My wife and I booked a night here the opening day of the hotel by luck. We were actually guest #1 and received a handwritten note from the GM. We were greeted by the entire hotel staff like we were part of the family. The standard rooms are very nice and well laid out. They offer a complimentary shuttle service which was on time at 6:05am and also offer free hot breakfast and dinner! Grab a complimentary glass of wine and hang out by the fire pit or pool. If this hotels keeps its competitive pricing they will do very well. If we every come thru Orlando again we will surely stay here.

Two stays two great experiences. Great access to airport but no issue with noise and fly overs. Nice pool.  Size of rooms was perfect for family with kids.

Did not honor my husband's same day phone reservation made directly with this hotel. When he arrived he was told that the hotel was "sold out."  Don't make a reservation here if you want a room!

This is a newer hotel built, I think its been open less than a year.  The staff is extremely friendly which i gotta to know well my two month stay here.....its located right in the heart of restaruant/fast food chain hell...everything from wendy's to cracker barrel are in close distance.  I must also say that to be 5 mins from the airport i havent heard that many planes.....overall great stay comfortable beds some rooms only have showers which can be a bummer but u can switch rooms with you like.

Great newer hotel.  Very close to the airport and freeway.  Beautiful room.  Full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom.  Free breakfast with lots of variety. Free dinner Monday-Thursday.  Very happy with our stay.

Brand new Homewood Suites! Only 7 weeks old. Great location close to Orlando International Airport, restaurants, Orlando attractions, etc.

Great location, lovely staff, and the breakfast was quite tasty! My husband and I stayed here quite a few times during our trip to Orlando. He even chose to stay here during his business trip. Overall, wonderful place to rest easy on a vacation or for business!

I had to stay at this hotel for 2 months for a job down here in Orlando and I couldn't be happier with the service.  Everyone from management to front desk to house keeping had a smile on their face and was more than willing to help with any requests.
Free breakfast 7 days a week is great.  Even better is free dinner Monday-Thursday with a small but very fresh salad bar. Even better still is their free shuttle which will drive you anywhere in a 3 mile radius.
All facilities including lobby, rooms, and gym are extremely clean and up to date.
Being away from home for that long blows but this hotel made the experience more than bearable.

This is a newer Homewood Suites. My room was clean and spacious. The location was great for me as I was on a one day business trip. There were several restaurants nearby. The pool looked decent and was never crowded. I only grabbed something quick for breakfast, but everything looked good, especially for a free hotel meal.

The rooms were big and clean. The pool was nice but the location sucks.I came out here for a vacation and had to drive everywhere! They are building businesses all around which is great in a few years...so if you are looking for night life fun or proximity to orlando events....definitely book downtown. This is in no mans land.

We stayed here for one night with our family of 4.  This is a great hotel.  Staff was friendly and super helpful.  Property is clean and well maintained.  The breakfast was also quite good.    There are also great dining options right in the same parking lot.  We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose and are considering staying at other Homewood suites in other areas based on this stay.

This place is great!  We arrived 5 hours before check-in time and they were able to accommodate our weary traveling party. Very clean and spacious at a great price!

    * Easy access to 528.

    * Check in was a breeze.

    * The hotel was not that busy so breakfast was uncrowded and enjoyable.

    *  The room smelled a bit heavy on the cleaning agents but everything was in place.

    *  Paid cash at check out and the clerk seemed to not know how to work a calculator but things got worked out fine after a few minutes.

Overall a very nice hotel that I would use not problem the next time we're in the Orlando area!

I made reservations months in advance on Expedia for a pair of two bedroom suites (each with its own bathroom) and prepaid for them as a non-refundable advance booking. When we got there, we were informed that the rooms were overbooked and that they did not have one of the rooms available. They relegated us to a single bedroom/bathroom suite.

We were not very happy about this and asked the front desk what was going on. They basically blamed it on Expedia, which I understood, and so I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for a while (including several hang-ups). Finally on the last call with Expedia, I was put on hold while the rep contacted the hotel directly. I guess he got in touch with the GM because I got a phone call within minutes and the GM was apologizing to me, saying that the hotel fell short too, and that he authorized a full refund on the prepaid amount! So I was very pleased with the outcome and level of service.

Aside from this, the rooms were pretty nice and you can't beat the location being so close to the airport. Free complimentary breakfast and wifi. There's also a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. Additionally, upon request, the front desk allowed us to return to the hotel and hang out in the lobby (as well as to keep our luggage behind the desk and some in the back office) after we got back from our cruise and just before our return flights home from MCO. That made it very convenient and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
However, if you're going to use Expedia (or any 3rd party booking service for that matter), make sure to contact both the service and the hotel to make sure your room is set; *especially* if you prepaid for an advance booking.

