corporate and everyone refuses to call me back. They tell me to hold then hang up on me. When I call back they are suddenly "not available". Queenie, Alberto and Laura (managers!) all ignore me! Very unprofessional! I will now be going back to Bass Pro and inform any guests there not to waste their time!

So far the worst experience at Blue Green. We liked and visited the Fountain several times in the past. After renovation, the lobby was crowded and the staff looked overwhelmed. A staff offered three different rooms (to be fair the first one was per our request) and then when we arrived at the room, keys didn't work. Had to call the front desk twice to enter the room. Hope it will get better from here.

I am a blugreen owner. This is a nice resort. I like having a full kitchen and washer. The appliances are very old though and out dated. Don't get suckered into their update meeting. They take you to a room that is all decked out huge has a pool table and new stuff in it. There is only maybe 2 on property. It us definitely high pressure sales. The pool is huge. they have anindoor but never found it. the pictures are deceiving. My daughter looooved the slide. The guests are very friendly and their are lots if activities pool
Side. My personal favorite is the hula hoop

This resort is pretty awesome but don't get trapped in the presentation of buying into the resort. They will make it sound real good. Recommend doing a little research into bluegreen before you come so you know what your getting yourself into. Other then that you can get a awesome stay for cheap.

Nice resort for families. Stayed there for 1 week. Do yourself a favor and skip the poolside grill called Wakoola, unless you enjoy limited boring food and room temperature beer. If it's 94 degrees outside, the beer should be cold by any means (refrigeration or ice).  This is very basic and elementary concept for a poolside grill / bar in Florida.

Quiet area...peaceful...quite boring area of Orlando for singles. :)

Noticed alot of freeloaders using the resort pool. Not sure what security does or does not do on this property. :(

I would rate this resort with 5 stars but we ran in to many different issues while staying here. The WiFi for residence would not work inside the room only out in the cold balcony. I was told this was an issue for the entire building. The room service is limited. Only thing they did was make the beds once on a 4 night stay. We took out our own trash to a garbage shoot on the complete end of the hall way to find out it was locked. One of the two main elevators were not functioning which made things very hectic and stressful while moving in and out. If you have other options than this resort I would go with that option.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March.  The best part is definitely the pools.  We had a great time with the basketball hoop and volleyball net in the pool.  We also tried the poolside table tennis and tether ball.  We participated in the cornhole tournament and met some great people.  All of the guests we met were very friendly.  We even heard someone ask if everyone by a fire pit knew each other.  Someone said "nope we're all strangers, feel free to join us!"  Most of the staff was friendly as well, except for a male bartender.  There are a lot of food and drink options within the resort.  I was pleased with all of them, just a little pricey.

Great spot for the theme parks. Close to eateries and convenience stores, airport is nearby also. The resort was clean and well equipped for children or adults. Pool was clean and clear and indoor spa was hot (thank you very much)! Our room was beautiful and I appreciated the space it allowed for all our family to spread out. Quiet rooms and ample parking.

I am second time at Bluegreen resort. First was in Vegas where the quality of the hotel is top of the line, but they were putting us under high pressure to buy a vacation package, which didn't wanted to buy, but after 3 hrs of wrestling and the sellers sad face made me get one. She  said she won't make any $ if she can sell. So we did buy a sampler. At the time they haven't told us that we have to go thru all of these again.

So we paid off the sampler package, but when we tried to book we realized that we had so many black out days we couldn't book earlier than January 2nd. Who the hell wants to travel January 2nd? But have no choice and So we came to Orlando with my 5yrs old son and my 8 months pregnant wife.
We were just informed that we have to listen to this timeshare crap again. So we did set up the time for the last day of staying.

The resort is beautiful. We got our room at the building #5. It was looks like an army base from outside, and our room was ok. Tiles everywhere. The floor is ice cold. The shower was spaying all over we had to call in to send us a plumber. That was the first night.
We realized the rooms are not so clean, the workers are very rude. We tried not spend too much time in the resort. On the good side the The pool is nice and warm.
So on xthe last day when we had to go for the time share "audition" or presentation (as they call it) my 8 month pregnant wife wasn't feel good so I did go alone. I begged them to let her stay in her room, they said we both have to be present for at least 1 hr. So she had to walk down to the main building. We both asked them to let her stay away but the answer was : no ! unless we pay $150.-
I told them we won't buy anything even if we stay. But the cold blooding representatives says its our problem. Even if I have to leave my 5 yrs old son in our room all alone and my wife doesn't feels good. They wanted to reschedule our "presentation" but my plane was leaving so WTF I paid the $150.-

This resort is all about sucking money out of your wallet. They try to make you believe you're part of the Bluegreen family and you're own a part of they resort etc. it's all about business without kindness and understanding.

Never will go to Bluegreen again. That is not as good as they advertise it and the way they making they business is just unethical.
I'm sure the most of the Good reviews and 5 stars are made of the Bluegreen representatives to keep the resort in good look.
I rather that in a holiday inn then use the resort's hospitality again. That was my experience and my opinion about Bluegreen!!!

