I recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations for 3 nights and my stay was fantastic. Great Price, friendly and knowledgeable service and plenty of amenities. Staff made some great nightlife recommendations. Rode the I-Ride trolley to Universal and local bars, its great and picks up at the front gate of the resort. Staff will pick you up in a golf cart at your room and drive you to the gate. 2 pools with tons of activities, there was a beer tasting for $5. Gym was nice and clean but small. Room has a wonderfully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances and granite counters, huge bathroom, jacuzzi tub washer/dryer, and nice screened in porch.

Was here in January 2008. Huge place, clean, friendly staff and big rooms. We stayed for a week in a one bedroom with full kitchen. We really, really enjoyed our stay in Orlando.

My home away from home.  Great for families, all amenities.  Fabulous pools, rooms and grounds.  Next to the outlets.  5 minutes to area attractions.  Kove it.

This is a great resort minutes from the Disney.  We had a two bedroom suite, which was way more spacious and luxurious than the Disney properties, espcially when you consider this is half the price of a small Disney property hotel room.

Its a Hilton grand vacation property which we do not own a timeshare, but you can just book it like a regular hotel room as we did.  The pool complex is nice and they keep the kids pool at 80 degrees, which felt hotter than the bath water my kids normally like,   There is laundry in the units and the beds are super comfy.

Staying off Disney is no problem, its only 10 mins to the park and parking is $11 per day and you can drive everywhere just as easily as you can shuttle when you stay in the park.

HGVC near the International Drive location is one of the most convenient resorts at Orlando, Florida.    There's a metro(LYNX) bus stop in front of the resort entrance gate.  Also, the I-Ride trolley makes pass by every couple of minutes.  The resort is at a very convenient location with walking access to the Pubix Mall and Premium Outlet Mall.

The resort has free-cruise line every Thursday.   Within a car's one day drive, can also visit the Space Center, the Bok Tower Garden is within 45 minute drive one day trip.

This was a last minute hotel pick for a recent business trip. Although the property was very well kept, full of activities for family and young kids, I wouldn't recommend it for a single nights stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, but other then the front desk, closed up shop around 10 pm. Following a full day of travel, that is not helpful for those in need of a bite to eat or a drink.

Rooms were good. Would recommend this hotel for families going to the nearby attractions.

I stayed here for work last week and though I did not get to experience what the resort had to offer the hotel rooms are nice. Very spacious, full kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, jacuzzi tub and nice balcony. The hotel staff is really friendly, I think they may have been trained to wave and smile at every living creature who passes. It was easy to order food here too.

My family and I just returned from a one-week stay at this property.  Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with cold bottled water by the bellmen who assisted the car service driver with our luggage.

Check-in was quick and easy.  Due to the resort's massive size, the front desk agent provided us a map, pointing out where everything was, both pools, restaurants, resort shuttle stops and the direct entrances to the neighboring outlet mall.  Once finished at the front desk, a bellman drove us in a golf cart to the our building, reinforcing the landmarks from the earlier map. Inside the room, the bellman made sure we knew how everything worked, the safes, air conditioner, TVs and jacuzzi tub.  All the bellmen we encountered were very professional and extremely helpful; "no" was never an answer.

We reserved a two-room suite which could easily accommodate 6 people.  The  layout was a studio room connected to a one-room unit.  The studio had its own entry, kitchenette,  bath/shower, queen bed, screened patio, safe, A/C, etc, while the main unit had a full kitchen, including pots/pans, plates, etc (and a dishwasher that actually dried the glass) two TVs, a separate shower stall and jacuzzi tub, stacked washer/dryer and a king bed.  The layout was open and spacious, even with the attached studio.

Everyday and some evenings too, the resort hosted activities for the whole family to enjoy.  The staff for those were friendly and enthusiastic. A game room, a well stocked and reasonably priced convenience store (a grocery store is directly across the street) and business center are all just off the main pool area.  Inside the pool area was a bar.  The best part was everything can be billed to the room (thanks mom!).

If you're planning on renting a car, parking at the resort is free.  We didn't experience a lack of it and always parked right outside our building.

The concierge desk is staffed by Expedia.com .  We purchased all our attraction tickets from them. They set everything up. It was always a quick and easy process.  They  claimed to be able to reserve a car for you from Dollar at 10% off dollar's website listing and dollar will come pick you up.  I wish we would had known that before hand.

Right outside the resort gates is the International Drive trolley stop.  This will take you to Sea World and other sites, attractions, restaurants, etc. Helpful maps are available on the trolley service's website. The concierge desk sells tickets and multi-day passes.

HGVC's newest Orlando property is Parc Solei.  I actually switched the reservation at one point because of the incredible pictures online, but am glad I switched back to the I-drive location, as PS really isn't fully developed and is practically in the middle of nowhere.

All-in-all, HGVC on International Drive was a great place to stay for families and couples of all ages.  I definitely recommend it to anyone. My family had no complaints. The staff were all friendly and the location was great too.  Can't wait to come back!

Second time here, and the experience wasn't as great as my first.  Funny thing is, I'm a Timeshare holder at this particular location.

The Front Desk staff didn't seem to be at all accommodating to anything, and basically told me that I had to call the HGVC Customer Service for them to help me since they (as in the Front Desk) "don't touch Club Points."  I was trying to upgrade to a 1 bedroom, and was told that upon my arrival, I can ask to see if any upgrades were available..at the Front Desk.  Sigh.

And the reason why I wanted the 1 bedroom?  Well, the 1 bedroom has the jacuzzi tub and actual kitchen area....oh, and I think also a washer/dryer.  The studio (which was originally booked) resembles that of any standard Queen Size bedroom.

A few other notes (both good and bad):
- The Bell Stand can and will bring you to your room via Cart upon request.  They'll even come pick you up if you call them.
- The Concierge hours are something like 7am to 9pm.  Kinda annoying later in the evening if you have questions about amusement park shuttles, etc.
- The Hotel does provide shuttle service to Disney (Epcot only), SeaWorld, and Universal City Walk..  It's not free but it's cheaper than taking a cab.  You do have to choose the drop-off and pick-up times though, and the cost is for a round-trip ticket to and from the same location.
- The Orlando Premium Outlets is right next door.
- Directly across the street is a Publix supermarket.  I only wish there was an actual crosswalk to assist with traffic control as a pedestrian.
- There's no real impressive on property dining aside from the bar by the pool, the deli counter outside the pool area, and the Pizza Hut express.  Then again, there is also the Food Court at the Outlets, and McDonald's and Outbacks across the street.  Anything else, you'll need a cab.
- The Front Desk button on the phone never seemed to work for me.  The phone just rang, and rang, and rang.  I only got through if I called the operator.
- The shower water is also heavily chlorinated.  You can smell it and eventually feel it as your skin gets drier and drier.

My first stay here would have rendered this review with a 5 star rating, as the property is gorgeous and everyone was helpful and pleasant.  This recent stay brought my rating down simply because I just didn't find the Front Desk staff to be as helpful as I remembered them to be.  The Bell Stand employees were more pleasant and accommodating.

Would I stay here again?  Sure...as I saw nothing really wrong with the property itself.  I just now know not to expect too much from the Front Desk, which is a bit sad, since they are the ones who supposedly deal with the guests more.

Fantastic.

I stayed here for a week with 5 of my friends after graduating this year and it was great. We stayed in a suite room attached to another non-suite room. The beds felt like clouds, the view we had was wonderful, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we were close to the pool.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help. One of our safes was broken and someone promptly arrived to try and fix it. When that didn't work, a whole team came to work on it! It was finally fixed and they apologized for the inconvenience while my friends were ogling one of the workers hahaha.

Though our trip wasn't really "relaxing" (I mean it's a grad trip come on...), I could definitely see people coming here to just relax and enjoy a vacation.

Great memories were made here! I've stayed at both this resort and the one in SeaWorld and I do prefer this one by a long shot. Will come back if I get the chance :)

Excellent! Really top notch from entering through the security gate (guards were very friendly each time we entered the property), to check in, house keeping, etc. All of our needs were met quickly. The rooms are spotless. The pools and other facilities are well maintained and really nice. We really had no complaints at all. The location is great with a grocery store across the street allowing us to save money by cooking in our room, lots of restaurants nearby, along with all the major amusement parks.

There are basketball courts, small fitness center, .6 mile trail around the central pond for walking/running, ping pong by the main pool, three jacuzzis, two swimming pools (heated), a bar, coffee shop, pizza shop, ice cream/cafe, game room with free billiards chess and checkers (along with paid video arcade). They also had a computer lounge which was a little pricey for internet access ($0.25 per minute), but you could print for free by emailing the front desk. Wi-Fi was free throughout the property so there was no reason to use the computer lounge unless you didn't bring your own computer. They did have a free computer to use for printing plane tickets though.

This is hotel Is absolutely breath taking. We have a king whirlpool suite. The bath tub is part of the bedroom and big enough for me and my wife to lay down in all the way stretched out with multiple jets for both of us. Extremely clean and also equipped with a full kitchen that has granite countertops. Dining room table and a balcony with table and chairs to smoke on. Lake front with a gorgeous view. The service was very pleasant and also helpful. Our stay was also very affordable and did I mention we are right in behind some of the best shopping outlets in the country. I could not be more happy with my wife's decision to stay here since our usual hotel the crown plaza was booked. I think we have found a new hotel for our yearly trips up here.

