Hospitable service at its best! The hotel itself is nothing exceptional...it's nice, clean, and consistent in style and comfort to most Courtyards. It's perfect for the budget-friendly traveler who wants to stay somewhere nice.

The service was outstanding. We arrived before check-in and were allowed to get in our room without any smug looks from the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was named Louise. She made the stay spectacular. Throughout our 5-day stay she and others greeted us by name. Louise also went above and beyond to help me when I ran into some technical problems on one of their computer/printer stations. The bistro staff was also friendly and served us quickly...and amen for the coffee prices that won't empty my bank account.

I would definitely stay here again. Well done, Louise and team.

Brand name hotel with boutique "mom & pop" feel.

So far best hotel I've stayed at by the Orlando OC Convention Center. No "Swan" lol, but I had an absolute pleasant experience. Small hotel across the street from various restaurants and stores. It is 1 mile away from the convention center on I-Drive which is not far at all plus you can walk it.

The beds were super comfy, the walls were not thin, I never heard my neighbors and the decor is pretty updated. The hotel only has 4 floors which means you do not have to walk miles to get to your room. Also, I always had excellent customer service!

Also, the hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool and indoor whirlpool. I'm really bitter I didn't bring a bathing suit this time lol. But in all fairness it was cold haha. I won't make that mistake next time :)

My only gripes on the hotel are the restaurant (just a glorified Starbucks) and the gym. Really small gym, only 3 pieces of cardio equipment. It's so hot in there so I ended up running up/down I-Drive instead. Was great weather so it worked out. The restaurant had select meals available to guest. Had basic overpriced breakfast meals, such as the french toast (small 2 pieces of french toast & strawberry's) for $9 and The Morning Scramble (handful of home fries, 2 eggs, a meat and a meager piece of toast) for $9. I don't expect much from hotel diners but at least have more options and sides for us to purchase! I didn't even bother eating here for any other meals since the hotel is next to too many restaurants but at least you have an option if you get lazy right? LOL.

FYI, on the plus side your key card has $3 off Pizzeria Uno's. Best Chicago style pizza around! I did take advantage :)

Way better than my last Courtyard Marriott experience.

SUPER friendly staff, which is a huge bonus.
Nice lobby.
Clean room. Not so much on the toiletries - just shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Also, the cleaning staff didn't refold my towels. I always reuse them, but I like it when they're hung back up and not just slung over my shower curtain.
Internet was plenty fast for me.
Stocked "market" with any essentials you may have forgotten.
Quiet air conditioner
Comfy bed.
Nice pool area. But no hot tub - bummer.

Only real minus was the fact that my balcony faced the highway so that was a bit on the loud side when I was there.

Convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. It's not the Four Seasons, but then again, that's not what I paid for :)

I stayed at this Courtyard Marriott one night during a weekend Orlando trip. We got the Pride and Joy Couples package. We didn't realize it was a discount meant for the LGBTQ community until we got there lol but no one said anything.

The package included a bottle of champagne at arrival and breakfast for 2 at the Bistro for $129.00 without taxes.

I enjoyed my stay. It's centrally located, we were only 7 minutes away from City Walk and about 15 minutes from the Disney exits.

I enjoyed that both the main areas and the rooms were very clean, and modern. The carpet was new and I didn't feel like I couldn't put anything in the floor, very important to me. The beds were comfy and I didn't hear any noises from other rooms or the outside. Water got hot pretty quick, another plus. I tend to always be in a hurry or rushing so that was great.

Parking was AWE...SOME! I've stayed at other hotels in the area as well as the World Marriott in Orlando and parking is almost ALWAYS an issue. The car always seems to be super far away and you have to compute about 15 plus minutes into your travel time to just get to it. Here at the Courtyard Marriott there were plenty of spots right by our room. Great time saver!

I would have loved for the hotel to have some kind of room service nothing drastic like a full menu but maybe some items or even stuff available for purchase right in the room...that was the only thing I felt would have made my visit better.

Breakfast at the Bistro was served until 11:00 am. I appreciated that as I was so tired that I slept in and had ample time to get ready and repack before heading down to breakfast. Checkout was at 12:00 pm...I liked the option to stay after 11:00 in case i had to use the restroom or relax a little before leaving.  The food was ok, nothing out of this world but the options were great. Since we had the breakfast included in the package we were able to get Starbucks coffee and options of hot or cold breakfasts. I opted for the Ham and Cheese Croissant, my significant other got a parfait and a large bowl of strawberries.

Why, why Courtyard were you not available during my entire stay in Orlando? Why would you make me suffer other accommodations? Why?

It was in your hot tub that I got to soak away the long, long conference days and mindlessly chat with my fellow guests. Your pool allowed me to do laps and start my pre-conference mornings refreshed. Your bed offered peaceful nights' rest. Your a/c didn't whine and shake at night; it kept the room cool and crisp. Your shower had both even pressure and perfect (hot!) temperature. And, you had ample parking that allowed me to come and go as I please.

Relief.