This hotel is new and clean. We loved our stay here!

The hotel is close to the airport. You can hear planes in the distance but it is not that loud. We could barely hear it.

Check in was easy and Victoria was really great about remembering my special request of having a room that was free from down feathers. Our room was not ready when we arrived but Victoria was able to move us to a different room and made sure my special room request was met. Other people working the receptionist area always made sure to say hello to us when we left the hotel and when we arrived back at the hotel. They were so friendly here and we really appreciated that. A "hello" goes a long way with customer service!

The room was so comfortable and the kitchen is a full working kitchen. It has everything, including a stove top and a dish washer, except a blender. It was our home away from home. The bath amenities (Neutrogena products) were also great!

Lots of freebies at the hotel such as:
    free breakfast every day
    free dinners monday through thursday
    free and plentiful parking

The housekeeping service here was great. We did not request maid service during our stay and we were never bothered by the staff with any calls asking us if we wanted maid service (many other hotels we've stayed at bothered us with these types of phone calls but not this hotel--it was great!) There was one day housekeeping gave us a new roll of paper towel and toilet paper because he/she guessed we must be running out. Super service!

The hotel is located close to gas stations, food joints, and Walmart.

If you are planning to go to Walt Disney World (WDW) and Universal Studios, this hotel is about 25-30 minutes away. Toll cost to WDW from the hotel was  $4.50 roundtrip (2.25 each way). Toll cost to Universal Studios from the hotel was $2.50 roundtrip (1.25 each way); 25 minutes. There is a way to avoid the tolls if you set the GPS to avoid toll roads. However, it's an extra 10 minutes in the drive each way.

If we come back to Orlando, we're definitely coming back to this hotel!

This is the best Homewood I have stayed in. Also probably the best value in the area. Rooms are comfy as you would expect from a Hilton brand. Amenities are first rate and all in working order. The food staff are GREAT and very accommodating. Which is also one of the best parts of this hotel. The food is actually good! Most Homewoods and others that do the complimentary dinners and breakfast the food is just OK. Thus one is actually worth staying for. It is my go to place to stay when I visit our Orlando Office. Great job and my compliments to the staff!

My parents stay here whenever they come to visit us in Orlando. It has become their favorite place. It is a really well kept up hotel for being Orlando. I think what draws me and my parents in, is the fact that it is near the airport so there are not as many "tourist, I'm just here for Disney" guests. There are a lot of business travelers and they are usually pretty quiet. We never really have an issue with noise like you can get from other hotels closer to the attractions.

We actually stayed here for a week last year for my wedding and they knew us by the third day and were greeting us. It was a very nice touch. The rooms are pretty big. There are two types, both have a smaller living room area with a couch and seat and a small kitchen. It is a full kitchen, so fridge, over, stove and microwave. You could actually cook in your room. The "suites have two separate rooms with a bathroom in each, one room having one bed and the other two beds. There is also a sleeper bed in the couch in the living room. So 8 people could really sleep in the suites. The other size just has the one bedroom with two beds and bathroom.

The only reason I would subtract a star is because of breakfast. They offer you complementary breakfast, usually consisting of cereal, oatmeal, a waffle station, fruit and some sort of hot items. Last time they had hash and some kind of eggs that were mixed with a bunch of stuff. Neither looked appealing at all. Plain eggs and like sausage or bacon would be great! The other problem is the waffle maker. It is jammed in a tiny little cubby, right next to the toaster for the breads and bagels. It can get really crowded when the hotel is full and it gets really complicated to move around or even make your waffle or use the toaster. I definitely think they need to expand the breakfast area because it really can not accommodate the people.

All in all it is a very clean hotel and always smells clean. It is definitely refreshing getting into your room knowing it is clean. It is super close to the airport so a perfect stay for people needing to get to the airport and I believe they have a shuttle as well. Even though they are close to the airport, I have never heard the planes inside the hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would recommend checking out this hotel. There is also a pool and gym.

Long overdue with this review but, my husband and I stayed here while in Orlando last summer. I found them based off their great reviews on TripAdvisor.

Our room was great - nice, new, and clean. The interior of the room and hotel is very contemporary and colorful, we loved it! The staff was very friendly and they were surprised that we left a tip for the housekeeping staff at the end of our stay (not sure why, they almost didn't want to accept it!). The breakfast bar was the best, you can make your own waffles! All in all, we will definitely come back whenever we travel to Orlando again.