I planned an early Anniversary/Valentine's Day surprise for my boyfriend and reserved a 1 King Bedroom w/ Whirlpool tub for an evening. It was amazing! Naoko checked me in and upon hearing about the surprise I was planning, she sent up a basket of wine, cheese and crackers for us to enjoy (complimentary!). Talk about going the extra mile for a guest!

Our 6th floor room overlooked the water, dock and the lovely fountain - it was scenic and very quiet. But the real reason why I booked the room was to take advantage of the enormous, fabulous whirlpool tub which can comfortably fit two people.

We only stayed for a night but everything about this hotel screams luxury and comfort. They made our special occasion a memorable one!

This resort is absolutely beautiful and convenient. We stayed in 2 bedroom suit and it was very spacious yet elegant. It is near all major attractions, markets, and restaurants.  Outlet mall is just around the corner too. Staff members are very friendly and places are clean.  It has made my vacation very pleasant :D

Had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Suites on International Drive in Oralndo. This is the key location to be situated beside the Premium Outlet Mall. I can't emphasize enough how much time, effort and money is saved because of this very convenient location.

The rooms were good. Plenty of space with reasonably modern environments. The suites are comfortable and spacious. The TV is a nice size and plenty of channels are available.

Service was good. Although, I often find that Hilton hotels are not well integrated with their central booking system (e.g. if you are coming earlier than ~3:00pm it would be best to call the hotel directly and not go through central booking). Nevertheless, the front desk staff worked hard and showed genuine interest in getting my party into the rooms as quickly as possible.

This is also likely a good place for families given proximity to the theme parks. That being said, for the business traveler who covets peace and quiet, the kids' "noise" runs rampant throughout the hotel. I found this to be the case early in the morning as famalies get ready for a day at the park.

A major drawback for this hotel is the lack of quality dining. A major hotel like this should have a first class restaurant, a mid class lunch place and some strategy for breakfast. Instead, the food consists of pizza hut (delivery to room) and poolside food like nachos and quick burgers. That is it! This was really shocking, but as I learned it was originally a time share (with kitchens and close proximity to a grocery store (Publix), I began to realize the truth of the situation.

Overall, for shopping and theme park location this hotel is definitly A-OK!

Good luck!

This company has some very dubious business practices.  They call me up telling me that I can go stay here 4 days and three nights for $199 and then try to schmooze me into buying into their deal.  It was the middle of the afternoon, I was at work and these people sounded so unprofessional that I thought it was a scam company pretending to be part of the Hilton chain.  Then the lady over the phone wanted my credit card number.  I told her I wasn't about to give this out over the phone, but she insisted and I had to repeat myself over and over again then when I told her to send me an email since I don't have time to deal with this [trying to be nice to her], she balked, got her manager on the line to persuade me.  What kind of unprofessional company is this?  I used to  not have any opinions about Hilton hotels, but now I will definitely take my business elsewhere thanks to these obnoxious, unprofessional and detestable nincompoops!
And good thing I hung up on them because this is what they really are like:   consumeraffairs.com/trav…

Please think twice before saying yes to these overbearing and apparently fraudulent  people...

We stayed here in April and had a great time. The resort is huge and I liked all the amenities. I enjoyed both pool areas, the cafe by both pools and the late night pizza parlor. The marketplace with deli sandwiches and coffee was steep in their prices. However, the service was great. The concierge met us near our room outside with a list of things to do and coupons. I enjoyed being connected to the Orlando Premium Outlets. It was nice to hop over there for lunch and being only a few steps away. As Vacation Club members I would definitely come back!

AWESOME!  That's how I sum it up.  Unless you have a problem with friendly people, good food, great drinks, beautiful premises, you will really like this place.

There was so much for my kids to do.  We went to Sea World in the morning and then came back to the hotel for an afternoon nap.  That didn't work cause my 10 year old started doing the activities and had a blast making new friends.

We already bought Sea World tickets, but got the upgraded pass to zip through the lines for free at the ticket counter in the lobby.  No pressure to do any kind of Timeshare tour.

The room was great!  I had the one bedroom with the kitchen and hot tub.  Very clean and comfy!

The food, albeit expensive, was very tasty and the drinks were fabulous.  I am already looking to see when my family can go again.  The great customer service and welcoming grounds are enough for us!

From our previous trips, this one was just the two of us and we took our time and didn't get up early or rush around.
This place served us well with room service and getting us what we needed.
The pool bar -- it was nice to see the people there that were there the last time we visited.  The activities staff were like a cruise ship; trying to get you involved but not pushing too much.  All the staff was very friendly and the room was always made up by the afternoon when we returned.  We usually left the room around 10 or 11 AM.
General comments -- if you go to the Starbucks in the outlet shops it is cheaper than in the deli near the bar.
We met a fair number of people and had a good time chatting with folks and lounging about when we weren't out going around town.  The location can be a little difficult to get out from but if you learn th back roads you can escape to the rest of Orlando (north) easily.

Pretty good location.  Car required for theme park visits or you can take a shuttle organised by the property at a cost. Premium outlets just across the road from the back of the property.  There is also a supermarket across the road at the entrance of the property.

WOW! FANTASTIC!!

I'm frequently in Orlando for business and I just LOOOOVE this hotel. Trust me, the pictures provided don't even do this place justice!

If you can score a suite room, DO IT! LOVE LOVE LOVE! You get a full kitchen, whirlpool tub, and a gorgeous room.

The large pool is great, I was never a big fan of the smaller one.

If you have time for breakfast, give their egg and cheese croissant a definite try! Without a doubt, the best croissant breakfast I've EVER had!!

This hotel is right around the corner from disney and right next door to a nice outlet mall. There's a publix right across the street for those who don't want to eat out every day.

There's an outback across the street as well, not so good.

If you are a gold or diamond member, there is no free breakfast.

Check out time is very early. They want you out by ten, no late checkout, a perk they always give gold and diamond at regular hiltons.

No food on property after 10 pm. Publix shuts at 11.

Its huge and pretty, but you feel like you are in an apt. Kitchen and jacuzzi were nice, but the overall wxperience left me flat.

I'm a fan of the Hilton Grand Suites in Orlando. I extended a work trip in Orlando and needed to find a relatively affordable option that was nice. The grounds were clean and I absolutely adored the beautiful lake in the middle of the resort. The pool area was also nice - not too crowded! My only complaint is that I received a ground level floor. The room description included a "balcony" but mine was only a small patio which looked RIGHT onto the pool. It was nice helpful for attempting to sleep in or enjoy a drink outside. I recommend that you call ahead and request a higher room floor.

We were four families staying at the resort. Three of the families had no problem checking in. The fourth family had left at 4 am to meet us at Lego Land. After spending a wonderful day at Lego Land they arrived at what they were told was a beautiful resort. Throughout the day they checked not once but twice on there reservation due to the fact that they were checking in at such a late hour. Arriving at 10pm with two exhausted kids the reservation desk tells them that they see there name but can't find there reservation. The resort then told them that they had no rooms and cast them out into the night.

Two of the rooms given were handicap rooms, not requested. This normally would not have been a problem, but due to the poor design of the bathroom the entire bathroom flooded. I called housekeeping to complain, but they already seemed to be aware of this problem because they sent us a bag full of pool towels to dam off the shower.

The first couple of nights the maid did a great job at cleaning the room. On the last night after a long day at Disney we came back to a half cleaned room. The sink was full of dishes and the bathroom was a mess. They didn't even refill the toilet paper rolls. At that point my husband called and complained to housekeeping while I had to get 4 tired kids ready for bed and clean up the mess. While cleaning up the kitchen I opened up the frig and a palmetto bug flew onto my leg. Complete panic as I went screaming out of the room to get the bug off of me. For those of you not from Florida a palmetto bug looks like a giant roach with the ability to fly. Ten minutes later the supervising housekeeper came to the door to apologize. During her apology the palmetto bug tried to get back into the room, but luckily she was able to squash it.

Next morning we call the desk to extend out check out time to 11am so we can take the kids for a quick bite on the resorts own properly. We left a bunch of stuff in the frig and next to it for the ride home. As we were leaving we also told the maid that we had the room until 11am and we would be back to retrieve the rest of our belongings. We came back to the room with a different maid cleaning it and found that she had thrown out half our stuff and saved what she wanted on her cart. Come to find out the front desk never informed housekeeping that we had a late check out. My husband then spoke to Mr. Cody who seemed anything but apologetic. He said sorry it must have been a communication problem. Then said "I'll definitely get to the bottom of this".

We were able to retrieve our things from the cart but the rest of the stuff is lost in the trash. This hotel calls itself an exclusive resort but the service was more like a motel 6. If they can fix all of these problems it will be a nice resort, but until then bring your bug spray and Lysol. This all added a lot of unnecessary stress to our vacation.

Great suites! We had a 2 bedroom / 2 bath. Spacious! Property is spot on - terrific grounds, great pool for the kids, very close to Disney World... Perfect family spot or romantic spot.

Had a terrible experience at the poolside restaurant, however everything else trumps one rookie server and a bad restaurant manager that can't plan for high season.