Not bad. Pools were nice, friendly staff, really good food at the bar by the pool. The price was discounted to 995 for 7 night stay and 3 days at disney theme parks for four people in exchange for a timeshare presentation. They said two hours, lasted three, no big deal. Worth the time for the money we saved. Wasn't a high pressure sales deal, just the normal sales tactics.

This resort is as good as resorts get in Orlando. As it is conveniently one of many stops on the tourist bus routes, you have absolutely no problems getting anywhere on International Drive whether it be outlet malls, Seaworld, or a random plaza for lunch. I felt incredibly spoiled during my stay here with two gorgeous pools, a water slide, bars by the pool, and plenty of seats and palm trees to go around. My only gripe with the pool maintenance was that towels weren't readily available, which makes sense as guests can just wander in and use their facilities without having a room.

The clubhouse is actually a lot of fun and you might lose an hour in here if the child in wishes to explore the arcade games. The print center is ran by an employee who helps you with basic color printing options and stationary if you need something for a professional meeting now but don't feel like making the trip to Staples. The employees at the coffee shop are so nice, and cheer you up in the morning.

The 2-bedroom condo we reserved was wonderful. There were plenty of towels to go around. The sofa in the living room area has a pull-out bed incase you have some guests who want to stay for the night. Each room also comes with a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony view that is netted to keep pesty bugs out. I love that along the way to the pool, grills are set up if you want to bring your BBQ party a little closer to home.

I had a wonderful experience here and can't wait to direct my parents to come stay here for our next trip to Orlando.

We were super excited to stay at this resort, but when we arrived for our reserved room, they had moved us to the sister property next door, which was under construction. I can't really vouch for the rooms at the Fountains, but I can speak of their common areas, which were awesome. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was indoors and flowed into outdoors. Awesome bar, pool tables, arcade, and a lake view. The timeshare presentation was long and went over the time they slotted, but my mom went to that instead of me and was able to walk away without purchasing. After we didn't purchase, they pretty much treated us like crap. So, your typical timeshare schtick.

If my room was properly cleaned whwn i arrived and I didn't have to call housekeeping when I got there the rating would be 5. After the cleaned it properly my experience was good.  I had a 2 bedroom unit. The decor and set up waa beautiful.  They resort is really nice. The pools, work out center, sauna and steam room are great.  I like the fact that they have some restaurants onsite...including a Dominos Pizza. I hate that the prices are totally different (much higher). There are other options to eat that are very close by.

Love this timeshare!  The staff here seems very interested in making sure the owners are happy with their stay.  The units are gorgeous with a modern decor. The pool area is huge and has water slides for the kids as well as hot tubs for the adults. You can also rent private cabanas at the pool. They have a Domino's Pizza on site as well as a restaurant and bar in the clubhouse. It's like a self-contained city and unless you want to leave you could stay here and never be bored. My only problem was with the Internet. The connection was spotty and we had to call down twice to the manager to get them to help fix the problem.

We bought a trial stay at the resort to see if we we would want to buy into the vacation package. We will NEVER be a part of this timeshare! The room was shabby and customer service, when it existed, was rude and unhelpful.

At first glance, the resort was beautiful. Wonderful view and the buildings looked new. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready yet, they still had to put pool towels in the room. Not a big deal. We killed time for about an hour and received a phone call that our room was ready. When we got to the room, there were two cardboard boxes of assorted small appliances, kitchen utensils, and dishes in the hallway next to our door. Items from our room? In the room, no pool towels. We called the front desk to ask for some, it took three attempts before someone answered the phone. When towels were finally delivered, they smelled clean but were still very wet.

The room itself was disgusting. The carpet was snagged and coming up, there were stains all over the upholstery: the back of the love seat, the dining room chairs, and the curtain leading to the balcony. THERE WAS STALE POPCORN IN THE NIGHTSTAND DRAWER IN THE MASTER BEDROOM!!! SERIOUSLY???

Then there were the appliances. The TVs in two of the rooms didn't work, and the dishwasher didn't work, and the disposal didn't work.

Now, on to the customer service! The staff, when they could be reached, were rude and unhelpful. Each time we called the front desk, it took multiple attempts before anyone would answer. We went down to the desk to tell them the issues face-to-face, and the woman kept interrupting, saying the room wasn't ready because we checked in early (keep in mind that the resort called us to tell us it was ready!). When we'd finally had enough, and we asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on us! Three times!!! When we were finally transferred to who we were told would be a manager, the woman on the line did not identify herself but said she was not a manager, and transferred us the the manager's voicemail. The fun never ends!

If this is the sort of room and service they provide when they're trying to sell you a membership, you would think they would try to make the best impression possible. Imagine how the treatment must be after the already have your money!

I've only spent 1/6 nights in staying here and I'm already writing a review about it! This resort is AMAZING! There's a club house with EVERYTHING you can think of; indoor outdoor pool, family movie nights, 3 meals a day sit down restaurant, little snack center, and more! We are staying at the "newer" building and it is just beautiful! So clean and accommodating! There's daily activities, some free and some costly, and they give you deals on park tickets! I love it here!