Perfect property, we will return

I normally don't review hotels but I feel compelled to do so this time. This place was fantastic. It was beautiful inside, there was always a buzz of people, there was a good number of dining and drinking options, the pool and hot tubs were great, the weight room was mind blowing, and the list goes on. Everyone was super nice and helpful and the experience was just top notch. To top it all off, this place is priced reasonably compared to similar properties found in other cities.

Stayed here about a month ago with my father who decided to come with me. He had not been to the Orlando area in quite sometime. I had originally booked a single room efficiency, and discovered it was too small, as I had originally planned to travel alone. Austin at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a 1 bedroom full suite with kitchen, living room and a large bathroom. I couldn't thank her enough, as it made this trip so much better by not being crammed into such a small living space.

The property was immaculate. clean, and well taken care of. It is quite a large property built like a large Italian (or Tuscan) Villa. There are 7 buildings (7 floors high) all with balconies, most of which face a man made pond with a bridge cutting through the center. It is pretty easy to walk anywhere and not get lost. Heated swimming pools with waterfalls and jacuzzis are scattered outside of the main building. This place was designed to be over-the- top luxurious.

The one bedroom suite had a full kitchen with new appliances, granite couters, dining room table, dishes, coffee maker microwave, and flat screen TV and sofa. A screened in balcony is right outside the living room area. The bathroom contained a large, enclosed stand up shower, full tub with water jets, and double sinks. Beds were comfortable with enogh pillows and blankets.

I had a 3 day pass to the Disney parks, and transportation was provided for $9 round trip. This is way cheaper than what a cab would charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful with answers to all questions. The property is also right next door to a large Outlet Mall, with a private gate entrance which you use your room keycard for easy access.

All in all this was a great property with spectacular location! Thanks again to Austin!

The staff is awesome the hotel is clean and the pool area is great they also have grills located outside that can be used by all residents. I loved everything about my stay and plan to stay again next year for our second trip to Disney. Its also close to all the parks great for families with children.

Absolutely gorgeous. Came here for a promotion to invest in a timeshare and ended up ponying about 20K for a timeshare. The property here is gorgeous. I ended up getting the Sea World property but my experience at this one was terrific. The rooms are fantastic and the service is impeccable. They have two pools here. One pool is vastly larger and gorgeous. They have pool bars at each pool. In the middle of the property is a mini lake. Unfortunetly, you can't swim in it but it is gorgeous to stare at.

There are multiple restaurants on the premise and the security here is really tight. Since the place is enormous, I actually came back one night hammered and they got a buggy to come and drive me to my building. I was planning on buying a timeshare before I came but just being at this location sealed the deal.

My wife and I loved this place.  We stayed in building 6 to be close to the outlet mall. The pools were great and always enough chairs.  The staff was truly amazing.  They all seemed to really like their jobs.  Room service was top of the line. We requested our room be cleaned around 10am each morning and they accommodated us..close to everything. Stay and enjoy.

I enjoyed this hotel, and would have given it five stars if they had free breakfast.

We had a few people try to hassle us to joining some club everytime I went into the lobby, but I told them I was poor and they left me alone after that.

The biggest perk to this hotel was the gigantic hot tub in our room. I'm definitely going to stay here next time I'm in town for Seaworld.

Woohoo walking distance to outlets! There is a gate between buildings 6 and 7, so be sure to take your key. Parking at the outlet really sucks so this is more helpful than you can imagine.

Oh yeah and the rooms themselves are very nice. We had a two bedroom suite which was really 2 adjoining rooms, so we ended up with 1.5 kitchens. The master bedroom also had a huge jacuzzi tub. Very clean and very comfortable. I'm not sure if I had a hard time getting up in the morning because the beds were so comfy or because I walked for miles the day before at amusement parks! It was also very quiet considering the hotel was supposed to be full. I rarely heard or saw anyone and we were on the first floor.

We weren't able to take part in any of the activities or even visit the pool much because we were always running around. We stayed very close to the 2nd pool and went to the jacuzzi one night and it was empty. I didn't even see the main pool or get to run around the trail as I envisioned (I always imagine myself working out on vacation and somehow it never happens). The staff is very friendly - like super friendly bordering on weird. It might just be me though because I'm from LA and try to avoid eye contact as much as possible. Must be the Southern hospitality!

As far as location, it's about 15-20 minutes to the Disney parks and Universal. Very close to DT Disney and Sea World was nearby too. Lots of restaurants on International and Vineland and there is a Publix across the street.

First off, the trip was to see the opportunity to see and timeshare and what it's all about.

I was not impressed with the atmosphere from the very start.  It did not come across as warm and welcoming.  The front desk people didn't recognize my diamond status with Hilton.  That's not a huge deal, but HIlton seems to make it a big deal at the hundreds of hotel rooms that I rent a year everywhere else.

The rooms definitely are dated with older furniture and small TV's.   The screened in porch was nice with a fan.

The one mistake the sales pitch made was that the place where they had us stay was full of older people and families.  I've been to resorts, this was no resort.  Note near enough choices to eat with a cafe and an outside bar / restaurant.  A traditional restaurant would go over well there.

Also, since the bar stops serving at 11:00 pm, no one can enjoy there berverage after 11:00.  We were nudged out by the security on a segway.

I wonder.  Is the location in Hawii or Las Vegas just like this one.  If so, i do not think they have  good thing going.  If they are different then this place does not do them justice.

When I repeat my experience to other people that have attended these sales trips for a time share, they usually do not like them either.

i'm staying in a Doubletree Hotel tonight and I feel more at home and welcome than I did last weekend.

I just came home from my vacation and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My first impression, was how beautiful the resort looked from the outside. The receptionist that checked us in was extremely nice and gave us lots of information about activities and thorough information about the area and the resort itself, I felt very welcome.

There are individual buildings that are not connected. Each building was numbered and surrounded the lake in the middle of the resort. Parking was quite a challenge sometimes, finding a spot located near the building where my room was was hard at times and we had to park the car further away, if you don't mind walking a little bit more, it's no bother!

The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. My family and I stayed in a one bedroom suite that was absolutely stunning. It was very clean and had a fully-equiped kitchen that was beautiful. It was spacious and very welcoming. The bathroom was big and with 2 sinks, which was great! The living room had a door to the balcony, as well as the master bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs to look over the lake, it was great, especially at night to relax and sip a cup of coffee and hang out outside which was also great because theres a netting around it to keep any bugs out.

There is a pizza restaurant in the resort that I didn't get to eat at so I'm sure how it is. There's also a market & deli by the pool that serves food inside and out (with waiter/waitress service). The market which is the same place as the deli had drinks, snacks, magazines, and a lot more. There's also Edy's ice cream and Starbucks coffee. On the pool deck there is a bar and waitress/waiter service outside on the pool deck. It was a bit pricey, but oh well, it was tasty. Those were the only two options but there are lots of other restaurants around outside of the hotel.

There's also the Orlando Premium Outlets within walking distance pretty much next to the hotel, I walked there from my hotel room and I was there in under 10 minutes.

The presentation for the time-share was very informative and really made me want to take their offer, but I'm just not looking for a time-share right now.

I would definitely come and stay here again, I would even stay in the Grand Vacations in other places as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience here and definitely did not want my vacation to end!

We prefer staying at one of Orlando's two Hilton Grand Vacations places over staying inside WDW when we go to Orlando.  You get a kitchen, a washer dryer in unit, and plenty of room to relax.  The grounds are just gorgeous too!

What an amazing spot! I stayed this past weekend for a conference and was impressed with a number of things. The location, close to restaurants, outlet malls and right of I-4. The grounds were lovely, well maintained and the property was massive! Any time I passed an employee, they would greet me, offer shuttle service {which I did not need}, and were just friendly all the way around. My room, a king suite, had everything I could need for one night and quite a balcony with somewhat of a lake view. I only stayed one evening, but plan to go back again with my husband and/or friends and take more advantage of this hotel!

Loved this Hilton. The studio room was nice with the standard amenities. The room comes with a fridge, plates, utensils, napkins, small kitchen sink and an enclosed balcony.
We jumped in the pool......one of our disappointments was that it wasn't heated, so we jumped immediately out and into the jacuzzi. We sat in the jacuzzi and watched a recent DVD release on a huge screen. This was such a treat for us. The second disappointment was that the parking area are limited, so you have a long ways to walk if you don't park early in the day.....by late evening you have a slight walk, but if you get back from Disney World be prepared to have a LONG walk.
Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this Hilton in a heartbeat!!

This was an amazing place to stay. It is close to Disney and across the street from a grocery store. The staff was amazing and helpful and it was seriously the nicest place we ever stayed at. Sweet spot!  I'm not one for timeshares as I don't tend to vacation all that often, but this property is really nice.

The pool is ginormous, but completely inundated with kids, so it isnt as relaxing as I would like.  The suites are really nice and feature updated furniture, electronics, and appliances throughout.

My first time staying at a Hilton Grand Vacations Suites Resort and it did not disappoint me on bit at all!  Instead, it makes me want to come back for more everytime I go on a vacation.

At the time of check-in, we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, which I totally fell in love with, and wanted to stay in instead of vacationing outside!  The room was beyond spacious for 2 people.  It came with a huge bathroom that included a jet tub for 2, a bedroom, a living room, dining area, balcony, and lastly the kitchen.  There is a publix supermarket right across the street from the Hilton entrance for you to stock up on groceries and snacks for that nice kitchen waiting for you in your suite!!!  You also get complimentary newspaper delivery every morning.  If needed a ride, just call the front desk at any time and they will send someone to pick you up right at your building.  This comes in handy especially when you come back late at night and there is no more parking around your building area.  Parking is free.  The staff were all very friendly and professional, which I loved.

We didn't get to try any of the food on the resort grounds or to jump into the pool, since it wasn't quite the hottest weather to jump in.  Those were the only things we weren't able to enjoy from the resort.

When we say it is walking distance to the outlet mall.  It is more like 15 steps away from entering the parking lot of the outlet mall from building 5 and 6.  Literally that close!  As for theme parks, a very short drive to downtown disney and to the disney theme parks, about 10-15 minute drive.  Very accessible and easy to get there! I approve!

If you need tickets to anything or suggestions, just go to the concierge and they will help you.. Tickets are readily available there but with an extra $3 i believe...

Yes, we ended up attending a 1.5 hour talk to bribe us into signing up for HHonors member, but it was worth the rest of our stay in our suite.  I was dreading it but instead I learned alot out of it.  Not going to deny it, but these sales reps are damn good at what they do.  No one usually sells me but this time around, if I didn't have so much going on, they would of sold me already.

I can truly say this was one of the most relaxing vacation that I have had and I know that this suite had alot to do with it.  It made me feel comfortable and relaxing just like a queen.  Maybe I'll be treated to another stay at HGVS on my next vacation or so I hope! ;)

While the property itself is nice, the staff - particularly the front desk and management - leave everything to be desired. They really don't care about issues that arise and consider themselves to be a separate entity from the Hilton Grand Vacations Club process.

We stayed jan 6-11.  This place was really nice. Had a king suite with whirlpool tub and kitchen that had stove fridge microwave and dishwasher.  For us great location. Not to far from Disney area and the best outlets in the area.  We had flight issues due to weather and they accommodated r 3 am checkin with no problem.   Maid service good.  One issue is parking especially if u come back later in evening. But really not as big of an issue as others make of it. Highly recommend

Just completed our second stay at this location.  Love it!!!  No complaints.  Well, maybe one.  The parking is bad when you get in late.  You will have to park away from your building.  I just enjoy the walk.  Friendly staff all over.
They are replacing furniture in all the units and the old stuff isn't that bad.  We stayed the week of Aug 19.  Stayed in a two bedroom suite.  Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, washer and dryer for clothes, dishwasher, two pools, a bar, food can be ordered.
We brought friends with us this time and they loved it too.  Just a beautiful place to stay.

This place was fantastic and the value that goes along with it is bar-none.  This may be a hidden gem that is being underutilized.  I booked my mid-April 2013 stay four months earlier, locked into a non-cancellation room.  I was a little hesitant about that, but @ 135/night for a one bedroom 855 square foot with whirlpool, fully functional kitchen and washer/dry? Can't beat that, anywhere.  The kitchen had pots, pans, cups and full sized fridge, we didn't cook, but I'm kicking myself for not utilizing that kitchen to save some money on food. I'm surprised they didn't charge more for the place, because it is definitely worth more than what they charged.

The bed was comfy and there were tons of light switches everywhere, we couldn't figure out what half of those lights did.  We were in Building 6, top floor, next to the outlet and was surprised to get top floor, I made a mention of it in the comments when i submitted, but didn't expect much, so that was a pleasant turnaround.

Walking to the main pool from my building was a snap, was able to easily cross the wooden bridge and take in the afternoon breeze.  They had a children's play area and a bbq area adjacent to the main pool, which , again, we didn't get to use due to time, but at least we know its available.

The one downside is the lack of parking, boy was that an understatement.  The parking situation is essentially just 2 rows of parking that circles the property.  I hope they didn't think that it was enough to cover about ten 6 story buildings worth of cars.  Secretly, I dont think the place was full when we were staying there, because we were able to find parking the next building over.  But imagine if it was a packed house, good luck to those who come back from the parks after 10pm.  I dont think this is something that can be easily remedied, but at least you know what you're getting into and expect when you show up

Would I stay and recommend this place to other? Most definitely, its about a 15 minutes drive from the major theme parks (with traffic) and far away enough that you had other eating options than park fare.  I would book my stay here next time I am in town.

The room seemed a bit small, and the door was a bit noisy (let in all the noise from the kids in the hall outside).  The bed also seemed a bit small for a queen.  The room didn't have a desk (it did have a table, but no power near to it).  Also, very minimal clothes storage space (drawers).  So, it seems the hotel spent more time worrying about the decoration (very nicely done) than the usability of the room.

The resort itself is beautiful (they call it "Tuscany" b/c of the grand looking clubhouse and random fountains everywhere...everything else looks kind of like every other Orlando villa-style resort i've been to.) and the studio room I got was nice, walking distance to the outlet stores next door (too tempting! Shopping spree!) and overlooking the manmade lake in the middle of the resort (which they tried to pass off as something special, but it looks like almost all rooms overlook the lake).

I arrived early and my room was not ready yet...no problem, i went to the common room/computer lounge, though i couldn't do much work in there b/c apparently it had become a nap room, with one adult sleeping on the couch and a baby asleep in another woman's arms.  I was called after about an hour telling me my room was ready.  And apparently, the resort was so much at capacity that there wasn't a single other room they could switch me to when I requested late checkout.  They were determined to kick me out at 10am.  The front desk and guest services staff were really nice, one of them called me as soon as I stepped into my room to make sure everything was ok...but it wasn't.

Nothing makes me more stressed out than troubleshooting IT issues while trying to get work done, and that's exactly what happened upon arrival...a work issue came up and I needed to get an internet connection and the wifi was not working in the room.  After being passed around on the phone to several help desks (where I had to clarify which Hilton I was staying at, meaning the help desks were not on-site), I tried calling the front desk again to see if they could just switch me to another room that had a working internet connection.  They couldn't b/c apparently, they were 100% full.  Two IT guys were dispatched to my room- they were very nice, but couldn't fix the wifi issue, but at least they got me a hard ethernet line to work with from my laptop.  And apparently it was just an issue with that building, b/c wifi was working in other areas of the resort.  The wifi was never fixed during my visit.

I was assigned to the 7th of 7 villa buildings- the room was a standard hotel room with king bed.  The "extras" that were nice to have: a wet bar area with microwave, mini fridge, ceiling fan, and screened-in balcony that overlooked the aforementioned lake (great place to have coffee & breakfast in the morning).  I was glad to get a room on a higher floor, b/c there are a lot of flora and critters around the lushly landscaped resort, as is true any where in Florida. There were the standard Peter Thomas Roth bath products that Hilton always has, plus one extra one that I loved...a citrus bath gel that had little microbeads in it.

Pool...there are 2 of them.  One is at the main clubhouse, and the other is 1/2 of the way around the lake.  The deck chairs are metal framed so be careful on hot sunny days.  The days I went to the pool, it was fairly quiet (except for the annoying loud music playing over ground speakers), so I assume people were at the theme parks instead.  The pool is shallow...4ft 6in is the deepest, and one side is only 1ft 6in, for kids.  One end has a beach entry instead of steps...nice touch. It's Orlando, so expect kids to be at the pool.

Other than the two very irksome issues of the wifi and the early inflexible checkout time, the resort is very nice.

My father was offered a deal that if we go to a timeshare presentation and pay a little bit then we get a room at the Hilton Grand Vacations Suites on International Drive for three days, not a bad deal. So we went to the Hilton, which by the way we were told it was called Tuscany for some reason. However, as you can see by the title that tripadvisor and many other places including my gps and Hilton itslef have for it, this can get confusing. Especially given the high amount of Hilton Hotels in the area. For most people though this is a non-issue. Not a big deal for myself either. It did have a great location, right by a Walgreens and a Publix grocery store. Also not far from Disney or any of the Major Attractions.

We walked in the hotel and our room looked amazing! Honestly one of the top rooms I've been in an American hotel...we weren't put in your standard 2-queen size bed hotel room. It had a nice kin size bed and a queen size pull out couch. Anyways for some reason when I woke up I woke up with three rashes that burnt a little on my back located in the same area and one on small one on my side because of the bed. Never had this happen to me before...freaked me out quite a bit....I preferred to sleep in the car, as anyone else in my situation would...This was something I expected more from a run-down motel or something and not from the Hilton.

Anyways besides that Dave was great, and kept us entertained throughout our stay there. Adam was also good, he called me over after seeing that I had a brochure I picked up from the brochure shelf and told me he can get me discounts. He also told me what places I should and shouldn't go to, although I didn't listen to him on one of the suggestions....needless to say, he was correct and I should have listened to his suggestions on where to go.

They didn't serve breakfast which I'm used to from even cheap hotels, although given the massive size of this hotel ( they have a free shuttle service or drive to get around because it's so big) I wouldn't really expect it.

Anyways I wouldn't want to go there again seeing as the whole rash thing gave me the creeps.