I have stayed at many Bluegreen properties and have always been pleased with the quality of rooms. The fountains were absolutely amazing. The rooms were more like an upscale apartment. The pools were clean and had a bar for the adults. Our building was attached to the second pool on the property and it was well kept as well. Thank you for a great time Bluegreen.

Nice vacation spot, full kitchen washer dryer was nice. Room was recently remodeled, so was the lobby, fitness area and game room. The pool area are great. Staff upon arriving were very nice lots of greeters at the lobby entrance to tell you where to go.

Upon arrival 3:45 we were told our room wasn't ready, checked back a few times, after an hr our room was ready...a bit frustrating but it was worth the wait.

We had an end room which was quiet, and a view of the pool.

Minor comments:
1) Tile floors in the living are a nice touch...however you can hear everyone else's chairs sliding around in their room...please add pads to the bottom of all movable items that slide on the tile.

2) If guests have to wait more than 15mins for their room something in the system should indicate so to the receptionist, they should at least offer the guest something, maybe a free Soda or something, waiting around for an he is very frustrating especially when your on vacation. Maybe housekeeping staff needs to be bumped up.

3) Kitchen cabinets in our room are a nice dark color, however the veneer is scrapping off almost all the doors where your hands grab onto. Adding door knobs would reduce this.

We enjoyed a one week stay on this property. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and spacious, and well kept. We had plenty of room with 6 of us staying in one condo.

The location is very close to restaurants and the outlet mall, and just a few miles from Sea World. It's also close to Disney and Universal but they are a bit farther away. The pools on site are huge and nice. Each condo has a screened porch which keeps the Florida bugs away.

One thing this property is lacking is good customer service. We called guest services because the wifi was not working properly and were transferred to about 4 different people before just giving up. One night we decided to grill out, and you have to call them to light the grill for you. My dad and fiancé were waiting by the grills for 20 minutes before someone finally showed up. The staff inside the little coffee shop are not very friendly. We did find the security guards at the front to be very friendly and always smiled and waved.

This was my first time coming to this resort. We had room 10604 (The turquoise room) in building 10) for the weekend. Our suite consisted of 3 beds (1 king and 2 full), 2 full baths (master suite consisted of a hot tub and updated stand-up shower), washer and drier set, full kitchen (updated stainless steel appliances). We also had a screened in porch with an outdoor patio set overlooking the main pool deck.

We had no issues with any of the employees working here. Everyone was all smiles and very pleasant when passed in the hallway or met in the elevator.

The only issue we had upon arrival was that it seemed as though our room had just been cleaned but the floors were kind of sticky and had a very soapy feel to them. Aside from that the room and resort itself was very clean and well kept.

To be clear, this is a review reflecting our experience with the time share sales staff in addition to the resort.

Booking a room here as part of a time share presentation was far more difficult than it should have been. We were offered an option to upgrade to stay onsite, which we paid for in advance. When we arrived however, there was no record if this transaction even though the money had come out of our checking account. The lady working with us was very nice and after many calls to her superiors, she finally got it worked out for us.

The resort itself was very nice. Our room had several features we really enjoyed including a massive shower with a head in the center. The water pours straight down like a waterfall and it was awesome!

The sales presentation, however, was not so awesome. I went into the presentation already familiar with the blue green system and was basically ready to make a decision. I just needed to convince my wife. The following reasons ultimately changed my opinion.

Time must flow differently in Florida because our 90 minute presentation started at 11am and were allowed to leave after 4pm. This proved to be extra straining for my pregnant wife. They wouldn't let us leave to get get her any food. Although they had donuts and soda at the office, both of those items offer notoriously low protein.

After refusing the initial package, the price per point kept lowering until we were finally offered a sample package the would no longer be available the moment we walked out the door. We succumbed to the pressure and bought the sampler. After reviewing the fine print and limitations, it became obvious that the next visit to a blue green property would be every bit as cumbersome as our current stay, including a mandatory sales presentation.

We cancelled the sampler within just a few days. Unless something changes significantly, I doubt we will ever revisit blue green as a potential vacation company again.

The buildings don't look so special but rooms are good. Also each building has different styles. It's up to how much you pay.

I stayed there for 3 days. It was really comfortable and relaxing and peaceful. There are 2 big bed rooms. The main bed room has a jacuzzi and a shower room and 2 sinks. The  living room is wide and has an amazing lake view. You can see many fireworks every night. The kitchen and dining are good too. There are everything you need besides spices. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which helps a lot. Janitors don't come everyday as normal hotels. if you need something, call the front desk. Our building has a good pool and a tiny gym and a sauna. Other buildings have a bar, bigger pools, an amusement center with  video games, nicer gyms, etc... BBQ area, tennis and basketball coats, Benihana Japanese restaurant,...

Location is so so. 30 mnts to downtown. Many chain restaurants and super markets around this resort. I don't like them. So I drove to downtown to enjoy happy hour and check out cool restaurants everyday.

It's just ok for couples but fantastic for families with kids, I reckon!