My stay with the Hilton Grand Vacation was a dream complete with amenities and one that allowed us to simply bask in the luxury. I booked a fantastic deal on this through Travelocity and found even more nuances to the place as we altered our plans in the area just to stay around the hotel pool.

There is too much to write about this place in soaring operatic verse to praise the great attributes that some here would prefer to sidestep.

My only surprise was the lack of a major dining room on premises, but Orlando has quite a bit of nice places to go such as Texas de Brazil.

The Hilton's reach into the community was exceptionally strong as its staff enabled me to get tickets for shows that were thought to be sold out. In fact, they booked most of the events of our stay for me with great results.

While I did not purchase the Hilton's timeshare option that was generously offered to me, I stepped back and examined it for value and content. One has to think on the big picture to see this is a very good deal.

When I return to Orlando, this will be my 1st choice of places to stay.

Liar Liar Pants on Fire.

- 1 star: Limited food service, no real restaurant on premises.

- 1 star: We had a 2-bedroom suite with a "Full Kitchen": Not true.  Kitchen had full-size appliances, but nothing else.  Even the basics were missing (salt and pepper, napkins, pot holders, etc.) So there's really no way to cook meals in this supposedly "full kitchen"-- which we had planned to do, in order to save $$.

- 1 star: They set us up to do a Timeshare tour, and promised that if we said No, they would leave us alone.  Not true.  They came at us with guns blazing and the super-hard sell.  Way worse than car salesmen.  I felt lucky to escape with my life.

- 1 star: The "Business Center" is another un-true.  Plenty of computers and printers, but you have to purchase a special card to use them, and the card dispenser was always broken.  You've got to be kidding me-- with the prices they charged me to sleep here, the least I could have gotten was a free page printed.

- 1 star: the huge cockroach in the shower when I checked in.

- 1 star: the constantly long line at the front desk, which is the only place that you can go to ask questions (no concierge, no bellhop, no information desk).

I could keep going but Yelp doesn't allow me to give a negative-stars rating.  I'm a Hilton Gold member and am used to good services at Hilton properties, but this place is really just a front for the Timeshare Mafia.

This is a pretend Hilton. They want to sell time shares and it is really an apartment hotel. Not enough parking or lounges at the pool. No plugs close to table for a lap top. Room smells like fish. Rather sleep in my car!

Got to come here by Hilton offering me a great deal. Stay 3 nights for super cheap, get a $150 voucher towards Disney World tickets, and a $200 hotel certificate for one night (must use within 6 months, and attend a 2 hour timeshare presentation.

For all those that complain saying don't take this offer... I say idiots. :) This place was awesome.

From the moment we drove into the property, I felt completely in vacation mode. We drove up to the main entrance where I was greeted by name and offered water bottles. I went inside, checked in and was offered either the choice to stay close to the clubhouse or close to the outlet mall. I chose the outlet mall side which is Building 6. There are 7 buildings total.

The timeshare presentation was very informative and very enticing. It's something I would definitely consider down the road but I just was not in a state right now to make a commitment. The presentation was a 1 on 1 sales pitch which was very informative and they reallly want you to sign up and will offer you some pretty great deals. But oh well. Next time.

Back to the resort. I stayed in Building 6, elevators were a bit on the slow side. The pools were huge, and they offered activities for you to do throughout the day like on a cruise.

The walk to the outlet mall took no more than 3 minutes from my building.

Breakfast at the clubhouse was delicious. A bit pricey but heck, I was on vacation.

Would definitely come here again when visiting Orlando and will now try other Hilton Grand Vacation spots in other states.

Our 1 bedroom suite was huge with washer/dryer, full kitchen, dining table, large balcony with table and chairs, large whirlpool tub, and large bathroom with stand up shower and double sinks. I was pleasantly surprised that we got so much for such little $$.

I stayed here for about six nights with the kids as part of a time-share deal where they wanted me to tour and get a sales pitch at the Parc Soleil very close by.  This place is a little dated in the decor but if you pay the upgrade price as I did for a two-bedroom suite you will get a great deal and a really nice and spacious room. Do not stay here if you are just getting a non-suite room. It would be disappointing. The full kitchen and separate bedroom(s) from the living area really make this place.

The full kitchen rocked.  There are markets and stuff close by so stock it full of alcohol and snacks and food and stuff and you will save a lot of money.  It has a washer and dryer and that is really cool if going to Disney or have kids there.  There are lots of amenities like workout room and everything you pretty much want.  I really can't complain much about this property.  The kids loved it. I felt really comfortable there.  The location rocks and is much better than the Parc Soleil.  I personally would never buy the time share after hearing the sales pitch (it seemed like a crazy investment to me), but it was an interesting if not pleasant experience having to commit two hours to them and well worth the savings they offered on the room.

One thing that was kind of annoying was they play a movie at the pool seemingly every night or close to every night in the evening so if you want to appreciate their cool pool at night in quiet or without some loud movie playing you either have to do it early or late but it's a really nice pool and the bar and restaurant there there are relatively inexpensive by hotel standards and all the employees are very accomodating.

Hotels are not my thing. The idea that I am sleeping in what is basically a communal bed skeeves me out. That plus all the specials I've watched over the years on how hotels never wash the duvets on the beds or that the glasses in the bathroom are just sprayed with windex and the like. I don't doubt this to be true of many hotels, but the Hilton was actually very clean and I never felt like the room I called home for four nights was gross or unsanitary and the hotel as a whole far exceeded my expectation.

The suites are completely stocked: washer/dryer, full size fridge and freezer, an oven and stove, pots and pans, a microwave, a tea kettle, etc. So if you are traveling with a family or for an extended stay, they definitely supply you with all the accoutrements you need. My only complaint was the itty bitty baby hairdryer. The bathroom was huge and had a really big walk-in shower and an impressive jacuzzi tub (fyi 2 in every 5 cases of herpes can be traced back to hotel bathtubs) (ps I made up that statistic but I wouldn't doubt it!). The bed was pretty comfy, a little firm for me, but still good.

Besides the room, the hotel itself was very nice. They have 2 pools and what seemed like a bunch of activities for kids. There are I think 7 buildings so the hotel is way spread out, but they have golf carts that will come and pick you up if you need. There is a pizza place and a pool-side restaurant that you can order from. I ordered a sandwich from the pool-side place and it was actually really good and they gave a huge mountain of fries. There is no fancy hotel restaurant and really nothing of the sort around, you will find a bunch of outbacks, carrabas and the like in the area, but Orlando, which I have learned, is super spread out and around the Disney/Universal area, well it kind of sucks. What the good news is though, and what was probably the most exciting part of this hotel for me, is that the Prime Outlets Vineland location is in the hotel's backyard. When I walked into my suite on day one and looked out my bedroom window, what was I staring directly at? A Barneys New York Outlet. F yeah.

I know this Hilton has shuttles to the parks, not sure if there is a fee or not, no extra fee for on-site parking though.

Great service! We informed them that we are celebrating my boyfriends birthday via twitter and they surprised us with balloons and a little present plus a card signed by the  front desk staff.  I mean it was nothing extravagant but we totally appreciated it.  The decor is not really my style and for some reason our dishwasher didn't really wash everything off so that was kinda a pain so I took off a star for that.

This isn't regarding a recent stay, but my family is a frequent visitor to this resort...probably, in part, because we are members of the Hilton Vacation Club.  This resort is our fave...screened patios, walking path, kid's game room, nice little deli, lush grounds, close proximity to shopping (Publix across the street, Outlet mall next door).  We've had a couple of glitches, but they have always been resolved.

We stayed here for 10 days. We chose this property because we were having a family reunion with my boyfriend's family and his parents are 'owners' with Hilton Grand Vacations. They have a large family, and were able to get a 3 bedroom room for basically free, so we stayed there too to be close by. This place is huge. There are 7 buildings, with 7 floors each. With regular rooms with king-sized beds and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites as well as adjoining rooms.

Prices were reasonable, we got a AAA discount. It was a fairly nice hotel too, newer and clean. There are two pools. The large pool has lots of activities throughout the day like trivia, mixology classes, exercise classes, movies at night, etc. It's loud and crowded though. The drinks at the bar are overpriced and not that strong too. There is no 'sit down' restaurant, but food is available at the pool, there is a small deli that serves sandwiches and salads for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with alcohol available too. There is also a Pizza place, and Starbucks coffee available. It's also located right next to the Outlets and there is a Publix grocery store across the street. The regular rooms have kitchenettes and the 'suites' with multiple rooms have full-kitchens.

This place is definitely family oriented, so it's great if you have kids.

We did have a few issues though:
- Housekeeping. We were there 10 days and our sheets were not changed at all until our 2nd to last night. I know because I got them dirty, and every night I went to bed in dirty sheets.
-If you are a 'owner' your room is only cleaned once during a week. They told the family they would be there at 11 am and done at noon, so everyone cleared out. Housekeeping didn't end up even showing up until 4 pm, so 10 people were forced to leave while it was pouring down rain. That is just completely unprofessional.
-They don't have any roll-away beds available.
-Parking is atrocious. If you get there after 10 pm, be prepared to park very far away from your building. They even have shuttles available in the middle of the night.
-Maintenance people just leave their golf carts in the middle of the road.
-When the family arrived, there room wasn't ready until close to 6 pm, despite check-in being at 3 pm. Even then the room they got was the exact room that they requested NOT to have like 6 months in advance when they reserved it.

It should be noted though that our bed was super, super comfy, which is one of the most important factors. I have a tenancy to suffer from neck/back pain, and I had none while at this hotel and I slept really well most nights.

All in all, this place is fine if you are an owner and you have a large family.

We stayed in one of the HGVC units (1BR).

The apartment:
Our 1 bedroom unit was located in building 6 in the corner with partly lake view. The screened balcony was perfect for breakfast or afternoon drinks. It even has a ceiling fan! (I am not used to that). The screen is really dull but probably necessary to keep insects out.

The units are a bit out of style but functional. DVD-player, radio, fully equipped kitchen incl dish washer and dryer and washing machine. We brought our own dish tablets and washing powder, not needed if you don't intend to wash often since some are included.

Onsite and eating:
Onsite is a Pizza place with super delish pizzas and a pool restaurant/bar and a minimarket. At the minimarket you can eat OK breakfast buffet for abt $8 if you don't want to prepare your own. There is also a pool table and internet accessed computers to use (free). I think there is a gym as well.

Pool area:
There is one main pool at one side of the resort and a smaller one at the other. We only tried the pools in late afternoons and evenings - then there was never a problem getting a sun bed. Around the pool area there are activities almost all day long every day of the week, such as wine and beer tasting, pop quizzes, movie night (twice a week) and mainly lots of children's activities. We found the pool a bit crowded by youth water activities at times. You do not go there for peace and quite. Then use the smaller pool - a bit calmer.

Transportation:
Hilton has a taxi you can use which is $14 if you go to Disney area. Or they arrange any taxi for you. Affordable. Or you can take the cute IRideTrolley for $2 anywhere up the International Drive. It stops all the time and take an hour from one side to another - but since the end stations are at the Outlet mall you get a chance to get a seat so it is OK. (Not very comfortable though). Along the ride there are many restaurants and activities. (see their website). Also the resort has at least one transfer to Disney area at 8 in the morning.

Neighborhood:
Just walking distance away from the hotel area you have a few restaurants - The Outback Steakhouse (Very inexpensive and so good!!) and Carrabas (longer walk). You also have McDonald's, Walgreens and Publix supermarket just across the street, which is perfect - none of the other HGVC Orlando resorts have that. The Outlet Mall is literally next door. It closes at 11 at night so you can do all your shopping afterhours :)

We are very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. On the down side is the lack of restaurants onsite.

Me and the BF stayed here for four nights during our visit to Orlando last week, the other three nights were spent at Avanti and one night Rosen Shingle Creek, while it's not as grand as Rosen Shingle Creek, it's definitely a huge step up from Avanti!

We took advantage of all the amenities this place had to offer!  It's great!! Lots of space and so much to do!

The main pool where the clubhouse was located was great... We even joined their Monday trivia after our swim at noon. We stayed at building 5, which wasn't a bad walk to the clubhouse and was close to the gate to the premium outlets which was directly across the street from the hotel!  I'm NOT a shopper, but the outlets were cheap!  I had to buy another luggage to bring my stuff back to SF with me.  Hehe!

I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!  Also, I'd like to add the staff here was very courteous and friendly!  Everyone always smiled and waved.  Even when calling for a town car and just waiting outside, the staff would wave!  I loved it, I love this hotel!! I'm thinking I really shouldn't write this review so no one else will find out about this little gem of a hotel, but it was a perfect hotel I just had to share :)

I came here for a marketing package. This is a beautiful resort and suite. It is pretty large and parking comes at a premium in the evenings.  There is a separate kitchen with a stove, fridge and dishwasher. Dishes are also provided.  There is also a Living room, separate bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub. Another nice touch is the screened in patio area on the first floor and a balcony on uppers. The rooms are quiet. You do not hear a varietyif noise from other residence. Staff are friendly and willing to help. The bar staff seems to be over worked and not so friendly. Lilian the Pizza waiter was great! Very nice, cordial and helpful person. I went to the pool and had a good time. The primary pool is pretty crowded but the secondary was pretty Laid back.  Exercise room was nice. Had a few devices like Treadmill, elliptical and weights. The outside area has a great path to run and walk inside the resort area. They also have events throughout the day.  Movie night at the pool, dance lessons, temporary tatoos and even a beer tasting was held. They is also an upscale oulet mall right across the parking lot. Gucci, Prada. burberry, etc.  I would not call the prices outlet prices. No real bargains at most stores. Nice spot though. overall, good experience.  I have my Presentation today, we will see how that goes :)

The rooms are nice and spacious, having a fully-equipped was real awesome, the parking lot is a little small, the walls are paper thin, the ceiling leaks and some of the outlets don't work.

I stayed here at Christmas with my girlfriend Julie and we thought the complex was convenient for what we were doing in Orlando. The kitchenette was helpful in the morning so we could make our morning coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The whole complex felt like a resort.

The only detriment was that the walls were incredibly thin and we could hear the family next door at all hours of the day.

First the bad then the good stuff

Bad
Checked in ok, but from the minute we checked in they constantly tried to sell us a timeshare.  They Called us at 8am on a Saturday(5am our time) to sell, sell, sell. We called the desk to ask a resort related question and even then the guy tired to get us to go to one of their timeshare presentation.  So we unplugged our phone, too aggressive  on the timeshare selling, we just wanted a vacation room.

Next if stay  here the buildings are badly signed, hard to find building number much less the ice machine.  The parking sucks after 8pm, your can't find a spot near your building, but when  you do find a spot they have a shuttle but you need to have the phone number, which they didn't give us at check in.

Had to call twice at night to get someone to stop a smoke detector we could hear going off from our porch.  Got up next morning and it was still going off, finally had to go to the front desk and get the operations manager to get it taken care of.

Oh yea 4pm check in and 10am checkout Booo !

Now the good stuff,

Very nice grounds around a lake.
Great Pool, nice screened porches.
Good sized half fridge and microwave.
Grocery store across the street.

BUT our favorite was the great pool and pool Bar and grill
Spent lots of time there,  ate there just about every meal, really good food excellent service up to 11pm.

Great food, great pool, great bar and really nice people made this a very nice resort to stay at.

Pleasantly surprised with my experience here at this property. If you aren't aware, the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites are all part of a greater Hilton timeshare program that you can buy into. If you are planning on staying or are staying at this property, chances are you are either an owner in this program or else you are being offered a really great deal to stay here in exchange to listening to one of the timeshare sales pitches.

I'm a new owner with the program, and so far have been pretty happy. This review though, is about this property and its location.

The location is a quick drive away from most major theme parks, which is a nice plus. The downside is that it's definitely not a walkable distance from the theme parks, and that the on-site hotel shuttle to the parks isn't free and also has very limited time slots. In short, this is going to be a property where you definitely will want to have your own car. So plan on renting one or bringing your own when you arrive. Fortunately, parking is free on-site.

The theme park shuttle from the hotel runs in the morning only, and has very limited pick up times at night. You need to reserve it at least one hour ahead of time and its for roundtrip trips only. The trip from the hotel to Disney World Epcot park is $9 per person, which is a great rate. A taxi to Disney World from the hotel costs about $30 each way for the entire car. An uber ride (download the app to your smartphone) is about $15-$20 each way for the entire car (not per person).

What's nice about this property is that it's right next to the premium outlets. Literally right next to it; there are gates at the property that let you walk into the outlets. The sales tax here is around 6% from what I was told.

- So location? 4 out of 5 stars. Bring your own car.
- Hotel service? 5 out of 5 stars. Nice and polite service. No problems here.
- Shuttle service? 2 out of 5 stars. They need to put in more time availabilities and options, as they should know that the theme parks are a huge attraction.
- Other on-site amenities? 5 out of 5. This place has FREE printing (awesome), a restaurant, a bar, a kid's park, a massive pool, and even a BBQing grill area. The ambiance and service is definitely worth choosing this location.

If you're in Orlando for Disney World and/or Universal Orlando this is NOT the hotel to stay in! They DO NOT have complementary shuttle to either park, they have a shuttle service that passes through that you will have to pay for! $9 round-trip for each person. That's not the problem, the problem is the shuttle service only picks up 3 times in the day and they drop off 3 times at night. The earliest they pick up is 8:30am and the latest they drop off is 10pm! Some parks don't close til 11pm-midnight. So you're shit out of luck, if you want to stay at the parks later, you will have to pay additional for a cab! That's not the ONLY problem, you cannot assume that you can just get on the shuttle, you have to let them know 1hr before the scheduled times!

Ever since we got here, it's been pretty sucky! We're here for the parks and we were stuck paying for cab every day. This place DOES NOT accommodate you, you will have to accommodate them. And on top of that the front desk seems pretty useless. They're nice, but that's about it. They have NO knowledge on anything! We asked for a cab and instead they called a company they're contracted with. We wanted to go to Downtown Disney, which is only 3 miles away and he charged us a flat rate of $17!!!! That is insane! That was the only and last time we asked the front desk for anything.

I understand people are on a hustle to make money. I get it. At least be nice and slick about it. Make us feel good. But we as tourist feel cheated! We have only met 2 honest cab drivers from this whole trip and we've asked them for they're direct number and we've been contacting them for rides. And because they're good people we tip them fat! The front desk will not recommend any other service that isn't theirs. You are on your own.

If you are here for the resort; sure it's nice, big pool, nice and clean rooms, Starbucks coffee, huge property, gym, laundry, arcade, etc.

I picked the WRONG resort for our trip. Point of this review, do yourself a favor and pick a resort inside the Walt Disney area. There is no resort fee here, but all the cab/shuttle rides fees accumulate. The air-headed front desk gave us both a headache, it's not worth it. Might as well pay the resort fee inside the Walt Disney resort and be accommodated. Disney is known for their customer service and I wish we could reschedule this trip all over again.

We've been finding our own way, by calling around. Local cabs, local transportation, looking at maps, asking locals, etc. It's a good learning experience, but we've learned our lesson. Just because it's a nice hotel, doesn't mean the people running it are smart.

I love staying at Hilton Hotels due to a lot of work travel I have starting racking up the Hilton honors points. This hotel is more of a vacation club/time share but it was worth the two nights I spent here with my kids. The staff is extremely friendly, grounds are kept up very well, and rooms are what you would expect from a Hilton. I only reserved the studio king bed room at a really good price but I can imagine the larger rooms are even better. The best part about staying here is the pool, it's enormous with plenty of space for everyone that's staying here. My only complaint was I didn't sleep well, the bed was too hard and pillows were awful which is why I took this from a 5 star review to a 4 star.

My wife and I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years and really liked it.  We've also stayed at a HGVS in Las Vegas and enjoyed our stay there too.  As others have mentioned these properties are really sold as time shares but we have rented per night as regular guests.  I mention this because they will try and get you to sit through a time share sales pitch, which I have managed to politely avoid all three stays so far!

Anyway, as a young (ish) couple with no kids we enjoyed our off season stays here but I would bet it's a whole different situation during school breaks!  The grounds are very nice, the staff is friendly and the rooms big and clean.  First trip we rented a suite and the second we had a studio style.  I felt both were good values although the suite was a bit of over kill for the two of us.

The property features two pools and barbeque (with nice Weber grills!) areas, along with a small market(with Starbucks and booze, what more could you want), pool side bar with basic bar food and a pizza place.  The only thing I felt was missing was a more upscale on-site dining option but that wasn't too big a deal since we had a rental car and there are plenty of places near by.  The staff was very friendly and ran some events down by the pool, my wife and I played some trivia which was a fun change of pace.

Long story short, I'd recommend this place in the off season for couples or families at any time.  Seems like it would also be a great  place of a larger group vacation or family reunion.

A very upset guest.  First night we checked in and went out for dinner when we came back our card no longer worked.  We called the front desk and they stated they would send security over.  Waited for about 20 minutes before calling them again.  They stated they would send someone over right away.  5 minutes later security comes (I guess they forgot about us) and tells us there's been a security update and slip our replacement cards under our door.  Next morning as expected there was no card.  Had to call and ask for them to send it.

Second night same thing (tonight) and spoke to Krys over the phone who stated they would send security over.  (Doesn't even apologize).  Again I wait 15 minutes before calling again and states they are about to leave because they had to take care of something.  Security finally shows up and states the problem was with the door battery and would have it fixed in 30 minutes.

Very frustrating.  If they even sounded apologetic over the phone I wouldn't have been this upset.  Poor management and training here.

I also agree with the parking situation.  Not enough parking spaces for the amount of guests.

Shockingly, surprisingly luxurious

Our family of four recently stayed here over Easter break and we couldn't get over how wonderful this resort was.  Our suite was huge and luxurious - with a modern kitchen with wood/granite cabinets/counters, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.  The storage space was more than ample, the bed was comfy and there was a Jacuzzi in the bedroom in addition to the shower in the bathroom.

The staff was very welcoming, the grounds were beautiful, and there were many 'resort' amenities - e.g. activities/movies for the kids - that we hadn't expected.  A few years ago we stayed at a competing 'vacation club' resort and we were expecting something more or less comparable - but this was SO much nicer.  And the room rate - particularly for Easter break - was very, very reasonable.

The only downside is the parking situation - I get the feeling that the spaces were repainted much wider than originally laid out (I haven't seen spaces this wide in decades) and so there are fewer of them.  After dinner, you may be unable to find an open space next to your building.

All that said, the most valuable advice I can give (other than do stay here) is to help you choose which building to ask for. Most of the amenities - main pool, restaurant, arcade, shop, etc. - are in or next to building 1 - but as a result it is also the noisiest.  There is a quiet pool between 4 & 5.  Buildings 5, 6, & 7 are next to a premium outlet mall (with keyed entry).  There is a bridge from between 6 & 7 to between 1 & 2.  And there is ample parking next to building 1 and next to the pool between 4 & 5.  So decide what is important to you and let them know as/before you check in.

Called a week prior to my arrival and asked for a room in bldg 1 top floor close to the front desk because I have trouble walking. When I arrived ended up with a room as far from what I asked for a possible. Got the farthest room from the front desk on the 1st floor.  Also room wasn't ready at 6:30 arrival so could only drop off bags.  Spoke to mgr and after 2 nights they finally moved me to bldg 1.  They said the'd give me a credit for $50 cause room wasn't ready. Didn't happen. Mgr said he'd give me another $30 credit that did happen.
Their ability to accommodate someone with a disability is disappointing.
Other than that the rooms are fine. Parking sucks if you get back to your room after 9pm.  They have a shuttle but it's inconvenient.
I've stayed in many Hilton properties and I was disappointed with this one.  2 stars only for the nice rooms.

First time in Orlando, Florida and Florida in general for me and my boyfriend! We stayed here for a week with his family.

I love how beautiful the property is on the outside and just steps from the Orlando Premium Outlets. The resort is very nature-like and relaxing. We stayed at Building #1 and we really liked how we were surrounded by the amenities - fitness center, basketball court, activities center, computer room, front desk, and etc.

We had adjoining rooms. One of the rooms included an open and beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops, electric stove, oven, fridge, and etc. A large glass table for dining, couch with a bed inside, balcony, and a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi and shower. It also included a washing/laundry machine too. The second room which is the one my boyfriend and I shared had a queens size bed, bathroom, and a mini fridge with utensils, plates, mugs, glass cups stocked up too. I also liked how we have access to our own individual balcony too.

The housekeepers that came into our room every day or night did a great job at restocking our towels, coffee, lotions, soaps, and etc. Everything was always neatly placed and clean whenever we arrived back to our rooms. The staff and everyone in this resort are super friendly and welcoming.

I really can't find any reason to dislike this resort we stayed at. Everything was perfect and the Hilton Grand Vacations provided a great hospitality and made us felt relaxed and welcomed. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

Stay away from this place!  I spent several months booking and making sure that I had enough beds for my party of six adults. I called and confirmed the reservations five times this week before we showed up.
We showed up today they don't have enough bedspace, And they offered to buy me an air mattress. I am in Hilton Honors DIAMOND member with over 2.5 million points, and I am a Hilton Grand Vacation Club owner for the past 15 years. Really?
And yet they still want me to take a tour so they can convince me to buy more timeshares. This place is a joke and so was the management

My review is quite late, but better late than never.

My family and I stayed here in October of 2014. We took my son for his very first Disney experience.

The room was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We drove from West Palm Beach to Orlando using our own car, so the drive to Disney  from the Hotel and back and forth was really not bad.

The bar had some good lunch specials too.

I would recommend the deli on site as well.

The outlets are across the way.

I will be back for another stay!

Not a good experience here.  The complex and buildings look wonderful and so do the rooms but there isn't enough parking, the noise volume is out of control, and our refrigerator was very loud.

Parking is really bad here as they have a lot of rooms but not enough parking spaces.  We were staying in building 7, we had to park in building 4 which was all the way around to the other side.  Not cool!

The walls are paper thin so you can hear the guests who are staying in the room next to you pretty clearly.  Outside noise at night was very loud, screaming kids, doors slamming.

Unless we get an amazing deal online, we won't be staying here again.

I don't normally write reviews. I usually enjoy the experience and than say I will and never get to it. But this hotel deserves a review! My boyfriend and I went on vacation mid August for a week. We booked the king suite in the Hilton for five nights.

Where do I begin?!

From check in, everyone greeted us and was so courteous. They apologized for the wait we would have to endure since we arrived almost an hour early of check in and that they would do everything in their power to have us checked in immediately.

Being my first experience at a hotel I can not tell you how amazed and blown away I was! The decor of the hotel really does give you that whole Italian theme that they strive for.

At the time that we stayed all we did was go to Orlando Studios during the day and than relax in the pool or the hot tub at night. They offered nightly special drinks of $5 boy were they strong and delish!

What better way to end the night of rides and sweating your booty off in the hot tub than relaxing on one of the most comfortable king sized beds you will ever sleep on! Sleeps mattresses have nothing on these beds lol.

I could go on and on about the positive things of this hotel. But let's sum this up now:

1. Comfy beds
2. Polite and friendly staff
3. Food places a convenient distance from hotel
4. Drink special at pool bar
5. Although very family oriented, at least when we went, you can also have your couple time as well as if you are single that flirty mingle time.
6. Did I mention comfy beds!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It definitely made a high standard for any other hotel we stay in on our future travels.

I hope everyone has an amazing stay like we did!

I stayed here twice when I was in the area for business.

Check-in: lengthy process. Staff are very nice, but it's no quick process. The second time I went, I checked in at 8:30 PM. I was told that the my room wasn't ready and that they would give me a call in 30 minutes when it's ready... I downgraded from king one bedroom suite to a studio so that I could just get a room and rest.

Room: clean, comfortable. Fully-equipped kitchen is nice.

Parking: this part sucks! Parking is very limited. Last thing you want to do is park far away and take a hotel shuttle to the room.. but this does happen once the lot near your building fills up, which is usually around 8PM.

I read several reviews about telemarketer calls after staying here. I had NO idea this is where the calls have been coming from. I, too, am getting bombarded with these calls.

For the price this place was an absolute steal. Very nice property, very nice rooms.

If you are going to buy tickets to the park just do so yourself and avoid the "discounted prices" from the concierge desk unless you want to wake up at 730am for a 90 minute presentation.

Also, while it saved us a lot of money, the shuttle service to and from the parks was a little unprofessional. When picking us up from the parks there were three drivers picking up guests of 5-6 different hotels and none of them knew who were going where. It was very disorganized and had a very sketchy feel to it.

Overall though, I've gotta give the hotel itself 4 stars. Very happy I randomly found it online and booked it. Absolute steal.

Pros:

*UBER close to Premium Outlet Mall (Vineland location).  Closest building is building # 7.
*Close to Disney-about 12-15 minutes driving.
*Close to Publix grocery store-just across the street!  Same for McD's and Outback!
*Huge suites-full kitchen (blender, utensils, coffee maker etc. included!) washer & dryer, living room, bedroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Two bedroom option is fantastic for larger families.

Cons:

*Parking is limited but you can catch a shuttle that will take you back to your suite...problem is finding that shuttle when you're wandering outside at midnight!
*If you're on a lower floor, (we were on the 2nd floor) you can hear people talking, singing, shouting, on the walkway beneath your window.  Think kids singing "THE CIRRRRCLE OF LIIIIIFE!!!" at 7:00 am on Monday morning.
*The walls with an adjoining room are very thin.  Lucky us we had a family with a newborn next to us the very last night we were there.  Lots of crying but at least it was just one night.  Had it been early in our stay I would have definitely asked for a new room.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay here.  Most of all, we loved all the SPACE our toddler had to run and explore.  Essentially, it's like living in a condo!

Next time, we'll be asking for a higher floor room and we'll try for a room without the adjoining wall to limit excess noise.  Can't wait to go back!

So the hotel and stay were great for my family of five in July.

Appears that no matter how many times you say you don't want to be bothered with the ridiculous time share sell, you'll still expect calls months later. Here it is November and I'm still getting calls. Each and every time I ask them to remove my number, but it's pointless.

Give them a fake number, no number, or as I will do, just never return. Eff them.

Updated April 24, 2015, received three more calls this week from this scam operation offering discounted vacations.  Shameful that the hotel enters into this brand of business.

I don't really give anything five stars but this comes close. Several buildings so it's a big complex. Not sure about the rates but I used my Hilton honors reward points so we're here tonight free.  Very close to all that Orlando has to offer.    We are here to go to the Braves/Phillies game tomorrow at the wide world of sports complex.  Friendly and helpful staff and as you will see by my pictures - lovely rooms. The swimming pools are huge and there are three restaurants on site.  Probably a really great hotel for families too.

If you are expecting the great services of a Hilton hotel DO NOT come. We are diamond Hilton members and were treated so poorly by guest services that we canceled our 2 room 5 night stay during check in and found a VRBO vacation rental nearby.

Here's what happened. I took the red eye to MCO. We requested early check in when we booked. Upon arrival @ 9:30AM, it wasn't ready, it wasn't at 11, 1, 2. But it was at 3:45 PM. We were told each time we went to the desk that the hotel was fully booked. Does that mean rooms aren't being cleaned? When we booked we also requested an upgrade. This didn't happen. We asked each time we went to the desk to check in.

We were put in a studio that didn't have a pullout sofa or any sofa for our daughter to sleep on. So we had to leave. She can't sleep on the floor.

Here's the kicker! We went back to the front desk to cancel and leave to find another place. MIRACULOUSLY they had a suite available. Nice, Hilton. We've been waiting for 7 hours, me on no sleep and now you have what we've been asking for? We thought you were fully booked? We say were canceling and then you come through? WORST customer service experience ever. And we love Hilton properties. We will never return to this one. To make things even WORSE they then said they were going to charge us for the room one night. SERIOUSLY? We left, so upset. I don't want to be in an environment where people treat me like this.

We found a lovely VRBO rental nearby and had a fabulous vacation.

A guest services representative called us to refund the night we were charge.

This resort is probably one of my favorites to stay at when I'm visiting Orlando. Located right on International Drive, it's 8 miles away from the Disney Parks and perhaps 15 minutes away from Universal Studios.

I checked in on 12/30/14 at about 8:30pm. The service was quick, as I was in and out, and headed straight to my room. I got a studio for two, and it was perfect. Walked in and everything felt very welcoming, and held up to the Hilton standard.

Throughout my stay, I had no complaints. Staff was friendly, my room was conveniently located near the pool and cafe. Parking can be a hassle if you arrive back to the hotel late in the evening, however, security circles around & is happy to help you if you're parked far away.

For all of us who love connecting on our trips... Prepare yourself for free, yet incredibly slow Wi-Fi. The cafe offers some yummy, yet overpriced bites to eat. However, they do brew Starbucks coffee, so that's a plus!

Overall, I've always had a pleasant experience with each stay at the Hilton Grand. I'll be back sooner or later.

This resort is gorgeous. It is a huge facility with tons of things to do. I think it needs more parking though. The best part of this hotel is that they have an entrance to the outlet mall where you can walk over and not have to deal with the nightmare that is parking at that mall. The staff here is friendly and overall I enjoyed my time there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our recent trip to Orlando and we had a pretty pleasant experience on my part. Check in was pretty quick and painless although we did have someone attempt to try and sell my boyfriend and I a timeshare. The only downfall that my boyfriend did not like was that we were on the first floor of our building. (Villa Bianca) The receptionist did mention to us at check in that there was no room service and housekeeping was a little bit weird. I remember when we came back to our room one morning we had fresh towels just tied up to our door knob. But other than that I would definitely stay here again when I am in Orlando.

Checked in May 7th I  paid for an upgrade 1 bedroom suite with a water view.   Up on arrival I was told by Alex,  if I was not happy with the room with the partial view she was putting me in,  then I could call or come back down and they could see what they could do to accommodate me.   With that being said,  they wanted me to kick and scream then I could have my way.   I paid for the upgrade and requested the Waterview room.   It's like Hilton practice deceptive practices promise you something get you down here and say it isn't so.  I will make them put this or any other company in writing especially if I pay for it.   Or maybe because I'm African American they want us to act unseemly,  I'm just saying!

Made the mistake of accepting a discount stay at this Hilton timeshare. Never again. It's a boiler room hard sale atmosphere and a salesperson that would say or do anything to get the sale. Salesperson was so disgusting that I will avoid all Hilton properties in the future.

-"Hi Mrs./Mr. ____. How is your stay going? Is there anything that you need from us like fresh towels?"

-"Stay is great, I don't need fresh towels. If I do, I'll be sure to call the front desk"

-"Yes, of course. I've noticed that you haven't attended our owner's appreciation breakfast yet. We have limited spots available, what time should I book you?"

-"I won't be attending, please remove me from your list."

*add additional 5 minutes of going back-and -forth with persistent timeshare sales person; repeat twice a day (once at 9 a.m and another at 6 p.m.) for the duration of your stay.

I get it - I've been a sales person before. You get rebuttal sheets and talking points. You want to sell the timeshare...you want to get that commission and bonus for meeting your goals. Good for you but for the love of god, no means NO!

Please know yelp community: this is NOT the only thing that's wrong with this hotel. The maids do not clean the room regularly. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 4 nights and no cleaning, AT ALL (and yes, caps are necessary). I also want to add the Arcade is also grimy, there is no restaurant on site or room service, and pizza/cafe (if that's what you want to call it) is lack luster. Workout room looked okay, but then again I never went in.

So we started with 5 stars. 2 stars were deducted from the constant pestering of the time share sales staff and 2 stars deducted for no room cleaning. I will add 1 star though for the extremely close proximity to the outlet mall.

Place is good for shopping, terrible for a quiet, peaceful, and cleanly stay.

I checked in and everything was fine until we got to the room. I paid for a king size bed and the bed was a queen. Called the front desk and complained and I was told that the bed is a " hotel standard king size bed" the headboard is almost a foot bigger and designed for a king size matress. I mentioned it to the representative and he offered to send an engineer to the room to measure the bed. Talking about customer service.
Clearly the bed is a queen and I was lied to. No empathy what so ever.  Unbelievable ...
A pic is worth a thousand words and I took a pic.

Pros - Great, helpful staff. Prompt service. Everyone was courteous. Conveniently located in Orlando, a short drive/ride from Universal Studios. A great outlet mall is right across the street.

Cons - weak toilet clogged on first use.
